This place seems to have more than you would ever expect. I had found all my products and then some. Prices are reasonable seeing its a smaller size supply store. They follow CDC rules .. parking is a little tight but people are using in and out it appears. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Been gone here for years they remodeled lots of room well organized nuts both screws brass stainless Chrome what you can buy one or whatever everything is separate save money instead of buying a whole package like you have to at home Depot or other stores this is like the old time hardware stores

It would be great only if they were open at an hour I can get to them. Please extend your hours to 6 to I can get out of work and have time to get over to you. I’m trying to give you my business instead of Home Depot but you’re not making it easy for me.

I love small stores where folks ask if they can help you and then actually help you!

Incredibly helpful staff. Walked me through the purchase of four fluorescent tubes and ballasts. Did the work myself and saved hundreds by not having to call an electrician.

Your classic solid local hardware store. FANTASTIC fastener selection, much more than Home Depot/Lowes. Better key cutting services (done by hand and checked). They cant compete on price but they crush it with service.

Friendly and helpful counter guy. For odd hardware you can get stuff here that you wont find at the big box places.

A little peace of heaven this store is I went to home depo to grab some screws I needed for my couches I order online from Amazon’s was missing. Home Depot didn’t have it. I look up hardware store near me on google found this place and they had exactly what I needed. I love small stores like this that got what sometimes the big chains don’t have. Keep up the great work guys

This hardware store seems to have everything I need when I need it. I especially like their Benjamin Moore paint section and how they perfectly mix the paint as seen in the color wheel. Jeff has a scintillating personality and is knowledgeable about everything in the store. The others are excellent reps too. You can trust this place. BTW, the prices are reasonable.

Never shopping here again. I purchased an internet cable for my home. Brought it home and tried it out on my computer and TV, it did not work. Tried it several more times without success. I returned to the store to return it the same afternoon, the cable, packaging and receipt. The guy behind the counter refused to take it. Saying, I cant take that youve opened it.They sell products that dont work and wont honor a return of purchase.

Second time I went there to buy paint and yet they said, they dont sell it. First for a gallon of Benjamin moore regal matte finish. And second time for a benjamin moore super spec 500 semi gloss finish. Whats was the point for advertising benjamin moore paints if your not going to sell the most popular gallon/finishes contractors and homeowners use.

They are so helpful and kind at this hardware store. The way most mom and pop stores were, and still are if theyve been lucky enough to survive. They may be a little higher in cost than the mega stores (i.e. Home Depot, Lowes), but Im happy to patronize a local business owner over the corporations any day.

They may not always have everything, but they are a great bunch of people who will do their best to make sure you have what you need.

Today I learned dogs are not welcome in the store (it’s nearly 90 degrees outside). Good to know so I deleted my True Value card and will shop elsewhere 😡

I live 5 minutes away from this store. I have patronized them often personally and also for my business because of the convenience. They are the only neighborhood option, as the nearest other option is another 15 minutes away. I called as I was driving down to the place hoping to catch them right before they closed. They answered the phone told me that they close at 6 p.m. to which I responded that I would see them in just a minute. I pulled up at exactly 5:59 p.m., as they were walking away from the front door. I threw my hands up, and mentioned that I had called they said it doesnt matter!. Awesome service guys! You lost a customer today for.ev.er.
