If you are looking for some hard to find Mexican ingredients, this place is the way to go! They have seasonal food items as well like Pan de muerto, and Rosca de Reyes which is actually really good! On Sundays they have tamales which are great as well, but make sure you come early or they will be gone.

I have retained very little from my Spanish classes, so I was grateful that the friendly woman at the counter was bilingual. She was very helpful and let me know that fresh masa is available for sale on Fridays and ready-made tamales on the weekend. The shop is small, but all the basics are here, including a selection of bulk chilies. I would gladly visit again.

The only meat counter with Carne Asada in the area. Be sure to get the price verified: sometimes the cashier will charge MORE (per pound)than the what butcher says.

Good local Mexican market with fair prices. Sundays solid tamales are offered, just check with the cashier about what kind are for sale.
