If you have phone anxiety, you need to come to this store. I have been putting off upgrading for a couple years. I came into this store and Darren was amazing! I no longer have the fear of upgrading. Darren and Lejana were the best.

I have my phone through METRO, and stopped while I was in Woodinville at the T Mobile for assistance figuring they were the parent co. Well, I was told they couldnt help and I should go to METRO in Bellevue. All I wanted was to pay my bill. So a young man did assist by pulling up the payment info. So, the 2 stars are for the young man. As far as T Mobile goes I will never give them my business!

Both times I came into this t-mobile location, Bailey K was extremely helpful. Today he was by himself helping all the customers who came in and he handled that stress calmly and effectively. I was very impressed at how he could keep his calm during that! I am a sprint customer and so he had to call quite a few different lines to get my questions figured out, but he did it and he did it with patience. I hope Bailey’s excellent customer service will be recognized, he truly deserves it! I think it is also worth noting that the other customers in there were also leaving happy, helped, and impressed even though Bailey was the only staff member!

This is the best location in Woodinville and it is corporate owned. Service is great, friendly staff, and always helpful. Its is a smaller store and their inventory can be low at times but well worth the wait. Ask for Eric super friendly and easy going.

Amanda was very helpful even though it was a complicated process to walk us through the options of transitioning from a business plan on Sprint and upgrading various phones. She was very knowledgable and took the time to discuss the many options and benefits for each plan. She was patient with us despite a lot of questions and guided us to the best solution for our particular situation.

If you are looking for incorrect information on your T-Mobile account this is the place to go. We were informed that T-Mobile phones are rent to own ( they are leased ) and that since we had completed our 18 month contract our phones were ours to keep. Not so. Do not go here.

I always have wonderful experiences at the T-Mobile store in Woodinville! Last year, I went in to buy a case and asked if the rubber case was made out of latex because of my allergy. One of the employees went above and beyond by calling the distributor to ask what the case was made of! Fast forward a year to today when I went in to sign up for a new plan. Erik and Adam were absolutely wonderful in answering my questions and helping me set up my new phone! I never felt any pressure to buy a certain plan or phone because they wanted to make a sale. They really seemed to care about their customers!

I transferred my account from Sprint to T Mobile after 7 years. Stephanie Matyasi( Retail Training Store Manager) and Bryan Hutson helped me. They both are knowledgeable, professional with a pleasant attitude.I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. Will definitely spread the great experience among all my friends. I love T-Mobile Woodinville, especially Morgan. She patiently went above and beyond to help me.A little history. I hadnt purchased a new phone since I picked up my Note3. It finally quit working all together. I was gifted an S6 by a friend which ended up having its own problems (may have been because it had to be unlocked and was serviced by a different provider). Morgan helped me switch over the account initially and then when the phone started having problems, diligently tried to fix it for me.Luckily, I was able to upgrade the phone which saved me $200 so I bought the S10e on the spot. Morgan then did all the data transferring, etc., for me with a fun, happy attitude. Talk about great customer service!Kudos to T-Mobile Woodinville for hiring Morgan - she is truly exceptional!

Quick stop to make some inquiries about improving my data usage in a hard to reach area (*home on vacation from AZ)... quick, easy, & definitive answers. Would give 5 stars, but... Not able to get everything I need, since boosters arent available in store anymore... but, thats not the employees fault.

T mobiles website is always broken. I cannot refill online for the life of me. Currently I am on hold with T-Mobiles customer support for 37-55 minutes. Their music choice is horrible.I consider myself very tech savvy. First time I went into the t-mobile store. There was an hour and a half worth of problems we ran into with the new system. Thats fine. However, every month I have ran into technical hurdles that would drive anyone insane, just trying to refill my account. Paying T-Mobile for my service is like pulling teeth.

Had to call customer support for help after leaving here. Figured going into the store would be easier but it looks like these employees didnt wanna work today. Just said they couldnt help and shoed me out the door so they could keep playing on the computer. Funny because when i called T mobile they were suprised they said they couldnt help me. Had a new phone in the mail in 10 minutes. Phone was under warranty and was not working correctly.

Terrible service went in with my family no one greeted us or asked if we needed help were still sitting on the one tiny bench they have theres two employees helping one customer and then theres this fat guy going in the back room in and out and just keeps talking to the other employees after 23 minutes the fat employee comes over and says whose next the idiots dont even pay attention to whose next after all that to top it off he says you have to call customer service we cant do that while there was a customer using one of the stores phones talking to customer service theres stupid people working here.
