I would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Dont waste your time making an appointment (they never send the follow up text, even when the store is empty), and certainly dont listen to them about prices. They quoted me $40 a month over an online package, and then tried to tell me the deal was only for new customers (it wasnt). If you do ask them for help, they will simply tell you the problem, and provide no help or solutions.Save the time and headache by just finding your deal online and then picking up your items.

I moved to Bothell from Austin and had scheduled to have my starter package delivered. The delivery was delayed so I dropped into the store to see if they could help me out so I could get my internet set up. The store went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I had everything I needed to get internet, helped me with mobile service, AND worked to make sure I got every discount available. The staff here, especially Cinthya and Bradley and the store manager Chris, are amazing to work with and the process was smooth and easy.I am glad there is a storefront close by with such great customer service.
STORE DOESNT EVEN EXIST!! The website allowed me to make an appointment at a store thats not even there! What a damn joke. This is EXACTLY why I am canceling your joke of a service. Worst customer service on the planet.

This was a completely disheartening experience. On December 27th, online, I ordered and paid for, internet service, through Xfinitys Pre-paid Internet ServiceI got the notice from Xfinity that my modem which is part of the order just shipped today, December 29th and wont arrive in Kirkland til Monday, January 4th! I have essentially been without reliable internet since the day that Xfinity surprisingly ended their Wifi On Demand program. My phone hotspot, by evil Verizon, has used up all of its high speed internet already in just two days .So much for their idea of UNLIMITED data! What a joke. I work from home, and my computers do get a lot of use, and having a reliable, fast and stable internet connection is critical to my business. So out of desperation I went to the Woodinville Xfinity store, to see if they could possibly hook me up with a modem until mine arrives on Monday. Of course, not only could they not do anything like this, they werent even interested jn talking to me about other options. They could have had a potential sale of Home Internet! Why can this company not treat its customers like customers but rather more like bullies with their hapless victims, or predator and prey, or even just idiot robots who cant think for themselves, have no creative solutions to a problem they have helped create, but are very eager to take your money, for little or no service. I do not like Xfinity, Im probably going to cancel the service I ordered and go into the retail store of your closest competitor, tell them all about my experience, and probably get as a much better treatment, and have internet before nightfall. Xfinity you suck..

Cinthya has no idea how to sell plan and phones she making fools to customer and take long commitment without customer consent so plz aware when u shopping there because I made huge mistake to buy there and stuck for next 24 months
They were not able to help me set this location and they referred me to a different store. I asked if this was a regular store and the associate told me this is a full regular store but there are things that cannot do there that other stores can do. I went to the Redmond store, problem was quickly resolved. Dont waste your time at the Woodinville location.

I caught the worker trying to charge me $59 for a $35 service. He acted like he messed up. Im not stupid. I called it out and he redid it and what do you know, $35 for the same service. Trying to jack me like a fool for a multi-billion dollar corporation...
These guys deserve medals! They know exactly what they are doing and how it needs to get done all while being professional and displaying excellent customer service. Demitri went above and beyond to get our services back up and running! Way was happier with him than anyone else weve dealt with from xfinity whether it be in person or via phone. Thank you!
The staff on 8/7/20 were freakin amazing I had to write a review. We entered the store and were greeted by Joshua. He was personable, on top of it, fast, took charge, and super friendly. He helped us upgrade our device and gave us a better plan that costed us less and with faster internet speed. Another guy also name Joshua stepped in and they were the dream-team! They should be the role model of all customer service experience. They Rock!
We recently went into the xfinity store to add another line on to our plan and glance at phone options since I will soon be needing a personal line. Upon entering the store we were informed that they were offering $200 off of the new phones, which led to us purchasing the Iphone SE for $200 instead of $400 from Xfinity. We were excited and relieved to have been able to get this done quickly but the process took quite a while, which was fine, and by the time we left it appeared that everything was how it should be.Fast forwarding to our first bill we noticed that the monthly rate (we werent allowed to just pay the $200 up front) was double what it should be and therefore reflects the non adjusted price of the phone ($400) instead of the promotional price ($200). We assumed this must have been an honest mistake and decided to take time out of our long weekend to sit in the xfinity store again to correct a mistake that should have never been made. Upon arriving the workers were unable to deal with the problem and were messaging with support to try to handle the issue, but after roughly 30 minutes of sitting around they assured us that they would deal with the issue and call/email us once it was resolved. We did not receive communication about the issue, and we are unable to call the store directly since Xfinity doesnt list the stores actual number.In conclusion, weve been misled on the pricing and promotions in order to sell us a phone that cost double what was promised, weve spent two fairly long visits in the store trying to get this right, and they do not appear to care at all about the manner in which the situation was handled.

They are terrible, they have no knowledge about what they are selling. I was just looking for internet $34.99 a month and they offered the same at $59.99 .They took a long time to access my info and after too many questions they told me that price. Waste of my time. I did online and voila.

Rude customer service personnel. Pay over $280 a month for services and when something goes wrong you expect help but they didnt want to bother helping at all. Am about done with Comcast
