Super nice baristas and consistently good coffee

The barista Natalie along with the rest of the team is always so kind, remembers my name, and has such an upbeat attitude!

The barista Natalie -I walked in minding my own business at 8 AM. I wait roughly 10 feet away from the pickup counter and this lady had it out for me from the very beginning for no reason. She singled me out telling me I was too close to the counter meanwhile everyone else is standing in the same exact spot. She was extremely demeaning and condescending. She deliberately stops working on my coffee tells me I need to step back. I take my mask off right before exiting the shop to take a sip of my coffee and she literally hollered at me from across the store. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing to whoever employs her. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. $5 coffee and thats how you get treated? Never returning.

Isn’t following mask mandate! Ordered on the app and walked into 5 people without a mask at 3 different tables. My drink wasn’t ready so I had to wait with these jerks breathing everywhere and immune compromised people at home, and the barista kept touching the top of my drink and wiped the spout with her finger so I didn’t even drink it.

Folks were prompt in taking and getting out it quickly. Although I was in no rush, they handled their business like professionals and with a very nice touch. Didnt see the artwork on my bag till I got to mothers, it gave a smile and reason to say, Thank you!!!!:Well done.....

This Starbucks is at a good location in Woodinville and has good seating both inside and out. They get our drink orders correct and are friendly.

The baristas are friendly and very efficient. Every time I mobile order it’s always there when I arrive and they never fail and welcoming me in right away! One time I even sent my order to the wrong store, but they were quick on their feet and found a solution.

When i walk in I already feel great knowing everyone there has a smile. I love when the staff can work and have fun at the same time! Im almost always making my early morning stop to this location on my way to work, so to start my day with a smile after leaving here is amazing!

If youre going to be one of the few Starbucks to close as early as 2:30pm half the week then you should maybe be open till at least 2:30pm. Show up to order at 2:10 and they decided to close early.

I come here often for my girlfriends drink and it’s almost every time that I come that some part of my order is overlooked. Some days it’s the syrup they get wrong, some days it’s the milk. It makes a pretty big difference when I bring it home and my girlfriend is upset with her drink. The staff is very friendly, especially compared to other Starbucks, but in all honesty, I’d rather come home to a happy girlfriend

Friendly staff, quick service. Always pretty busy. A quick mobile order, and grab and go is best if you dont want to wait in line.

The service is good and the staff is nice. I just dont like the feel of the physical space at this Starbucks. It has an odd layout and feels too cramped. Finding a place to sit is always difficult. You can sit outside though in the nice weather.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations near me. Its warm and cozy in the winter and has seating outside for the summer.

Theres usually a little bit of a line here but it moves pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient, the store itself is fairly newly remodeled and clean. It has your standard features like mobile ordering, but no drive through or wine at this location. They do have some lunch sandwiches though, if youre in need of that.

I come here and get a coffee every day on my lunch break, 3/5 times my order is wrong and I have to ask them to remake it or add the cream they forgot. I order online because I think it is very convenient, so the baristas just have to read the sticker that prints out. I think my drink is very simple & easy to make- grande iced QUAD(meaning 4 shots of coffee) espresso with 3 pumps vanilla, 4 pumps classic & heavy cream or I get white chocolate for the flavoring. They constantly make it a double or dont put in the heavy cream- which costs extra. I get these drinks 2 times a day and I know when it has 4 shots in it or not plus its all heavy cream which you can easily tell when they dont stir it. So I politely ask for them to add the HEAVY cream that they didnt put in it and is clearly on the sticker or when it is only 2 shots of coffee I ask them to remake it. Almost every time I get attitude for it or if its missing the cream they tell me its on the counter & I have to tell them No, I ordered heavy cream. Today I just took the drink because I didnt want to deal with the girl working because she is always rude about it.I dont know if the staff needs to learn how to read the stickers or if they need to be taught what a QUAD espresso is- quad meaning 4, triple is 3 & double would be 2 but Im sure I am not the only one this happens to.

Ive been here a million times and have never had a bad experience because of a barista. They are all incredibly kind to the customers and to each other. Bria is most fantastic barista and human being. What is available for purchase is rather consistent (which I love), and what Im looking for is almost always in stock.

Understaffed and really slow. SBUX usually knows better.

A great little in-store Starbucks. While they may be a bit limited on menu items, they do great coffee. A friendly crew that remembers my drinks order and always has a great attitude. This crew is always upbeat and really seem to enjoy the interaction with all their customers.

My Starbucks card got hacked after using it at this location. I have no idea that how my card number was passed on to a location in New York City where it was used for a one time purchase of $60.00. Starbucks management at this location should be aware of this fact since it is their job to protect the customer from undue headache and stress.

Not happy. My daughter ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it was colored milk with no flavor. Very expensive to get that.

I brought a coupon for a free double shot drink. The offer I had showed a can which they did not have there, rather than turning me away they made a drink, which was clearly a larger size than what I was meant to get and honored it. Great service, very pleased!

Double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich. So good! Service was fast and courteous.

Well you know, not wildly different from the hundreds of others youve been in but its a very convenient location with a big wall of glass to watch the world go by while recharging your batteries with friends. A nice one for sure.

This place is always great about drink and customer services. It is also my favorite place to enjoy my coffee.

If you have a dairy allergy do not go to this Starbucks I have had to argue with the baristas on several occasions when I have watched them put in whole milk in my drink instead of soy milk. One of the baristas refused to make it right and swore that he used soy milk, then when I finally convinced him to make it again he used regular milk instead of whole, but still not soy milk. It was a horrible few experiences and I will not be coming back to this location again!

Awesome service during a very busy time yesterday. They even had time to put my drinks in custom containers! I feel bad for not giving them tips at such a busy time, so I hope this awesome review makes up for it! Theyre doing a very good job at taking in all the customers from the old Starbucks that shut down next to the new Ulta.

Atmosphere is consistent with other Starbucks. Staff was friendly and patient. Line was long to order but didnt take long to get my cup of coffee. Although my rating is really a bench mark against other Starbucks stores, IMO as a whole Starbucks coffee is over priced and not worth it unless I am in a hurry.

Super busy BUT it took me about three minutes with a line out the door to get my drinking. Super friendly staff. Clean surroundings, unique decore made it cozy.

You get what you expect at Starbucks. Its a lot of $ for coffee, but clearly theres a market for it. I am a very infrequent patron, but then I make a good cup of coffee at home.

Like this location as it offers indoor and outdoor seating and is relatively convenient when running errands. I havent enjoyed it yet, but this location offers the happy hour, evening alcohol and small plates.

Great vibe at this location, unfortunately the baristas dont always know how to make some of the more commonly requested drinks. Almost Every time I go my white chocolate Amercano tastes different. Minus 2 stars for inconsistency in the coffee taste/blend. When you do only one thing focused on doing it right. I have yet to see anyone order alcohol from Starbucks so lets get the coffee right.

So glad they brought back pumpkin scones! The flatbreads and Truffle Mac are worth the trip too. You cant go wrong with coffee, wine, and great small plates!

This is a great location and used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area. That has changed drastically in the last few months. They get my order wrong every single time, and what I order is pretty basic.

Incompetent staff. Super slow service. They mix up orders. Its been 20 mins still waiting for my order. People after me are being served first . Too many people doing too little things . I would avoid this barista if you could. This is the slowest service at Starbucks i have had in 9 years 25 mins for one drink.

The baristas here are exceptionally friendly and prompt, and Ive never had a bad drink. They also serve booze and tapas in the evenings which is very popular.The only downside is the crush of people that usually frequent this location and use their extra large SUVs like battering rams in the crowded parking lot. I have never seen people so desperate for caffeine in my life!

I came here with my family and when my father tried to open his hot coffee the lid was on too tight and splashed all over his hands scalding his skin. Obviously the employees couldnt control the tightness of the lid but they could help the situation by responding quickly with ice for a burned older man. Instead the employee named Cheyenne when asked for ice said with an attitude that she would get it in a minute and continued working on a drink. It took going to several other employees to get ice after waiting on Cheyenne for a few minutes. In a burn situation it requires fast action to prevent long term/permanent injury. The other employees at this location were understanding and tried to rectify the situation but the bottom line is, they need to get their priorities in line. Safety should ALWAYS come first and in this situation for Cheyenne it did not. I would suggest this location retrain its employees on safety and consider letting Cheyenne go. This was a shameful moment for Starbucks and should never happen again.

This one has a nice outdoors area. It has been recently remodeled as well.

The barista does not know how to make a coffee frapacino, it was (gross) not sure what she made. I never had a problem with Starbucks before but this place sucks.

As usual, excellent customer service as expected. Outside seating is plenty and lots of plugs inside ensures everyone is accommodated.

I would recommend NOT going to this starbucks because of their bad service and limited options. Surprisingly, there are two others inside this shopping mall area. The main starbucks location is at the corner by the main street and is a full business location.

I went there with my friend before seeing a movie and ordered a mocha from a very friendly barista, and it was incredible; probably the best mocha i have ever had from starbucks. hes a tall, ginger, very friendly barista, and he makes a killer mocha. thank you, sir.

Im not a fan of Starbucks anymore. They never seen to get my drink right, coffee is always burnt, and they only fill the cup 2/3 of the way. Prices are through the roof, so its not worth it.

Great location that is busy, but not too much that you cannot sit and enjoy your coffee. This store is an evening store so it has reserve coffees, beer, wine, and other different foods.

Fireplace is broken, lobby is really cold. Bathrooms are FREEZING. Please fix, very uncomfortable for winter day.
