Fremiot was quick, professional, and didnt overcharge. He told us exactly what needed to be done, and didnt try to oversell us. We took his recommendation of buying our own parts at Home Depot, and he came the next day and completed the installation within 20 minutes for 1/4 of the price that wed previously been quoted. Will definitely use this company again for any future garage issues.

At 8pm on a Friday night, my older garage door decided to completely jump off the tracks on the left side. I tried to fix it myself and it was a disaster! I could have been killed after removing bolts from the tension line, which sounded off like a gun due to the tension, duh jackass! The tension line ripped the wheel from the garage door and it was stuck in the door under immense pressure. My garage was half way open and stuck. I called Frem and he was just finishing a job in Maryland around 8pm. I live in Woodridge, Va. I guess Frem could hear the desperation in my voice and he asked “Do you have an emergency.” I said yes. An hour later, he was at my door.Frem diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair price. 39 minutes later, my garage door was working like new. Professionalism, knowledgeable and fair, If you have a garage door issues give him a call.

Top Choice responded to my request for quote for a garage door repair in less than 10 minutes. After receiving several quotes his was the least expensive by far. He offered to come out the same day, Sunday night, in order to get me back up and able to get to work on Monday. After arranging for a time he came out, trouble shot the issue and was able to get the repair done in less than an hour and at the agreed upon price (no surprise charges or pressured up sales). I hired his services in early November 2021 to perform a relatively simple job of replacing some extension springs because I didnt feel comfortable doing it myself. He accepted this job without hesitation and used my parts. His labor charge was very reasonable, and he pointed out some areas of future concern. I will hire him again if I can!!
