Yea definitely dont ship your packages through this place recently shipped a pc along with other things estimated 2500$ in value and within 2 days of me shipping them, my packages were lost....dont trust these guys with anything important

Very bad service. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed, I was already doing something on the computer and they wouldnt let me finish because they were closing

Fix your tracking site. Cant read my tracking item if your site keeps automatically refreshing itself.

FRIENDLY Staff and knowledgeable for what I need! Just a quick pop-in to make some copies, get some print work done and most importantly get my stuff shipped out. I like the FedEx app so I can get alerts for incoming packages and circumvent the local package thiefs out there too.

Fast, efficient service. Needed something printed, was ready by the time I drove over.I showed up lost about how to do a return with an open box and they took care of taping and all that.

Exceptional service at this location. I come here on a weekly basis because the team helps me ship out large amount of packages for work and also when I have personal items.The FedEx Redmond location did not do a good job with packaging our last few packages, so we decided to use the Woodinville location from past personal experiences. Our business needs are always met when it comes to superior packaging services. Not a single item they packaged and shipped out for us arrived damaged to our clients.If there is a line forming for the delivery counter, other team members also jump in to help alleviate the wait. My all time favorite people to work with are Cassandra, Danielle and Kali! Its a wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful team.

Went in for Passport Services and the staff was clueless on the process. This essentially turned into a scam as well; They uses a 4th party to called Rush my Passport which acts as a broker to check your paperwork and forward to the State Department. You are better off working directly with the State Department and not using FedEx Passport services

Came over today needing some pictures printed. Patrick totally helped me out from start to finish. I had a deadline and Patrick helped me meet it. Thank you again, I will be back.

I went to this FedEx for Printing and Shipping the Documents. The Staff were very Helpful.

I stopped in to see if they could witness and notarize a document for me (the bank could notarize it but not provide a witness, so they advised me to go to the FedEx store). It turned out that FedEx does not provide those those services but the employee who helped me was about to go on his lunch break. Without any hesitation, he kindly offered to walk to the bank with me and and be my witness, taking time out of his own lunch break! He was so helpful and friendly. He wouldn’t even let me buy him lunch. I will go out of my way take my business there in the future.

The Girl who pickups the phone was rude and she didnt want to help me with shipping information that I had asked on phone. Bad business skill.

Poor customer service. Three people were behind the desk, no one greeted me. And it took awhile before I was even helped. Once I was acknowledged the person said they would check on the online order only to go and help a customer that came in after me.

Always have a good experience here.A lot of these 1 star reviews are super ego based and are high maintenance customers that expect everyone to bow down to them. This store will help you with everything you need, the right way.I don’t care if the person smiles and waves at me as I come in as long as my stuff gets from A to B. Which it does.

This is the best god damn Kinkos on the planet Earth. They accommodate my tush orders and spirited about the whole affair. I am so ever greatfull for these guys. My architecture plans printed asap and they are always on top of it.Justin is the guy that really knows his stuff!

Staff, esp Michael, are very friendly and courteous, very helpful and I found them very knowledgable. I got great service. Keep in mind if you go at peak hours, your wait will be longer - which is not the fault of the staff.

These guys are great! They always give me a call to confirm my online orders. Once they even called because an order I usually put in seemed wrong and then volunteered to fix an alignment issue for me themselves. They apologized for having me drive all the way out to look at the error, but it was well worth it.They are always nice and courteous. My company does a lot of printing/shipping through FedEx, most of the locations/people we deal with are unorganized and rarely nice.The only issues Ive ever had with this place is that sometimes it takes a while for an employee to help you. However, itss not because they are talking to co-workers or because they are ignoring you, its always because they are dealing with another customer making sure their issues are resolved before moving onto the next one. While this is sometimes annoying, Im glad that when I have issues one (or two) employees are focused on helping me.These guys are one of the only reasons we still print through FedEx, if all of their locations were this awesome it would be easy to overlook their horrendous online portal. (Edit 8/25/2012 - Theyve the issues I had the the online portal!)

Use another service if you can. I have had zero problems with shipments being on time throughout the pandemic- with the exception of FedEx. They will be days late EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

I have been doing business here for years but will NOT go back. If you try to pay by check, they will call your bank to verify your account. Even with a proper pre-printed business check and valid identification. Absolutely Insulting! And -- have you ever tried to reach a human being by phone at a major bank? Be prepared to wait... forever.

Manager is totally disrespectful and enforces non existant policys as a part of his little power trip. I asked how his day was going and got no response. Im a repeat customer and am never treated well. Definatly worth the drive elsewhere.

Terrible time. Asked a guy if I could print off of cloud. He said no. I didnt want to drive all the way to the library so I looked around to see if I could anyways. Theoretically, you can actually, via some ancient self serve machines. Except I couldnt, because it wouldnt recognize my powerpoint as a PowerPoint (which is a supported format). Tried to export that PowerPoint as a pdf to print but still had problems. Ended up going to the library... Wasted 10 minutes at FedEx, 30 minutes driving.

My husband and I went in couples days to drop off a package for return. The lady told us that our package is not in a good condition. We told her that was the box it came in with. She tried to sell us another box which costs 12 dollars. So we left and went to Fedex in Kirkland, the lady there was so friendly and said it was not a problem with our packing. I got to say FedEx at woodinville is very disappointing at their service and I dont like how rude she was. In fact she was trying to sell us another box. I wouldnt recommended anyone to go there. Go to FedEx in kirkland instead.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx. I simply wanted 30 copies of something printed and for some reason the pdf of the document I sent them came out as being portrait instead of landscape, and they wouldn’t rotate the document for me without charging me $7 (something that literally would have taken one click of a button, and that every other FedEx has done for me free of charge.) Very poor customer service.

Counter help is terrible. I took in a package to return an item to the seller. It had a prepaid shipping label and was packed and taped exactly as FedEx delivered the replacement item, with the item in its retail box inside the shipping box. The employee asked what was inside, opened it and wouldnt accept it unless I bought packing material like bubble wrap. I had him re-tape it and took it to a dropbox.

On two occasions I have come in for a biggish print job and Lynelle has been extremely helpful despite it being late at night and almost her closing time. These print jobs were inconvenient and somewhat difficult and she really went above and beyond. Thanks so much!

50 dollars for a poster you could find at office depot for 20. The lady was grouchy and not welcoming. Its worth the drive elsewhere.

It is excellent and liked it very much. I drafted and printed a letter and faxed tax documents to IRS in just 15 minutes today.

I have had two projects lately that required sending a large graphics file, which turned out to be a bit of a challenge. On the one hand, I am surprised that Fedex/Kinkos is not set up with an internal drop site for large files given they print and reporduce as standard practice......however to counter that, the team went over and above both times to help find a solution, confirming everything along the way, and delivering a beautiful product in the end. I am very impressed with the team and service.

It’s terrible place to go for printing. The staff no help at all internet not working ask staff they don’t know. I made mistakes going there Bothell Fed ex office is great. Don’t come are.

I went into FedEx Office located in Woodinville Washington and asked to ship 1.5lb package to Taiwan. The Manager of the FedEx Office Eddie Macias started to explain how difficult it is to ship Internationally. He said it would be about $100 to Ship. I said with my Employee discount it will not be anywhere near that price. I gave him my account number. He looked up the price and said yep with this account # it is $100. I said so, the normal price to send 1.5 lbs to Taiwan is $400? His reply yep! I went to the FedEx office in Kirkland and sent the same package for $28. I will no longer go to the Woodinville FedEx Office...

Very unhelpful. Took forever for them to figure out how to get my picture I needed printed. Once he got it said he couldnt print it due to having a ninja turtle in it for a birthday invitation. Went to the FedEx in canyon park and they had everything done for me in 5 minutes. Dont go to this fedex very unhelpful!!

Only 1 staff member on Saturday morning so service was slower than I expected. I do appreciate all the things I can do at FedEx Kinkos.....a great full service biz.

Terrible customer service! Waited an extremely long time just to try to buy a $5 pack of stationary, finally gave up and left without making my purchase. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Thing I dont like about any kinkos, the copier for printing off memory cards is set at color, thus charging you more for a black and white print, sly way to increase money if you ask me.. and no Im not saying this as it happened to me and am angry now.. I just hate sly business tactics to increase anything they can charge for needlessly, being a business owner myself, I never ever charge people for something they did not receive, and always look to do more for the customer then for myself.
