Always awesome customer service. My kids beg to go here all summer long. They are so sweet and patient with everyone! We went here for Mothers Day. Not only did I get a free sundae, but got a big bag of candy and 2 small bags of candy for my kids. Best place. Would give more stars if it allowed! Always our go-to place!

Sweet Treats is AWESOME!!! Dawn and all the girls are great!! They offer soft serve(which I LOVE) and hand dipped(which my husband loves), at one place, since the pandemic has happened they have adjusted to what people want/need and the soups are AMAZING!!! If I could give them more stars I would!!!

Wide variety. Butter pecan was always my go to. Then I tried the Key Lime Pie ice cream. AMAZING.

Cute little ice cream shop! The staff was friendly, the shop was clean and the prices were reasonable. They have a nice variety of flavors as well; something for everyone! I really appreciated the fact that they offered “baby” and “kid” sizes that were sized appropriately, and their waffle cones were FRESH!!!

First off, delicious ice cream and treats but thats not the best part of Sweet Treats. They do a free soft serve every day for different names they select. I messaged and asked them to put my friends name up because she has a unique name and she has NEVER found her name on anything in a gift shop or anything, literally. And they did and made both of our days. Their team is absolutely wonderful and serve not only ice cream but positivity and joy. I recommend this place above all else Downriver! A local gem for sure.
