This location does not enforce customers or their employees to wear face masks.. just walked about because of this. Tried to speak to manager but was waived off.

They refused add my points and rewards

The worst 7-Eleven Ive been to, the guy at the register was rude and unprofessional. When I got to the counter I handed him 2 bags of Tostitos that were on sale 2 for $6. I also had got 1 jar of queso dip that was $3.99. Once he got the total he was charging almost $13. I asked him why was i being charged that price if the tostitos were 2 for $6 and a jar of queso that was $3.99. He replied that promotion was not valid nomore. I told him there is a big sign advertising that they have that promotion going on. He said that if I wanted for the price he was selling to me or nothing. So we got into a argument. I told him to go look at the advertisement and he didnt want to. I told him that was false advertisement.

I went there the other night when an employee sold me the wrong product. As soon as I walked out to my car and looked in the bag, I noticed he sold me the incorrect product so I went back in to tell the employee. His name is Jawid, he was extremely rude and told me the item I wanted was out of stock. Which is obviously why he sold me the wrong product. He was incredibly disrespectful and rude. He was yelling and speaking in such a rude tone, I have never dealt with such bad service and he told me he didnt care if I called corporate which I did and they say, they are unable to give me a refund. Never will I ever step foot into this location again! Doesnt even deserve one star to be honest.

Its crazy I walked in this store got a drink and hotdog after seeing a lady come out from the back from the bathroom i asked could i use the restroom the guy jawwi says no public restroom ...11:40pm june 14 2019 had to add a star to post

Jwid is terrible he didnt let us use the bathroom and didnt want to cook for us it seem3d l8ke he wasnt trying to do anything. Horrible dont go here. Especially late night.

They have a thief working there!!!! This woman clearly won $50 on Pick3 lottery... Complete with verification ticket. But the Clerk gave her the redemption/cash out ticket and tried to tell the woman she didnt win anything !! After speaking to a few customers they told me the same thing!!!! Beware

This 7-eleven is okay

Bad service. I have always had to wait for someone to come to the cash register. But, it is around the corner from my house. For that, it gets two stars.
