I would ask your employees to please not clip their fingernails right next to the hot foods. Clipped nails fly through the air and can land in the food.

Worst experience ever! Really rude. Im six months pregnant and the guy kicked me out of the store because I put the items I was going to buy on his counter.

The worst service ever. The guy refused to check the price before hand. Rude, refused service at the end. Businesses like this should not be working. Happened just now.

They basically stole money from my because I had 15 dollars and the total was 8 I gave him all the money and he didn’t even give my change

Had almost no gas in my car and I typed nearest gas station in my GPS and this 7/11 came up, turns out there is no GAS here!

Pretty similar to every other 7-Eleven. Not the cleanest or best place to hang out. But the staff is pretty helpful and has a lot of items to choose from. There is no gas station attached to it so you will have to go across the road to a 76.

The guy working the overnight shift is literally stealing peoples reward points. After scanning my friend and Is food, he scanned his own phone. We asked him what he was doing and he said it was for reward points, and THEN offered us cards AFTER he already took our points.

Haha, wow. Debit system didnt work, the prompt said waiting for teller. Cashier got angry and yelled at me. I asked him to put back an item so I could pay for the coffee and he yelled again. I gave him 2 bucks and started to leave when a quarter hit the door I was walking to. I asked him if he threw it and shouted get out.

ZERO stars! I went in to get water and put my card in. When it didnt work, he rushed me and said swipe it! swipe it! swipe it!. When I told him to slow down, he muttered something at me in his language !!! Besides all that, they are all very rude people that dont even say thank you and make no attempt to show appreciation for your business! Staying on the phone while ringing up customers and sometimes not even looking up at you. They take advantage of the fact that they are at a convenient location. They need to learn a lesson in how to treat their customers!

I went in for free slurpee day & they only had cherry, coke and banana available. there was no blue raspberry which was bs, but the slurpee its self was melted juice and had a taste i cant describe, maybe coconut but idk how. anyways, i dont recommend this 7 eleven. thanks for reading

Not very good customer service. They wont make hot food if its not already on the shelf. The guy was kind of rude too, no explanation or anything. Wont be back if I can help it.

Pretty bad customer service most of the workers dont even acknowledge you when you bring up food. But its a 7-11 everything else is fine

I go into this store this morning to get my coffee and get this employee coming up to me yelling and pointing to a sign about not using my personal cup to get my coffee but I had already poured the coffee in my cup and I was going to pour it out into the trash can and he yells at me not to do that that it was ok and when I went up to pay it should have been 1.42 but he charged me 2.08

I believe I have a similar experience with many of the other reviews. Not a great place.

Ok to get whatever you need, slurpie, snacks, beer, cigs. However, the cashier is never nice. Sometimes, hes never says one word to me.

Its got 7/11 stuff. Clerks are not that friendly. I get that you might pass the time by talking on the phone but customers need to take precedence.

Staff is frustratingly negligent; not surprisingly.
