Large sheetz location usually fully stocked and clean! Nice grab and go or full made to order lunch!

Excellent place to stop with kids needing to use the restroom! Large private bathroom with changing table! Great service on MTO as well.

Sheets used to be a good reliable option for decent coffee. The new robot that requires no living wage dispenses weak, flavorless, hot black water. Hopefully they dissolved a couple NoDoz tablets in the brew to at least give me a little wake-up.Where’s the nearest WaWa?

Not sure if mans is new but these hotdogs be geeking me with the lack of effort put into these. Been coming here for years and these dogs be looking rushed when the night was empty. Jesse, I think. Definitely some coaching needed.

Good Place, BUT THEY WONT ENFORCE THE MASK/FACE COVERING ORDER by Governor Northam. He issued Exec. Order 72 on 12-10-2020 that goes into effect on 12-14-2020. All people aged 5 and older must cover both their mouth and nose with a mask in indoor settings with others. With the employees serving those without a mask, it makes me feel like Sheetz just worries about the all-mighty dollar and not their dedicated Customers.

Fresh made to order food and clean bathrooms

No mask enforcement at all. Guy in front of me was just waiting in line without a mask. Clerk asked him if he wanted one, he said no, and that was the end of the conversation. They didnt tell him he had to have one on or anything like that. Also seemed to not say anything to him while he walked around the store without one either, so it was really cool to have him snake past me in the aisle without wearing one.

During the pandemic, I been in there several times. Most of the customers do not have mask, and this is indication of failed management. I cringe everytime I go in there. Great place, but not good when public health is at stake.

I live down the street from this Sheetz and I love it! I do my ordering thru the app and my food & drinks are always ready when I get there. The employees are always really friendly and polite.

Air pump here is not very....functional. Its at a weird angle and instead of filling your tire with air, it just lets the air leak because the nozzle doesnt fit very well onto the tire valve stem. I ended up going to another station and paying for an old and reliable air pump and got it done in 2 seconds.

Would put zero stars if possible, they called the police on me for falling asleep while I was eating in the dining area. It was 3 am and I purchased food... the manager was rude and watched me eat, idk what his problem is but he called the police on me for being drowsy. I’m assuming this is why their hiring managers... the ones they have are unprofessional and spiteful... I should be able to eat without the manager literally standing over me watching me. It was a regrettable experience, shouldn’t have given this place my money.

Old black lady latenight 4:03 am on friday july 19th she was extremely rude. Said we can wait because we ordered hot dogs. Extremely uncalled for. I hope something gets done about this. She extremely bitter.

Terrible service, first I had two orders the lady at the register ever gave me a receipt for my order I asked the lady on the line for an marinera sauce she said I had to pay for it which was not a problem i told her if she could put it in the bag and Ill pay for it on my way out she stated that no I needed to pay for it before they handed it to me so I went in line waited 10 minutes for the lady at the register to say just ask for it they should give it to u I told her I did but I have to pay for it then she didnt know how to ring it up so another 5 minutes to wait for a damn sauce, then I went back to pick up my orders the lady Jada I believe her name is she said oh do you have your receipt I told her your cashier didnt give me one I paid for my food like seriously u seen me there waiting for at least 20 minutes then ask if I paid for my food? Are u kidding me I grabbed the bags and walked out never again I will be returning to this sheetz terrible customer service!

One of the worst made to order sheetz I have been too in a long long time. Never in my life have I had to wait 30 minutes for food. Restaurants are quicker. I can not wait till the one in dale city opens, hopefully it isn’t as bad as this one. Food is great but the time is awful. I used to work at a extremely busy sheetz and we never made anyone wait 30 minutes. PleaE send people who are quick to this store!

Most of the time this location is on point, however the food service is hit or miss when it comes to getting your entire order and getting it correctly. Ive had this happen at least twice.

Very slow morning food prep lady and its hit or miss if they have premade breakfast foods ready at 6 am. Most of the time they do not.

They are so slow with getting ANY order out.

Ghetto. Pumps are worn out, trash everywhere, dirty.
