I wish I could give them 10 stars. I called them due to my dryer no longer heating up. I thought for sure I might need a new one and immediately became distressed due to the financial strings of humanity. However, to my incredible delight and surprise, they came over the next day and fixed it! They were courteous, efficient, friendly, and professional. I could not recommend them more for buying or fixing any of your appliance. Top notch company, 10/10!!!

My washer quit spinning. Its only 5 years old. Ehrkes was recommended to me plus I liked that they were in town. I called them and right away they were just so kind and helpful. They came on Monday and the repair men were so polite. It didnt take them long to figure out the problem. They got it working but told me the part was going to go out. They said they would have someone call later with details which Nancy did. She was so kind and understanding. She told me the cost of everything so I said yes. Today they came and replaced the part and I am just so happy with the whole experience. I will definitely recommend them.

Had terrific service! Our refrigerator broke down and needed a new one ASAP! Ordered new one over the phone and, even though they had a full day of deliveries and couldnt promise delivery that day, our new refrigerator was delivered the same day! Cant ask for better service than that. We are so grateful that they were able to deliver and install so quickly. Our contact at Ehrkes was so friendly and helpful. So glad we contacted them and would highly recommend to others.

I cannot rate Ehrkes high enough. 5 stars is not enough. My dryer went out with no heat. Called Ehrkes this morning and they were at the house this afternoon. Nancy called to make sure of availability. Took only 20min to repair (bad coils). Fast, everyone was extremely courteous and great pricing. They will now be my GO TO for appliance repair. What a great experience.

This is a fantasy family own business who cares about there customs

We had the drainage assembly fail on a 23 year old Amana washing machine. After researching we decided to replace it with a Maytag. We ordered the matching set through Lowe’s only to have them cancel the dryer two days before delivery. We still had them deliver the washing machine (because we NEEDED it!) and then continued our search for the dryer. Everyone we called who showed it “in stock” online told us it was back ordered 4-6 weeks at least.After reading an article about the current appliance shortage, I followed the authors advice and looked into two different LOCAL appliance companies.Ehrkes was prompt to respond and was true to their stock online! I called and they were able to deliver it the following morning!They included all install materials in their delivery price and made the installation as simple as possible!I will absolutely recommend them to family and friends! And they will be the first place we look at when it comes to replacing other appliances. Thank you Nancy & Joel!

I had a dryer that was older than Medusa and it stopped putting out heat. Rather than give me a razzmatazz about buying a new one, a team of two servicemen came out to the house, they were prompt, they were efficient they repaired the heater and it works like new. The price was extremely fair. I am but a simple country mouse and I love it when I get fair, honest, competent service at a fair price. Steer your business to these guys. They deserve it !

Very happy with the appliances we bought and the service. A big difference from big box store purchases. They spent time with us to make sure we bought exactly what we needed, no pressure. They also were able to get deliveries before the big box stores.

Very helpful staff. Nancy went through the features and benefits of a washing machine thats coming in soon and she was very honest about when she thought shed actually see it. Id definitely recommend them. I just wish they had some used machines.

My fridge quit working Friday evening over the Labor Day Holiday weekend so we were not able to get any service techs out until today (Tuesday). These folks answered my message by 8a and a technician was out before 10a, problem fixed and had things working again by 11a. Got the best deal on a new Whirlpool French door fridge. Mine was on its last leg and I wanted a new one before it died. They had a beautiful Stainless model in stock and I got it delivered the same day. Delivery guys we the best and they were in and out before I knew it. Would definitely shop there again.

We purchased a new washer from this place today, this is the second item we purchased from them . We called Ehrkes this morning and they told us to swing by, we found one we liked and they delivered it the same day. It is nice to have a local appliance store. The price was solid, it was the same price that Menards was selling it for so it gave me the opportunity to support the small guy instead of a big box store. As a side note they offer a great repair service, they have helped us out a few times when we had broken appliances for a good price.

Shopped on-line and other brick & mortar stores but bought my Maytag washer & dryer at Ehrke. While their selection isnt large, I was able to find the appliances I wanted at a great price. Bought my Maytag disherwasher there last year. Their personal service is great. Delivery and install a breeze. Nice little store!

My dad needed a new refrigerator but is unable to walk much due to a medical condition so I went shopping for him. My schedule is ridiculous with work and taking care of him so I didn’t want to spend a bunch of time on this project. I stopped at Ehrke’s appliance and talked with Bob Ehrke about what we needed and could afford. He gave us a great price and an amazing refrigerator! Not only that but they totally worked with me and my availability to bring new fridge and take the old one. His two delivery guys showed up and there was a problem trying to hook the water up, through no fault of there own. Bob came to the house, left to pick up supplies and had it up and running in an hour. I am so happy we were able to shop locally and can guarantee a big box store would not of gone that extra mile to solve our problem and let alone the same day. I highly recommend Ehrke’s Appliance and their staff!!

My refrigerator broke. Called someone else because I didnt know about Ehrke. The original service man fixed one of two items. Took too long to get the part for the second item.So I called Ehrke Used Appliances and told them what happened. They wont come out to fix the refrigerator because I had someone before them.If this happens to you, dont let them know anything about the history of your appliance and maybe you can get them to come out. They refused to even look at my appliance. Strangest thing Ive ever run into.I thought it was a simple system...you fix my appliance, I pay you. Apparently not at Ehrke Used Appliance.

Our fridge broke down and we werent sure if we wanted to fix it or buy a new one. They ended up having a used one we bought for a temporary fix and a new one we will be back for because their prices are very good. Very helpful and friendly staff and local!

Weve hired them twice to fix two separate appliances (an oven and a dryer). They seemed kind of shady when it came to the first appliance that was an oven that stopped heating (on thanksgiving no less!) They told us that wires were burned inside the oven and it needed to be replaced. They left the entire appliance unhooked when they left. We could not use the stovetop because they left it unhooked. They also pressured us to buy a used appliance from them (which was more then twice the cost of the habitat for humanity restore). I eventually hired someone else to install a different one.Having forgotten about that experience, I called them to fix our dryer. After looking at it, they told us the coil was bad and ordered a new one. They said the part would be in the next day and that they could replace it then. They show up the next day with the coil and tell us that the coil isnt really broken and they were guessing when they told us that and the piece we actually need replaced is the timer (which cost significantly more). They left our dryer completely disassembled and said they will order the part and can fix it tomorrow. When they called my husband to talk to him about what needed to be replaced, they tried to sell him a new dryer!When I call a store about an employee, its usually to talk about how pleased I am. I try to not complain and just let things go. However, Id hate for anyone else to have the same experience we did. I am shocked by all of the positive reviews.
