I’ve moved to Woodstock a year ago and use this Walgreens. I have had not one pleasant moment dealing with this pharmacy. CVS in Crystal Lake filled your Rx and pick up was always smooth. This place you can wait on hold for over 30 minutes and still not get taken care of. When it’s ready be prepared to wait inside or outside with many cars ahead of you. It’s absolute chaos!!!! Better get there act together!

This pharmacy used to be extremely awesome! I have been coming here for many many years. But I’m not too sure what happened over the last few months, maybe due to short staff? Just a guess. Definitely new faces though. I know mistakes are made but lord now every time there’s an issue and the techs are completely clueless. I was told LOU the pharmacist does not work here anymore. So disappointed because he was the BEST!! If he works at a new pharmacy I would gladly switch lol

There is a gentleman here that works in the photo shop section named Skye. Oh my gosh, is he incredible!! He has to be one of the best employees Walgreens has ever had. He is SO helpful, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable of Walgreens photo capabilities. Whatever he is making there, he deserves a raise! Id hire him in a minute. Times like today make help me believe in people more. Way to go, Walgreens!

The Pharmacy here is run extremely poorly. Constant computer issues and bad management. Go to McHenry or Crystal Lake for better service.

Very good pharmacy staff especially during this pandemic- always willing to answer questions. Both Lou and Jaclyn are very knowledgeable and kind. Also they are both very proficient with administering the vaccines and answering any concerns. Keep up the good work! Thank you for all that you do.

I was denied a covid-19 vaccination after being told that my insurance wouldnt cover it. I watched 3 uninsured individuals receive the vaccine while I was there.Im going to be reporting this branch to the Illinois health department. Absolutely floored that I was turned down for a vaccine that is being given for free during a pandemic.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! They lie about information and cannot tell you the problem of the script and when called my doctor they said that Walgreens system was down so they want a new script . They said it’s insurance issue, then don’t have the right dosage, it will be ready in soon and then tells me it’s still on processs… what the heck is this? The person is suffering from a lot of pain and all they can say is that go to the ER. Cmon guys. Stop playing.

The worst walgreens pharmacy Ive ever been to all my life here in Illinois. Not exaggerating but Im not impressed happy with their service. I have a terrible muscle spasm and cramps and my Dr ordered me a muscle relaxant..1st call- insurance issue2nd call- they said something was wrong with the script and they want my Dr to resend it to them. Later on I called my doctors office and told them the issue that something was wrong with the script so they want my provider to resend it. And they told me that walgreens computer was down and the script was therefore deleted.3rd call- they did not have the right dosage for the medication so they have to order it.4th call- insurance rejected to pay for the medication so then I asked the tech if I can pay out of pocket and she said yes and its like $39 something and I said ya not a problem I can pay for it. Then she said OK I will fill it up for you and it will be ready in one hour.5th call- the dose was changed and the medication is still on process and they will transfer it to the dispensing team.Now I will be calling back again soon and wondering what the next issue will be.... wish me luck to hear new issues....

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. I waited for an hour for my COVID-19 vaccine, they still hadn’t called my insurance, so I left. I’m pregnant and have lupus. This is the second time I have left empty-handed with no help whatsoever.

Made an appointment for 12 15 didnt get the vaccine until 1 along with walk ins getting taken in before me

For FedEx drop offs, they are supposed to accept packages up to 48 x 24 x 24. Went there to drop off a package 1/3 that size and was turned away because it was too big. What gives?

Poorly run pharmacy with unpredictable refill service and poor customer service communication.

I appreciate the cashiers there. They work hard, always respectful and nice. There is this big, beautiful black lady there thats always very helpful and brings a smile to your face whenever she speaks to you. I have no complaints about this store.

There hours stink not 24hours anymore, they don’t have enough staff, medications are rarely filled when promised, they have lost multiple medications, they closed the outside lane for picking up medications (my truck won’t fit in the inside lane so I have to go inside). The people that work there I think have the best intentions and try to be nice but I honestly feel sorry for them because they don’t have enough staff. The keep cutting services in Woodstock. I think I’m changing Pharmacy’s just fed up with the Walgreens corporation.

They are not open till midnight like they say they are. I get off work at 11:30 pm mind you I work 7 min away from here and every time I drive by it’s already close lights off no cars in the parking lot .

Great place to gather snacks when other places are closed. I cannot speak for the pharmacy but the cashiers up front are always cheery and nice. Cant really ask for anything more from a corner store!

Im voting 5 stars for that hot dark-haired chick at the register... The one with the black uniform on? She never wears her name tag... but shes like the hottest thing in Woodstock, plus has good taste in boots!

Terrible pharmacy, have issues almost every time. Over charged me and said I have to wait 6 months for a refund. Can’t fill a prescription I need until tomorrow and can’t tell me why. Leaves me on hold forever. I’m done with them. They don’t even pretend to care about their customers

Despite the signs, they do not require masks. I will not shop there again, not safe.

I have used Walgreens for several months now and have always loved the service that I received; however, tonight was vastly different. I picked my medication up and the pills looked different from what they regularly looked like so I called the pharmacy. I spoke with a tech (Kathy, who was very professional and helpful), and then she placed the pharmacist on the phone. The pharmacist--Tonya was rude, condescending and lacked professionalism. I will be transfering to another pharmacy immediately!

WORST Pharmacy EVER !!!! In the 3 times weve had to use them coming from the hospital its be a 2-3 hour wait & this is bringing someone who has just been duscharged !! Not an option for us to just go home & pop back over as live an hour away !!!

Went to the emergency room with my daughter. Chose this pharmacy since it was supposed to be 24 hours. It was closed when we got there. Now my daughter will be in pain for the next few hours until it opens. Not acceptable.

I dont know what happened to this place. In the last year or two it has just plummeted. The phone wait times for the pharmacy are extremely long. Theres always a line, there never seems to be enough workers staffed. The employees that are working are exceedingly nice and I feel awful for them. Furthermore, I used to get my medications filled here... the auto refill and automated system were wonderful, but at some point they changed systems and now its as if nothing can be done right. I miss my old walgreens.

Kind of funny about this place cant keep inventory on jardiance a popular diabetes medicine but we can sure keep stock of a popular cigarette called Marlboro we never run out of Marlboros the stuff that kills you but the stuff that saves you when you have diabetes called jardiance well were out of stock now for 2 weeks nice well ran outfit here again this town is something. Maybe you should try ordering your jardiance before you get down to your last five pills instead of gambling that your suppliers going to have inventory thats a no-brainer figure out how to run a business for crying out loud.

I concur with the disaster review, this pharmacy is in ruin.Aside from the half dozen mistakes in 4yrs, (including a WRONG med ) given at the window, this last one was a complete LIE about information.I was sent a text this past Sunday stating a refill was delayed, but ordered. I waited 4 days and then called, because I was out. I was told the situation had not changed, but I could get it in a different dosage, but the doctor had to be contacted and I should do the same. I then inquired about getting the med at Walmart. I was told and I quote This med isnt available there, they are sending people our way. A COMPLETE FALSEHOODI immediately called Walmart, they HAVE the med in stock, but could not do the RX transfer till tomorrow with authorized people.Next morning, I decided to give Walgreens the benefit of the doubt. I made 2 calls to the doctor(no fax received) and 1 call to them. No result.I then called Walmart, had them transfer the RX, and picked it up in under 2 hours.*Bottom line: If youre not concerned with long lines of irritated customers, and potentially probable mistakes with your order, then by all means use this pharmacy. However, please be certain to double and triple check everything they do and give to you. Its your health :-(

They have no concept of time. I used drive thru to drop off prescription. I told them I needed the meds as soon as possible. They promised one hour. I ran an errand and waited in the parking lot. I came back over an hour and a half later, through the drive thru. They said they needed more time, asking, When do you need it? Apparently, me showing back up to pick it up was not a strong enough indication that I needed it right then. Then, it was hinted to me that if I want quicker service, I should come in and wait. So, I parked, went in and waited. It eventually took two hours to get the meds. Ridiculous.

The reason for only 4 stars at this location is because i encountered with a member of the pharmacy staff i tried to be nice saying to have a good one she made faces at me giving me snotty attitude i did not get her name how ever shes kind of short has black long hair wears glasses it was the afternoon on 3/7/2019 i refuse to be treated like that

The pharmacy is always a disaster. Long wait times, never ready when promised and now of course they are no longer 24:7 pharmacy only store

Watch the prices as they ring up as a lot of pricing errors with their promotions. It happened so much that I will no longer go back.
