Entering the parking lot, it may appear that this location has very few parking available but there are sufficient spaces available. Friendly staff and good service while shopping at this location. Most items were in stock. Store was kept very clean and organized. Little to no wait times at checkout. Self checkout was great too.

We always go here in a pinch when were out of DuPont Tyvek hooded coveralls for inspecting crawl spaces during home inspections and they have always had them in stock, thankfully. Ive personally never had a bad experience with any associates and unlike my experience at other Home Depot locations, they are actually quite friendly and accommodating. We won the Home Depot lottery with our home inspection company office being so close to this location in Woodstock Georgia.

The Woodstock location is probably one of the friendliest and most helpful locations I have been to thus far. Recently bought some cabinets and was there more than I was at home! The staff is always helpful in determining what parts are needed and providing instruction on how to install them if needed. It seldom runs out of each item that is necessary to do the job. I also want to give a special shoutout to Khristina who went ABOVE AND BEYOND on helping us ordering everything and being super patient with us.

Adam and Brian from store 166 are simply amazing. They made a bad situation better by showing up and making things happen! The delivery service could not find my house in their routing software, so they took the time to pick up my appliances from the delivery service and bring them to my house.

They always seem to have all the home improvement things that I needed.

The rudest front desk ever !I made a mistake and sent and order to the wrong store for pick up.They hang up abruptly and talk over you … she definitely wanted to argue..I usually go to the Woodstock rd /Roswell store not the Woodstock Ga store ..right now no staff and low inventory.. and the employees hired obviously haven’t been trained properly… as in to be helpful ..as in what’s the next solution..I’ll order on Amazon from now on.. I was helped by three people today... Wish I was good with names but they were all extremely helpful. Found everything I needed. I have been going to this Home Depot for two years now and they never disappoint. I can think of at least 10-12 employees that are Amazing here almost like having a professional standing next to you as you shop!!! Prior to coming here i was at the one on sandy plains which I have also reviewed and they didnt stock what I needed and had no help readily available.

Stopped into Home Depot today for a few small gardening supplies and had a splendid trip as always.This Home Depot location has been my go-to for hardware needs and other similar items. Over the past two weeks I have bought an Axe, some Work gloves, and a few other things. Always there, always a wide variety, and always a good price. Ode to toxic masculinity.This store is for men and men only. No sales associate will pay attention to you or even greet if you are a woman. This store is stuck in the middle of the 20th century, when treating women bad was a norm. Male customers hite with their cart, because their simply werent looking, cause who said that you need to look where you go? The other male customer pushed me out of his way, so that he and his friends could walk there.Logical number sequence in the isles? Nope! The bins location follows no order and placed randomly, because its not about shopping convenience and its not done for the customers.Product placement doesnt follow any logics either. Items that make a group for the same department are split and located at the opposite parts of the store.Website works as great as everything else related to the home depot. It freezes and crushes even when you just attempt to change the store.All in all, this store is disgusting. It is stuck in its own reality, where bad treatment of people is a norm and customer service doesnt exist. If you are looking forward to ruin your day - shop here!But, frankly, theres a Lowes store across the road, please just save your time and go there.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER!!!They ordered for us Shower door, and it is keep coming different order. Than a month later, they told us it is not available.They want us to pay for the second order while we never received first one.We been loyal customer too long for this location, never will be back.

About a week ago I made a trip to this Home Depot (Woodstock) to find some replacement parts for a toilet that was leaking at one of the bolts. A seemingly simple matter turned quite complex once I got started on this project. My first visit there, one employee came up to me and asked me if I needed help. I had brought the hardware from my current system with me and he helped me find a match. He explained in detail what I needed to do and also cautioned me about some other things that could go wrong and to be careful. He said if anything happened to the red gasket, to come back and he would try to help me find a replacement part. He strongly cautioned Do not move it. So with the new parts in hand, I headed home. Because I had other things to do, I wasnt able to resume the repair until later that evening. I removed the tank from the seat easily, but his words of caution about the red gasket not to be moved stung in my ears as I saw the big red thing move around once I separated the back from the seat. Hoping against all odds that the crazy thing didnt move too much to cause any issue, I put everything back together and hoped for the best. To my dismay, here is where this seemingly easy task took a wild turn, as I flushed and water poured out everywhere!!! What the...!!! So, back to Home Depot I headed, now regretting that I had waited so long to resume the fix. I was certain by now, this kind gentleman who had helped me before would be long gone for the day. Eyeing the maze of parts that could possibly be what I needed but not quite sure, each minute I stood there staring, I began losing hope that I could finish this on my own... until I heard someone walking down the aisle ask me How did it go? To my surprise it was him and boy was I so glad to see him. I explained what had happened and he quickly began helping me again come up with a part. After about 10 minutes looking through boxes, he found a part, some instructions, and I was on my way home again. Thankfully this time when I put everything together, there were no leaks. The instructions he shared along with the parts he provided helped save me some major bucks in not having to call a plumber out. Greg is his name and he went above and beyond in helping me. I will never forget his kindness. Thank you Greg @ the Woodstock Home Depot!

Awesome..Met this really nice service rep,forgot to take his name, very funny older guy who had been a handy man 8yrs. Was so helpful in helping me choose the right toilet snake and he cracked some funny toilet situation jokes, i laughed so hard. I guess the jokes made me forget to get him name lol..And yes,the snake he chose worked excellently,after having my master toilet clogged for 3days in this new build just lived in only 3wks.

A lumber sales associate said he would go get me the four pieces that I need from the stock behind the store.I waited twenty minutes for him to come back. When he came back empty handed he said that he got pulled away to load a customers vehicle. How did my time become less valuable than everyone elses time?I just ended up leaving. They dont care.

I visited this store on 10-19-20 around 6:30 pm prepared to purchase a washer/dryer set. I was in the department for about 20 minutes browsing before I was approached by an HD employee. I explained that I was needing to purchase a w/d set and could he discuss the units and make recommendations. His comment was the only thing I can tell you is I have had this LG right here for 5 years and have had no issues. Now, he did point out a few features on the dryer but that is all. I ask if he could explain other brands and he said not really. I asked about their delivery schedule and he said it would be over a week. Now, heres the kicker...he actually stated that he was at Lowes on Dallas Highway over the weekend and they seemed to have a lot of sets. So, I left the store without making a purchase. I just thought the management of this store needed to be aware that they had a customer in their store that was ready to spend about $1500 and left the store without a purchase. It was a surprising experience.

Customer service never has enough ppl to serve their customers. if google can tell me when their busiest times are, why cant they figure this out? Expect it to be a 15-25 minute wait EVERYTIME, with some of that being outside in 30 degree weather. Three stars because the rest of the store is in good shape and usually has the product I need in stock.

Rented a Penske truck. They are supposed to be returned full of gas....ours needed gas in less than half the trip because there was very little gas in it...sloppy was on the part of Home Depot not to.catch this....now we have to pay for more than our share of fuel.....totally WRONG!! CRUMMY WORK.ON THE PART OF THE WOODSTOCK,GA. HOME DEPOT!!!!!!

I called to see if they had a Echo chainsaw instock. You think this would be an easy task. After 10 mins of being on hold and being told let me see if I can find someone in that department 3 different times, I hung up. I called Lost Mountain Outdoor Power to see if they had the saw. They confirmed with me they did and it only took 2 mins to get that answer. So I drove 45 mins and bought a 400.00 plus saw from them because they care about customer service so it was worth it to me to spend my money with them.

I had a cart full of sink plumbing parts to fix a already poor plumb in from a previous home owner. Greg, the plumbing man, saw my cart and took charge in helping me out. Within minutes, he had my kitchen sink re plumbed with the right fittings. His vision turned out a real professional repair. I’m super thankful for his help. He saved me a great deal of trouble.. I would say over 10% of the other customers do not wear masks despite there being a required mask sign out front and home depot giving away free masks and ppe at the front of the store. It made me so uncomfortable that I was in an aisle with 5-10 other people and none wearing masks. I ended up leaving because of this.

I was going in to buy a dishwasher, had 2 customers in front of me and the salesman told them the system and website was down company wide and he couldnt check on the availability on items. So asI was waiting I checked the website from my phone and the website was working just fine. So when he got to me told him the website was just fine and he just lost another customer and walked out. Went to another Home Depot just to see if the guy was really lying and he was.

Horrible customer service. At the returns desk a lady called Briel works there. She is so rude and does not care about customer service. She is on her phone all the time and apparently The home depot does not care about that because they never say anything to her. The home depot has cameras there but I guess they ignore what happens there. Horrible customer service, I definitely do not recommend anyone to go there. Other home depot are better or Lowes accros the street has way better customer service.

I love this store and normally have great experiences here. I am a novice DIY-selfer who relays tremendously on this expertise of the workers here. I have spoke to just about every dept. and each person has been extremely helpful with the exception of one or two sales associate. The reason for my 2 star rating is because this situation went to the store manager, about the poor service of door installation not properly handled by their outsourced company. He basically deflected that he can not manage what happens outside of his store ( I am sure you have some input) because I would not be dealing with R.F. Installers if I had not visited your store. Anyhow, it took 2 months to fix a storm door installation. Do not use RFI for your installation projects. They have no integrity, they failed to show up for at least 6 scheduled appts, along with numerous phone call to the area manager of RFI. Promises made and no follow through whatsoever. Shame on you both but primarily, Home Depot. I guess I need to start going to Lowes because apparently you dont care about your customer.

This location is not military friendly and does not have the military discount anymore except on veterans and memorial day...like every other store. Lowes across the street does have military discount in store and online. I was told by HD corporate that this is a store manger decision not to accept the military discount like other locations.

If you dont already know... Its a Home Depot. Youre not going to get that consistent level of accommodation like an Ace Hardware, but chances are, youre going to find what you need. If youre looking for a one off, random screw or piece of hardware, go to your local hardware store; otherwise, if its general stuff, just go here.

Went in this morning looking for a tree. Got there when they opened. Only to find it really hard to approach anyone near customer service. Since they were all talking about how 3 people were out and one had covid. Finally a guy who Im assuming was the manager asked if I needed help. Like 10 minutes later. I asked about if they sell the displays and he said yes. Then became very rude when I asked if they had the box. He then said no and no discounts either! When I hadnt even asked about discounts. Horrible experience overall. Ended up going to the roswell store where I wasnt treated bad and they had the tree I wanted in the box. Dont recommend here at all.

I was picking up a bag of mulch from the garden department outside of the building. Apparently home depot employees think that Im safer from the virus if i go through the main building between a bunch of people rather than just going in and out where theres no one. Go to Lowes instead, they seem to have more common sense.
