Janice and crew are the best you could possibly ask for. This tiny shop gets absolutely overrun with people constantly and they handle it the best they can. Janice is nothing but a wholesome, pleasant character, very professional and knows what shes doing. Ive had a box here for years and she has always accommodated everything I needed. Have some patience during the busy times and youll get what you need.
Made an online order to print ONE piece of paper and arrived the store after half an hour. The lady told me you had to wait until the pick-up ready email is received. She highlighted YOU MADE THE ORDER AT 5:30 AND NOW IS 6:00, YOUR ORDER SHOULD BE READY TILL TOMORROW. Yeah, it should take UPS ONE day to print a piece of paper. UPS is really impressing and the ladys attitude is remarkable.
So the place makes you wait outside until youre waved in. There were no customers and the attendant didnt even acknowledge me for a few minutes. When I was finally permitted to enter the associate told me the notary is available only from 8:30- 5 yet they advertise notary services and are open til 6:30. Woodinville has a lack of notaries so I was not happy.
Don’t listen to the other reviews that say the ladies up front are rude. I just had a wonderful conversation with Janice and her co-worker and they were nothing but nice. Will definitely be using this UPS in the future!
This place is the worst. Second time here, last time Ill come back... The employee today (3/15/21) is on some weird power trip like shes a nurse in the Frontlines or something. Only one person in the store at a time LOL, so Ive been standing here for 15 minutes and shes been helping the same person the entire time.... and still one person is ahead of me. Its super cold today. F this.
Nice employees but hands down the slowest and least efficient UPS store I’ve ever used. I consistently wait 10-30 min to drop off an Amazon return. It’s not a matter of COVID or store size (neither help), the employees do not have a sense of urgency. Management needs to re-evaluate this place.
Top notch service. The ladies are so awesome, they always go out of their way to accommodate and help me. They remember my name and even strike up fun conversation while Im there. Feels like a good ole fashioned post office. I look forward to coming here. I know they are swamped with packages but they always make me feel special. Thank you! :)
I walk in with a fragile box clearly marked with which side is to be up and that’s it’s fragile.The lady grabs it, flips it upside down, bounces it on the floor. When I ask her to flip it over because it is fragile she looks at me as if I insulted her. I wait looking right back at her till she flips it over.Whatever happened to respect and customer service? Seriously, this is disappointing and inappropriate.

Wow!!! The receipt said Janice and she was Beyond Rude! Very abrupt and snippy! This is the Last Time giving our business to them!! We usually go to Pony Express and get wonderful service!! But they were closed and needed this package mailed. But Ill tell you never again will we go the this UPS STORE!! From reading other reviews this is a pattern for this store. Its not ok and PLEASE DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!! There are other choices in Woodinville that appreciate their customers!

This review is for the UPS store located in Woodinville and NOT for UPS delivery drivers. I have been coming to this UPS store for more than ten years and have NEVER had a bad experience. I visit this location about twice a week and I cannot remember a time when I left upset. Sometimes I have to wait in line and sometimes I am the first in line. That said, I think that it is important for people to remember that these are human beings that work here and not an assembly line with rats working on it. Overall, I can assure everybody that these folks are extremely professional, hard working and know what they are doing.
Horrible person at front desk, had an amazon drop off but he said drop anywhere, I asked dont I need to show code, he couldnt or didnt hear and just asked me to step outside.I was wearing a mask
I have never had good customer service here. From their notary service to package returns to shipping, its like theyre doing you a big favor by letting you PAY FOR THEIR SERVICE.Im so tired of this, Im going to show you how I feel type of customer service and attitude; tired of were so busy, we work hard, Ive had a bad day as an excuse for appauling manners and gritty attitudes. Step it up or make room for someone who deserves to be employed. Until then, I wont be back.
Absolutely horrible service there every time. The women were sitting in the staff area, on the computers doing personal stuff, while a line formed.. All of us were waiting to mail a simple package. The customer in front of me had to get their attention not once but twice before we were reluctantly helped by ONE of the employees. The line kept getting longer but the other two wouldnt budge to help us. Just kept looking at Instagram on the computer. Do yourself a favor and go to Fedex or USPS in Woodinville or UPS in Redmond where the service is excellent. *Update:8/2020... Anyone giving positive reviews of this place cannot be talking about the Woodinville location. They are consistently slow, visibly annoyed and rude.
Stopped by before 6:30 PM on 2/26/20 but the door was already locked. I kept knocking as I saw a lady in the back office and the lady walked up to the door but at 6:30 PM to tell me, “wa are closed” and walked off. I was trying to explain that I was here before 6:30 but the door was already locked but she didn’t care and walked away. She looked angry with me for some reason... Why?Please change your hours of operation on maps app if you close before 6:30. That way it will save a lot of customers a needless trip.

I go here all the time and I find them to be very helpful and friendly. I have to send a lot of returns to Amazon for my business and I always wait while they scan them in and they are happy to give me a receipt each time.

We have been using The UPS Store for our school for years. We love it. They provide us with the security we need where a simple mailbox can not. The staff are always helpful and friendly!
I arrived almost at closing time with a rather large and heavy box to return to seller, I misplaced the shipping label however. Janice not only let me leave the box overnight, but she had me email her the shipping label once I got home and she printed and shipped the box for me the next morning. This is a level of customer service you dont see often!!

My package never got delivered to its destination. So I went to the UPS store from where i shipped it from and the lady up front was really rude. I had made a phone call about my package 2 hrs before to figure out why it was never delivered and she said she would call about my package really rude and just hung up? There for was the reason I drove down there to see her make that phone call. She did not like that one bit and proceeded to give me a attitude and being rude about my situation.
This place CANNOT do their job! I have gone to this location twice. the first time I dropped two boxes off and they failed to scan them (I found out later) so I was unable to track my package or know if it was even shipped. When I went in to confront them on why they didnt do their job they couldnt tell me a reason of why and DIDNT offer any solution for me. they just told me they didnt know why they didnt do their job. I refused to ever go there again. secondly my husband dropped a package off for me (no idea he was going to this location) and they FAILED to scan my package in again! so here I sit not knowing AGAIN for the THIRD time if someone stole my package or if its on its way to where I wanted it shipped to. WORST UPS STORE EVER! And the lady there is soooo RUDE!
I paid to have a time sensitive package delivered, and 2 weeks later it is still not delivered. Apparently the wrong address was typed in by the employee. After 1 week, my daughter complained of not receiving the package. We went on line and learned that the wrong address was entered; we then corrected the address, or so we thought. The online sight didnt save the apartment number. When we tried to correct the error again, it wouldnt allow any more edits. After several phone calls and employees who couldnt edit the address, my daughter has to drive to the UPS location to retrieve the package. Did I mention, the UPS warehouse is only open when my daughter is working!!!!! Two weeks and she still doesnt have the package and I have yet to resolve this issue.
Fast, friendly and gave me great advise on requesting and keeping the confirmation of delivery to a business that may not have the best track record. Thank you ladies.
I have now been in the store 5 times... 4 to drop off Amazon returns and once for a Notary.. Every time the clerks have been rude and acted like I was interrupting their conversation with the other clerks. As for the Notary the clerk would not notarize the US Government form because the form did not have a notary statement. When I went to another notary she pointed out the from did have the statement and notarize the document.
DEC 10 2018 - Two unprofessional female clerks were behind the desk. One was busy chatting with a customer the whole time I was in the store. The other, Kathy, doesnt acknowledge me until after my third attempt to get her attention 👎.
Came here on business related stuff and felt like the girl was annoyed by me. Came in about 11 on June 2nd. I really feel like the girl thats up there was a little frustrated not just with me but with the system and everything else. Kind of shity customer service. Made me feel rather stupid for no reason
This is by far the best UPS store around! I will drive further out of my way to use this particular UPS store. Alan the owner and his team are always so much more helpful and knowledgable than any other ups store and just a million times better than usps. No matter what everything is cheaper here as they go out of their way to get you the fastest best service for your dollars sometimes saving me upwards of $90 by having me ship to other ups stores for pickup or offering various other options. I find myself shipping more non business items as well because they make it so easy. My friends and relatives love getting care packages and this ups makes it easy and affordable to do. They even offer cheaper packaging options I just cannot overstate how much I appreciate them! I drive from my home in seattle or my office in redmond just to ship here and I highly recommend you do the same!
Ive never experienced this level of incompetence from anyone before now. Shipping from one UPS store to another should be a simple task, but 5 days after I shipped a package and 2 days before it needs to be in San Fransisco I am once again holding the same box in my hands! In response the OWNER chooses to blame the other UPS store, blame UPS its self, and even to claim that there was more that I should have done! In fact, the only one he didnt hold accountable was himself. The only solution this imbecile could concoct was to charge me $120 to ship the package again via 2 day air! I had already paid $32 (which he refused to refund) to ship it the first time, should it cost a customer $152 to cover the mistakes of a single moron in a brown shirt? If by some chance you do not enjoy unprofessional, puerile behavior and actually expect your parcel to be delivered within this century then DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS UPS STORE!
