Having worked customer service in all its horror, it is magical to find someone that not only is a pleasure to interact with but is also incredible at her job. Stephanie can take care of multiple customers simultaneously while also running the whole floor. Her managerial skills are obvious and she is clearly the kind of person everyone would be lucky to have on their team. Highly recommend.

My experience today at Verizon was the best it’s been in my 15 years of being a customer. Matt M was our sales assistant. Matt needs to be the person that trains employees on how to engage with people. He has the best personality, always as a smile on his face. Matt makes you feel like you are the most important person while working with him. He made sure we understood how each device worked prior to us leaving the store and was so patient with us . Matt is an employee that others should emulate .

Matt, the store manager, and Kyle, a Veteran, get huge, huge kudos and appreciation for their help. This store, a Verizon corporate store, has always been helpful and extremely knowledgeable no matter my question or difficulty. Today, it was lost photos, but Ive been coming to this store for 10 yrs and without fail, I always leave a very satisfied customer. Its worth the drive and the wait. They are always very busy, but be patient because when its your turn, they will give you undivided attention. My recent stop at this store, to check on a phone upgrade, was exceptional. Zach helped me to understand my upgrade options and helped me increase storage to my existing phone by adding a SD card.As a non techy person, I really appreciated that he was very patient with me, and didnt talk over my head, with his explanations of the different phone features.This experience was the polar opposite of my visit to the Canyon Park store.I will drive a little further to get good customer service any day.

If you wanna wait an hour for a person to try 2 things to fix your phone before giving up and then accuse you of mishandling it, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Verizon customer for 20 years, and also Ive worked in Customer Service for 20 years. Ive never had a problem with Verizon before visiting this location. I dont want to get too specific and for them to know who left the bad review (they have access to my account so no, dont want them figuring out who i am.) I will say they did the bare minimum to help me, youre better off staying home and calling in or talking with someone via chat. I felt cheated out of help because they were busy, and like me and my problem didnt matter. Giving two stars only because the people who checked me in were perfectly nice.

The best experience Ive had switching my cell phone carrier. No joke! It was redicuoisly easy. My husband forgot to back up his pictures, but Daniel stayed with us after store hours to transfer all the photos! Even had Zach come over and help us out to get the rest f the process moving. Move to Verizon people; better customer service and better coverage!

I keep having problems with my first gen Pixel XL and am on my 3rd. Not the fault of the store, but Ive been there often. Some of the staff is super outgoing and friendly and its actually a fun atmosphere. The other staff are fine, just not outgoing. I think they work in groups because I never see a mix. The fun group is going to the new Totem Lake store and thats even closer to me.

Update:Days after posting this review the manager reached out to find out what happened and how he could make it better. He offered to replace the screen whenever I could make it in.Purchased a new phone about a month ago, not only did I not get the advertised 6months of Apple Music but went in today because obviously the screen protector was installed incorrectly at this store, since it is already peeling up and was told by the associate he can not do anything there. I was referred to a third party store to file a claim for the screen protector. Not my idea of good customer service.

T’Leah was our service rep at this location and now that all phones are working, service and reception is so much better than our previous carrier (Boost/Sprint). Didn’t know we should’ve kept the ‘dummy’ SIM card to ensure previous carrier had finalized the unlock process, knowing that would’ve saved return trips and days without service. Of course, buying a new phone from the store would’ve solved the problem, but even the Verizon prepaid phone purchased from Walmart didn’t work and ended up having to purchase one from the store.

Pushy salesman ruined my experience at this store. This has always been my go to Verizon store. Ive usually always had great service. Recently though, I had a very frustrating experience. I was very clear when I walked into the store that I was there for one thing only- my daughter was sick and I had called ahead to have a phone set aside so I could swing through and buy it. The employee kept trying to sell me other products and devices, even after I said I wasnt trying to buy anything extra that day. I was very straight forward, and told him repeatedly that I wasnt interested and I needed to buy the phone I was there for and leave, and he kept acknowledging that he understood, but Oh! Did you see our Samsung watches are buy one get one half off? Really? I understand they are on commission, but nothing tells me that you care less about me and what Im saying than to keep trying to sell me products. And then, to add icing on the cake, he didnt actually activate the phone like he said it did, and I had to call in to customer service later to get it done.

10/29/19 4:55Just got hung up on by some woman (forgot her name) because i wanted to talk to someone that knew more about the Gizmo Watch charger. She kept guessing and giving me wrong answers. I did some research and its impossible to find chargers for the watch. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When i figured out she kept guessing, i asked to speak with someone that knows more about it, she got mad and hung up. I seriously would avoid going to the Woodinville Verizon. They dont have a clue what they are talking about and then give you wrong answers when they dont know.... They seriously need better training on their products and how to talk to a customer. Ill definitely avoid them at all costs! Garbage customer service

Came in with my dad to help him cancel a line he doesnt use anymore and was expecting a rough experience the moment the world cancel came out of my mouth BUT I was delighted at how helpful both Andrew and Kay were in making sure everything was taken care of. Despite being unable to cancel the line in the store they used all the tools they had available to them to make an experience that often times is unenjoyable into something I felt the need to commend these associates on. The service was everything I would hope for walking into a retail store. I would recommend asking for Andrew or Kay whenever inquiring about new devices or service!

The sales man I had was really good, and helped me every step of the way. However the screen protector that was put on my phone just didnt seem like it was right. 5 days later it is coming off the screen.I went in today in order to get some tech help with the screen, unfortunately the sales man I went through wasnt there. The person I got help from was not very nice. Man handled my phone and wretched on the screen in order to take off the case. Didnt even take off the case correct and just was not a great person to deal with.They did nothing to help with the screen protector and said I had to go through the company to get a new one. This was after explaining to me that the phone screen might not flat and the screen protector I got doesnt really work for the phones. I learned all of this after paying 40$ for one of those screen protectors.All in all this was a very disappointing experience and will probably seek other Verizon stores in the future.

I wish there were an option for negative stars. Two times now I have had the worst customer service at this store, not just in the wireless category, but for any business, ever. Save your sanity, your time and your money, and choose a different store. Or better yet, work directly with customer service over the phone.I had specifically driven to this store as they are a corporate store and customer service had told me theyd honor my upgrade a few days early. When I got there, they wasted my time, going into the back room to discuss, only to come out over and over and say they wouldnt honor the early upgrade. When I got back on the phone with customer service, I was informed that the reason the manager of the store would not approve is because she wouldnt receive commission on that phone. I am appalled that any store manager would choose her commission over a happy customer. Not only that but I was at my wits end after nearly 2 hours of dealing with Verizon, and not only did she not care, but she looked at me as if I was the one causing a problem. This store is what gives Verizon their bad reputation for customer service. They dont deserve your business.

We went into Verizon in Woodinville after a week of very disappointing experiences with Verizon and online/phone ordering. I won’t go into the details of that experience but what I will say is Daniel at the Woodinville store renewed my confidence and satisfaction in Verizon. He was very personable and thorough. He helped both of us set up our new devices and made sure everything was up and running before letting us go. He could have very easily did the minimum and sent us away so that he could move onto the next sale. Instead he spent time guaranteeing we were 100% satisfied. My wife and I have been customers of Verizon for many years. While we have always loved the coverage that we get with Verizon, we have for the most part hated the in store customer service aspect of the company. Basically weve stayed because phone coverage is really good. This past Friday my wife purchased a new phone and we picked it up in the Totem Lake store in Kirkland. After being passed off a couple of times we were put with a young man that had the attitude that him showing up for work was a favor to us. After supposedly changing over my wife to her new phone we left....only to realize all three phones on our account wasnt making or receiving calls. The only thing successful this store did was to make some customers think really hard about changing service providers despite coverage. The next morning we went to The Verizon Store in Woodinville. Needless to say we went in with attitudes.....we were met at the door by Daniel Sezer, his name tag said he was a Solutions Specialist. We explained the whole ordeal and he apologized for our experience with Verizon. Daniel was able to resolve our issues and actually took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our phone. This young man was able to defuse the situation, fix the problem and actually sell us other products and services that no one had ever taken the time to show us at any other store we had been in. If I knew I had a good product but a very undesirable customer service base I think I would strongly consider making Daniel a trainer. Obviously the training program in place now isnt doing a very good job.

This location is always busy, and thats for a reason. They have the best selection and customer service. When I have weird requests or difficult problems, the staff patiently does everything they can to resolve it. They have cleaned up my situations with other providers and always tweak the plan to get us the lowest price (when other locations wouldnt. Dont go to Car Toys!). You may have to wait for a while, but its worth it. And after experiencing AT&T, Sprint, and T-mobile- the Verizon network is definitely the most reliable.

The staff member who assisted us was far too casual with customers, using terminology unsuitable for a professional, customer service based environment. He tried to sell us on an iPad not once, but three times, each of which we refused. My husband and I were both confused the entire process on what exactly we were being signed up for. He didnt properly explain our phone coverage that he more or less forced on us. I am now having to go through Verizons 3rd party to attempt to fix a screen repair, the website being an anguishing/unintuitive process. If youre forced against your will to visit a Verizon store, better not go to this one.

Staff isnt knowledgeable but I blame Verizon. The staff is on par with the company. I walk in knowing what exactly needed to be done to my account as I spent 3 days researching the issue. I needed the option CDMA_less add to my profile. First I was told there is now way my phone can work on the Verizon network without CDMA. I responded its working now. I can make calls, receive calls, and send text. I just cant get text. So instead of adding the option to my account I was told to reset my network and reboot twice. Reluctantly I did what they said even though I would lose all my WiFi and BT connections. Once they were confident I lost some information they proceeded to add the CSMA_less feature to my account which, you guessed it, resolved my issue.

I was simply stopping in for a new SIM card and between waiting for someone, time to pull up my account, and waiting for them to find a SIM card in their stockroom I was probably there for 20-25 minutes.
