What a beautiful clean store. It is well stocked. The aisles are clean, not cluttered. There are no pallets on the floor. Associates were friendly. I found everything I was looking for. Beware there is a bag charge in this location!

Been sitting at your pharmacy now for 2 hours waiting for the covid booster. Dont offer walk ins if your people cant handle it. A slothe moves faster than these people

We came from out of town. Fast service in automotive. We need a new battery and the got us right in and we very nice polite. As we walked the store waiting all the employees were friendly and a smile on the faces. This hard to fined anymore. Great visit.

This store in Woodstock is great!! It was my first experience at this store. Its clean, organized and well stocked. I found everything I was looking for plus so much more!! My cashier was pleasant and accommodating. It will be worth the drive out there to shop on a more frequent basis!!

The self check-out is almost always a long line & theres usually not more than two regular cashiers open. Theres also a bag charge now (10 cents per bag). Bring your own reusable bags to save money!

I hate online stocked stores.... they never have your stuff after 6 days... yet you live in this town and shop there always. Not cool, guys

At 64 it isnt easy to do this kind of shopping and with being able to order it online, have an emplyee loaded it in my car is a lifesaver! Best thing ever for a senior. Highly recommend!

Wish I could give no stars. Always horrible experience Everytime. They act like customers are supposed to understand when someone is on break and they dont have enough registers open. Guess what. Not our problem. Staff properly then. You are major retail store. Went to vision center to get my kids glasses. Website said open all day until 5 pm. Nobody was there. Apparently one person works on Sunday and they called in so they just didnt open the vision center. Unbelievable.

Walmart quality products and service. This is the best it gets, but it would be great if they could enforce basic health safety options/guidelines so all customers are worry free. Some families still have immunocompromised relatives or members.

For as Wal-Marts are concerned, Great. no bothersome employees or major issues. they do seem understaffed and usually have a sizeable line for checking out (both self-serve and with a cashier) and occasionally will have an excessive amount of carts in the parking lot but compared to other Wal-Mart its leagues above

Great place, even the staff was friendly, pretty well stocked compared to other stores, fast moving checkout lines, definitely one of the best walmarts we have been to.

The self check out asked me how many bags I used and then wanted to charge me 10 cents per bag.Your gross PROFIT was $128,000,000,000 in 2020 - I think youll be fine paying for your own bags.

Was asked for my receipt and gave it to the lady. Instead of using bags since i purchased at tote i had put everything in the bin. The lady went and asked the lady running the self check out if she watches me ring up all my stuff. I have no reason to steal and will shop else where from now on.

The store is fine, and clean - like most other Walmarts in the area, but WOW, are their people in the customer service (returns) section S-L-O-W!!! They make no effort whatsoever to MOVE. Rather, even their physical and mental movements are like Im watching a 20 minute slow motion video! Its crazy. To add to it, they completely lack social skills and courtesy. Very disappointed.

WALMART IN WOODSTOCK SELLS CURDLED ICED COFFEE. I went to this location to buy groceries last night. I purchased a Half Gallon of Prairie Farms Mocha Iced Coffee. This is my goto cold coffee, I am the only on at home that drinks it. I opened the new container today and drank from it as I always do. I immediately puked in the sink. The label on container says expires on FEB 13 2021, which is 41 days away from now. Check your products before consuming.

Woodstock, IL - have trouble walking, so I order online and checked off the Curbside pickup. But, this store doesnt do that, so I dragged myself to the service desk and asked about online order pickups. Was rudely told, In front of Vision center. So, I went over to kiosk, scanned my baroda and waited for about 10 minutes before somebody showed up with order. The store in Harvard, IL is SOOOOOOO much better, and is my store of choice, but they were sold out of item I was looking for.

My friend and I stopped in just before 8pm to buy drinks and snacks. We tried to use the self checkout and we were stopped and told they couldn’t sell us anything because we came in with another friend. Two cashiers both claimed we were buying the alcohol for someone else. A manager came over and told us the same thing, and refused to check the cameras when we told her we were never with a third person. We gave them ways to prove that we were telling the truth, and they refused to even look into it, just told us that we came in with someone else. We had to drive out of our way to find somewhere else to shop.

Prices are low. The one by me is changing their store a bit which looks a lot better.

Walmarts exchange they used to have a lot of variety now they dont have a lot of variety. They used to have nice jewelry now they only have costume jewelry. I really dont go to Walmart that much anymore because theyve just changed and its not for the better. I like it how it was before.

Service is slow, only for the fact there is 19 registers and only 3 are open! the self server registered was packed, no excuse for this kind of service, it just doesnt matter which one you go to its the same situation! They obviously arent concerned about people standing in lines for 15 to 30 minutes!

We have been ordering online and pickup at the store. It had been a while since we had gone in and found most of the isles changed around. Other than that we had a good experience, in and out quickly. There was music playing from the store to be heard in the parking lot. That is new too.

Most pathetic customer service I’ve ever experienced at any store ever. Literally stood there in line for a half an hour with my baby sleeping in my arms and two other kids waiting patiently to get help well the clear helped half a dozen other people while she’s trying to help me too. Helping the register next to her instead of the task at hand, line for customer service about 10 people deep and every register at least 10 people deep this store is a joke management is pathetic to let the store operate in this way. I strongly encourage you to find other places to find your good instead of supporting this monster who could give two sh*Ts about you!!

You guys should just close your OGP department. Every single time I’ve tried it I’ve had to wait over half an hour when cars keep pulling in next to me and getting their orders right away. ALL of your employees have no customer service skills and I have a feeling like they’re not even properly trained you just put a TC in their hands and throw them out there. Your OGP really really sucks. Even with no cars in the lot they still take a good 15-25 mins.

I used the order online then pick up service. I did arrive a bit too early and they could not find my order when I was first helped. I expected it not to be ready so it wasnt a problem.I appreciated their efforts to find it, I told the first and third person to talk to me that I figured it was still being pulled and put together and I was prepared to wait. It was not a problem for me.I waited and it wasnt as long a wait as people have told me. I knew I was early so it was no big deal for me. I watched as other customers arrived and were loaded up within minutes of speaking with the runners.I have no clue why some talk bad about this service. Granted two items I ordered were out of stock, but both were last minute add ons to make the order the minimum amount for checking out.I got EVERYTHING originally wanted, delivered and loaded into my vehicle by friendly and helpful employees.Whats not to love about it. I highly recommend this service and when pressed for time in the future, I will definitely use this service again and again.

The last few times I’ve gone there they don’t have what I’m looking for when asking an employee they say either pandemic or the remodel. The remodel is making aisles wider with less products being offered. When they say the pandemic I want to ask why because there are a lot of other stores including Walmart stocked better.

Most times I always find what I need in this store. The associates are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the care that is now taken to keep shoppers safe and that associates enforce the IL mask requirement and limit the amount of shoppers in the store, despite having to deal with some obnoxious customers. A thankless job sometimes! The one-way aisles are great! I appreciate the hand sanitizer at the entrance of the store. It would be nice to have more stations elsewhere in the store...just a suggestion.

Customer service extremely slow, every time I walk into the customer service department I’m sitting in line for over 10 minutes, there was even one time I came in and the had one worker in customer service with another worker that walked in and out of the section 3 different times and didn’t even think to get on a register to help and she obviously had nothing else to do because she walked the the customer service 3 different times within 10 minutes. They really need to do something about making that process quicker. Never went though this repeatedly with any other Walmart

We were at Farm and Fleet and when we got to our car, our tire was almost flat. We had run over a nail. The auto shop wouldnt do anything to help us other than fill the tire with air. We drove across the street to Wal-Mart and they couldnt have been more helpful. We already knew that we would need new tires and they gave use a great deal on some Goodyear tires and we were on the road in an hour.

*****This is the absolute worst Wal-Mart. Im new in this area this is the Wal-Mart closest to me. Got an oil change. My egine seized the next day. The dealership said there was no oil in my egine they forgot to put oil back in my car. This caused my egine to seize. 2016 Yukon I called and they where so rude and nasty to me. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN....

Asked an associate where to find dishwashing soap...he was happy to help and walked me up to that product that was ahead of me.
