Worst service ever. Every time I visit this location the wait time and consistency of the food is atrocious. Tonight I visited for ice cream thing this would be a simple request, I thought wrong. Order 3 different single scoops of ice cream and each cup was 3/4 empty. Had I not had my daughter in the car with me, who was expecting ice cream, I would have walked inside and returned what was given to me at the drive through.

I come to this baskin and Robbins all the time and I usually have no issues but the ice caramel craze latte was nothing but water with no flavor and they forgot something in my order. Very disappointing..

The only one in here and they still haven’t handed me one banana split after 15 minutes.

I just bought one scoop of almond Jamaica ice cream and actually what I received is 30% of one scoop. Was I placed on an intentional diet? But I’m in shape and fit. Why would this place do that to me?

Google says it open at 4am in the morning till 9 pm but theres a 24/7 drive through and store hours are 5 am to 11 pm

I just bought a cup of ice cream today i came and a lady asked me for help she was cleaning with mop and i asked for 3 flavors ice cream when she was giving me the 3rd scoop i changed my mind because it was for my mom and my mom also like vanilla so i told her give me 3rd scoop of vanilla she got mad and she intentionally touch the mop and then with the same hand without washing it or without using any sanitizer she touch the ice cream scooper and gave it to me

Havent visited a BR in over 3 years. Needed a treat with my son after a long hot day. Juan and his back up crew were welcoming, encouraged tasting of new flavors, and brought humor to a tense human being when she needed it. Store and cookers was very clean and organized, too. Eat in area clean and fully stocked. Most impressed and appreciative.

Soild place currently. The construction around the area makes it a big hassle to access currently. The BR is on the smaller side and has its more popular choices but not all of them.

This place is great because the drive thru is open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Baskin Robbins has the best flavors ever. I love the buteer pecan and the very berry strawberry....I get the quarts at 2 for $10 because 2 scoops in a cone is almost 5 bucks lol. And this is a combo store with dunkin donuts as well. It is a double whammy.

I just went there and they didnt have any of the popular flavors (vanilla, strawberry, mint chocolate). How can they let these flavors run out in the middle of the summer!? I was soo mad

Coffee and ice cream was good but service was not very good, employees were very disorganized and it took four different people to get a coffee and an nice cream.
