One thing that wasn’t explained to me was your reward points can be used as a down payment. Overall my experience was good was planning on getting a Ford Escape but got in the edge sel and decision was simple.

I only had experience with the collision shop. I was given an estimate on damage that had occurred on my vehicle. After, inspection of my car I was given this ridiculous estimate. I knew it was well overpriced and I couldnt believe it wasnt a prank. This happen on a Friday and I already had another appointment Monday with another lincoln/Ford dealer. I kept my appointment and received an estimate that was fair and $1400 cheaper than Gorno. I called the previous dealer to notify the manager of this discrepancy and to my amazement he talked to me in a very condensing tone and manner.. and was a bit rude..he seemed to remember me and Im not sure how because we never spoke even though we past by one another.. This is a dealer I am sure not to visit again..
Good luck with Suburban or Feldman buying the place. Theyve been around for a VERY LONG time for a reason. They existed when I was a teenager, Im in my 50s now. That should tell you something. They have been phenomenal.
We went to Gorno Ford since our lease end was coming up. Laura Kern is who we always deal with. She was extremely helpful as usual. She found us another Ford Escape and it was just what we were looking for. She explained our options with the lease ending and leasing another vehicle. She is always very fast and helpful. We will return again at the end of our lease.

I received excellent service from the team at Gorno Bros Quick lane service. The service write up team of Miller & Pittman did a excellent! And the service Manager did a outstanding job of keeping things going smoothly on Saturday July 10, 2021. They completed most of the work on my vehicle Saturday but needed a additional part. They told me come back Monday and they would have the part and install it promptly. They were true to their word!

Incredibly upset with the service I’ve received from the service center and quick lane departments. I’ve spent the last month and a half trying to have Gorno fix a warranty repair. The problem was originally diagnosed at the Gorno Quick Lane, where the front desk representative told me they would order the part that is needed to fix the issue but it would be a couple weeks for the part to arrive. After 2 weeks of no status update regarding the part I reached out to Quick Lane to learn they never ordered the part. The front desk representative instructed me that the Gorno Service Center needed to diagnose this issue so the correct part would be ordered. When calling the service center I was told it would be 5 weeks until they would be able to schedule an appointment to look into the issue. They informed me it would take about a week to diagnose and fix the warranty issue, but I would have a rental vehicle for the time that Gorno Service Center possessed my truck. Upon dropping my truck off for the appointment today I was told they have no rental vehicle for me and it would still take about a week to fix/determine the problem. When asking if there were any other options for transportation I received blank looks and an apology. The amount of laziness and unwillingness to help was beyond irritating for an inconvenience that I had no control over. The multiple disappointing customer service interactions will make it easy to never return or recommend this dealership for future sales or services.
My experience at Gorno Ford was exceptional from start to finish. I was purchasing a new car from out of state. They let me know right away what documents they would need, and responded to my questions quickly. When I arrived the car was ready (AND Beautiful!) and all we had to do was sign and drive away. The salesman Mike Rey was EXCELLENT and the other people I met at the dealership were also very nice. I highly recommend Gorno Ford.
They do a great job on the oil changes but they charged me $59.95 for a cabin filter to be replaced which I feel is way out of line when the filter cost was was $30 so for a filter that took them 2 minutes to pull out and 2 minutes to put back in they charged me five cents less than the cost of the filter. Highway robbery! If I had not sat and watched them change it through the window I would not have believed how quickly they changed the part. I realize that in order to do this the Escape has to be on a hoist but it has to be on a hoist in order to change the oil. So like I say no complaints on the oil change, the service people are totally awesome but somewhere Gorno has went out of there minds on pricing. Makes you think twice about buying another Ford!

Terrible service.. the manager of the service department John was one of the rudest Ford employees I have ever encountered in my life! When I came to pick up my car after these recalls had been fixed my windows were covered in fingerprints and my center console was dirty, it was spotless when I had brought it in I had just had it detailed. I came back in on my own time because they did not take pictures of the recall of the door latches that they completed like they should have done the first time. While I was there I was there inquiring about my charging cord (that I was told was on order when I called a few weeks prior and had said that I didnt find it in the car )when John accused me of lying about the cord and was rude and snarky at every turn! I explained to him that I left the old cord in the back seat and when he asked if I had checked the trunk I said yes, however my trunk is full of stuff I looked all through it and I didnt see it anywhere. Then I inquired as to why the technician would have put it in a trunk full of stuff instead of lay it in the back seat where I had left the other one. He eventually called the service technician and found out that it had been put in what would have been a spare tire compartment. It would have been helpful if he suggested in the first place for me to check there and had some patience with someone who was simply explaining that they had bad service in the past and was hoping that was not the case here. Instead he said it only took me 3 seconds to check that it was there you could have done that. I will never go to this Ford dealership again! And the next car I choose will not be a Ford because of this experience.

The customer service reps at the counter were courteous and professional. The workers did a very good job on the oil change, tire rotation, etc. They did not try to sell me unnecessary parts or services, but did do a thorough inspection. My gripe, and only reason I didnt give 5 stars, is the appointment scheduler on the website. I had scheduled an appointment at a specific time only to find out that their location is walk-in only. Luckily there was only 2 cars ahead of me, but that still resulted in an hour and a half wait (they were busy, so not fault of theirs). The website scheduler is misleading and quite frankly a little bit of a shady sales tactic.

I got to Gorno quicklane, they said 2 hour wait. I said ok, and please change the cabin air filter. They called back and said your air filter, cabin air filter and battery need to be changed. I told them I already asked for just the cabin air filter to be changed. After a total of 2hr and 15 min go by, I leave the house. By the time I get there, it was 2 and half hours and my car was sitting in the lot. I called my wife to see if they called her to see if it was done. She didnt get one. I get to the counter, $108 for oil change and a cabin air filter. Looks like they charged me $30 to take out old air filter and install new one, plus the filter was $29.99. so $60 bucks.. The check engine light is, and I know what the problem is, but wanted to see if they would say anything about it.. They did not. Full disclosure.. I myself am a mechanic. I have no problem helping other businesss out and paying for service rendered. I even like to see what they say and keep them on their toes, because I expect that done to me. It keeps you from being in a rut and getting to comfortable in your job. I thought they would at least tell me how much it costs with labor, but they didnt. I wont be going back there for the foreseeable future.
I had never gone to the dealer before for tires, ever. Got a coupon in the mail and decided to give it a shot. From start to finish I am a happy and satisfied customer. I arrived 1st thing Monday morning for a issue with the blower motor on my Transit-350. I was greeted by Sami the service advisor and explained to him what was going on with it. I am not a mechanic however I am knowledgeable with the Ford Transit platform as this is my 2nd one. I explained to him that the van had a blower motor replaced at Auto Nation Ford in Cleveland Ohio on January 13th 2020 at 150,311 miles and that if it was in fact a issue with the blower motor that the parts and labor are under warranty. He then proceeded to tell my that it was not as my van has 258,822 miles on. I advised him that Ford has a warranty on all repair work as long as they use Ford and not aftermarket parts and that the repair is done by a Ford Dealership. I provided him with my repair invoice from Auto Nation and he was still insisting that It was not covered. He wanted to then argue with me that Gorno was not responsible for the warranty as each dealership is privately owned. I asked him not to lecture me on dealerships as I know how they operate. It wasn’t until a phone call was placed with Ford Corp office and a case number assigned as well as other people getting involved that it was in fact a Ford part and in fact still under warranty. I paid for the repair and am currently waiting on a check from the dealership The dealership did make things right. It’s not so much the money but the principle that you should stand behind what you sell and warranty. I would return to this dealership based on the outcome. However I wouldn’t use Sami as a Service Advisor. Please be careful and do the research because there are people out there that will take advantage of you. A dealership makes money from the financing companies when a car is sold as well as in the service department. They don’t make money from warranty work so many times they will try to weasel out of it. Hold them accountable.
I had an amazing experience purchasing a used car here from Joe Giancana. Buying a car is usually a stressful experience for my husband and I, but Joe made the experience fun and stress-free. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. We will be back to buy from Joe again in the future!
I took in my 17 escape for a bad noise while driving. They replaced some parts under warranty, however, they: 1. Do not follow up at all. I had to call and check if my parts had arrived or not and schedule the work. 2. When I told them I had a screw in my tire with an air leak, they couldnt find anything and just filled it up with air. Discount tire across the street fixed it in 20 minutes. 3. After the warranty work, driving away in less than a mile I hear a new very loud noise as if something loose clanging around. Took it in the next day they are open, and they discover a broken sway bar end link and claim they did not cause it, saying you must have hit a pothole or something. I have to pay $183. What a joke.
Appointment scheduled around 1 week in advance for a simple oil change and light replacement. Multiple email confirmations for the appointment, showed up for the appointment on time. No greeting on arrival, stood by my vehicle for 5ish mins, finally asked why I was there. Stated that I had an appointment, lady behind the desk stated “oh you must not have been here before, if you haven’t been here before you can’t make online appointments”. Double check the website and previous Ford appointments at other sites and have never had this issue before. She then informed me that if I could leave the car for 2-3 days they could take care of an oil change and light bulb replacement. Went to another non-Ford service provider and 20 mins in and out. Not impressed.
Always friendly and courteous. Good sales staff, no pressure when ordering my new truck. Service department is always a pleasure to deal with, they let me know exactly whats going on and explain the issue, they dont just tell me we will see what we can do like other ford dealerships.just bought the wifes expedition and it was so easy. they found it and had it delivered and we had it with in 24 hours. so easy and so fast. I cant say that enough. Laura was so helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. I highly recommend her.
Confirmed appointment time was 9:30AM, Vehicle was driven in at 10:30AM, an hour later. Windshield oil change sticker was not installed. I originally purchased my 2020 Fusion at Bill Brown Ford, which is where I have been going for years now. I have even referred my family to go there as well. Not anymore- way too many issues and customer service has gone way down hill. However, Gorno Quick Lane has been nothing but helpful. I had to have a rim replaced and 3 weeks later a tire. Both experiences were very positive and pleasant. They are friendly and quick to provide great customer service. When I need a new vehicle or have any issues, I will be going to Gorno from now on.

Found out during a recall repair the heater blower motor was bad.Brought it in, was told vehicle would be ready later today or tomorrow.Got a call about 5:00 the next day saying car was ready. Although they were very busy, they were courteous and went beyond correcting the problem. Problem - screw in tire. Their solution - new tire as the screw was too close to the side of tire and in their experience patches tend to fail. Since there was Tire Care Protect, my cost was a 2 hour wait, no money.

Called to get oil change on my car at fast lane only to get put on hold for 10 minutes. Called back to talk to manager after no response, Called back again and talked with another person about this and was told that I would receive a call back, well 9 hours no oil change no call back.
Took my 2010 F-150 to Gornos service department last week to have a few things taken care of. Brakes, 4-wheel drive repairs, spark plugs, etc. Had a great experience. Gave me a ride home when I dropped the truck off, had it done when they said they would. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Would definitely choose Gornos service department again.

Staff is friendly but I paid $1400 for a repair that didnt fix my problem and now theyre saying there is just nothing they can do to fix it. But no refund of any kind. I would have used that $1400 towards a down payment of another car had I known they couldnt fix it.
I took my vehicle in before noon on a Saturday. I had called ahead and explained my issue and asked how long that would take, I was told about and hour to an hour and a half. With that information I took my car in to have the tire repaired or replaced because it had a screw in it. I chose quicklane because I pay for the tire and wheel protection monthly with my car payment and was told this was where I needed to take it to use that service. Customer service was quick when I arrived they asked if Id be staying or wanted to pickup later. I said Id prefer to come back because it was my sons birthday and had things to do for his party later. I was told I would be called when it was ready. After almost 3 hours I decided to call them because they were closing in 15 mins and I hadnt heard anything from them. When I called I was told that they were waiting for a tire and they werent expecting it to be in until late Monday and that my car would be ready some time Tuesday morning. Nobody found it necessary to even call and ask if Tuesday morning was okay, to notify me of the wait or update me in any way. I assume I was just expected to sit and wonder with no vehicle for 3 full days. After I took a moment to process the unprofessionalism I was just handed over the phone I decided to call back and request that they leave my keys in the vehicle so I could pick it up and have it serviced elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend them for service unless you love a good guessing game or you just dont really need a vehicle for a few days.
**Attention out-of-state buyers** - don’t waste your time with this dealer. They are not willing to make a deal or any kind of sale unless you are there in person. I made it clear that I am ready to buy & can complete everything including sending large down payment before I drive to pick up but they said they won’t do that & I would just have to chance that the truck would still be there. Market must be so good they don’t want to take my money... pretty sad.

We had a very high Spirited very knowledgeable sales agent named David Warren. He was very sincere in wanting to find us a new anything we wanted. Our leases are soon to be up & David went way out of his way to find us a car. We where very pleased with his helpfulness! Will keep in contact with David to see if Ford offers better deals!

I went in for the works oil change. While changing the oil the service rep came in to show me my engine and cabin filter. They definitely were due for a change and I told him I would replace them myself. Well what about your shocks I believe was his response. I politely told him thank you for making me aware that they needed to be checked, but I wasnt interested in any additional repairs today.I understand part of their job is to sell customers on different services, but this guy seemed especially prickly and sleazy, especially when I told him I wasnt interested in any additional service. Just because a customer doesnt want a repair, doesnt mean you have to alter to a rude tone and roll your eyes at the customer.After leaving, when turning on my heat, the blower mower started shaking and ran very loudly. The next day I replaced the cabin and engine filter and removed the blower motor to check it. In the blower motor, there was multiple pieces of debris that likely fell in when they pulled the filter the day before.There are a number of things that could have happened to cause this and maybe debris was just the straw that broke the blower motors back, so I am not blaming Quick Lane entirely on the motor failing, but that with the poor attitude doesnt leave me wanting to return for repeat business.
Stopped in last minute before closing and Marty Gorno got a test drive and made time for us. Always a good experience at Gorno Ford. Worth the stop just to see the showroom cars varoom varoooommmn!
