Every time I call this location or go into the office Sydney is always very pleasant and helpful. She always has a smile on her face and is always going the extra mile to help by giving you an answer to your question or finding somebody who has the answer to your questions. This location is my favorite location because it has a welcoming vibe and the staff is knowledgeable and caring.
The entire experience was truly excellent. I found it easy to book the appointment online. I found the doctor and every staff member to be kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Rarely does a healthcare professional actually try to give you the best deal possible, but that is exactly what I experienced today. Im grateful and very pleased. I will certainly return to this branch in the future.
I took my glasses in to get new lenses for a slightly altered change in my prescription and they returned the glasses to me with the frames looking like the coating had partially been stripped off. They look horrible now. I was very unhappy and the rude guy told me they were like that when I brought them in! That is 100% not true!!! I would advise not going to this place. I gave them a try and severely regret it.

Review readers! I typically don’t write reviews because they can be one sided. However, I had to write this one because of the poor customer service and the gross misconduct of the staff. I made my appointment for 11am. I sat in their lobby patiently waiting..... and waiting.... by 11:30 they were still not acknowledging my presence after I had told them what time my appointment was and still crickets. Another lady came in and she was about to be taken back when she stated her appointment was at 11:30. I finally stood up and told the receptionist that my appointment was before hers. She looked at the computer and was like no it’s at 11:30a. I told her I’m sorry I have an emailed confirming my appointment time. She blankly stared at me and was annoyed. I finally saw the optometrist and he was nice and personable. When I went to checked out the same rude receptionist was going to charge me for an out of pocket expense when I have vision insurance and it was confirmed at the time the appointment was made. The receptionist was unpleasant and unprofessional. Fast forward months later. I go to get my eyeglasses fill and the prescription provide is wrong and that it’s impossible for cylinder prescription to be positive and negative. It either has to be both positive or both negative. I had to have a new appointment at another optometrist to correct the error. This is unacceptable.
Justin did a great job on the fitting and even helped me pick out glasses that matched my face and personality, I thought that was going the “extra mile” and I applaud him for it.Both the receptionist and the main optometrist did a very good job making me feel comfortable and then walking me through the steps that I needed to understand what was coming next and what I needed to do to ensure a good result. I walked out feeling like I had an “experience” rather than an appointment!I recommend this location.
This location is great! The customer service was outstanding. Mrs. Debby Bishop was very polite and generous. She went up and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I greatly appreciate the generosity. If you want to be accommodated and feel very welcome, this is the place to go!!!!
This store tried to charge my insurance for scratch resistance coating on the lenses when it was not needed and they looked for anything that they could charge extra for. I purchased the frames even though the price seemed really high, I have really good vision insurance and my frames should have been totally covered. Confused, after I left I looked at what the itemized charges were for, saw that they had charged my insurance for every extra item that the insurance would cover even if it was not needed and I did not ask for it. I immediately called and cancelled the order.However, I needed my prescription to take elsewhere to get filled with another glasses shop. After getting it filled I discovered that they had given me a bogus prescription that was not correct so I paid for something that I can never use.No stars, I feel this store is very unethical and unprofessional. Would never recommend to anyone.
Everyone one the team was so polite. Ms Bishop was so sweet. The Doctor was very professional at the same time he was just plain nice. So glad that we decided to go to Town Lake. Justin was a joy to work with he is so pleasant. I highly recommend this Pearle location.
Visited here for eye exam, contacts and glasses. Dr Girello and the entire staff here are great and very professional. I will definitely continue my eye care here.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Everything was clean and covid safe. Justin was awesome and explained everything in detail so we knew what everything was going cost. I would recommend this place to anyone needing new glasses or even an exam.

Im seriously never going back to this location. I was not going to write a review, but everything was bad from my visit last year, up until trying to get my prescription faxed to a Costco location yesterday afternoon.My first visit last year (July 2020) was extremely unprofessional. I only visited this location as it was the peak of Covid and my regular optometrist was closed until September 2020. The elections were coming up, and my older optometrist had some very strong opinions about it and China, and he was very vocal about them through our entire exam. It was very uncomfortable.After my exam, I was told someone would be right with me and got sent to the lobby...for nearly an hour. They had straight up forgotten I was there (the receptionist told me this!!) while I perused the frames for maybe 20 minutes and decided I didnt see anything I wanted and would go to another location. When they finally got to me (after they cleared out the other two people in the office), I asked for my glasses and contact prescriptions so I could just go and was met with extreme resistance. I was only able to leave with my glasses prescription. They only gave me some samples of some daily clear contacts (which I didnt even want - I specifically asked for colored lenses as thats what Ive been using since I was 16!) - fine. Whatever. My insurance only covered either glasses or contacts once per year, and I needed glasses more. I just wanted to get out out of there.Fast forward to yesterday! I notice my time is almost up on my contacts prescription - remember I said I visited in July of 2020? Its June. Prescriptions last a year. I call them up and ask them to fax my contacts prescription to Costco since they wouldnt let me leave with it last year. She says no problem, and shell call me back when its sent. Great. A few minutes later, I get a call from another woman, who says my prescription isnt finalized.Um. What?She claims they called me several times (THEY DIDNT) to see which of the daily disposables I liked better so they could write the prescription for them EVEN THOUGH I ASKED FOR COLORED LENSES!!! I NEVER ASKED FOR THESE THINGS!!! So I have no contacts prescription. Even better, they refuse to do anything about it because its too close to the expiration date! It doesnt matter! My insurance PAID FOR A YEARLY CONTACT PRESCRIPTION THAT I NEVER GOT!!!! So these people ripped me off.Im NEVER going back here again and I advise no one else does either. A wonderful doctor is Amit Rohatgi in the Town Center Mall in Kennesaw. Please visit him instead!!!
How are you guys going to charge me 199.00 for some glasses that are 50$ online what a freaking rip off I paid 300$ for some glasses that are 50$ the eye doctor was great but y’all got me good real good! I didn’t even get a receipt!

Not recommended. Over the last three months my family and I (four in total) have been examined at the Woodstock location. The exams were great, everyone polite and nice. What I found out that was upsetting is that because we chose to take our scripts rather than purchase glasses with pearl, they charged us each ~$25 for the scripts. So the only reason is that we have a friend and trusted optician at Costco, and the lenses and frames were 25% of the cost. I am not cheap, but forced to be frugal with my family of five (yes one has yet to visit). I will tell you that no one in the office explained the additional cost or the reasoning. Today when I called they admitted to their strategy...if you dont buy with them the cost of your exam does not cover the cost of you leaving their office with a script. So before you are charged, you know how you are being treated.
Great service and selection.. have been using this location and Canton for over 20 years.... never disappointed.
So glad to see Pearle Vision open in Towne Lake.I’ve been a patient of the Canton location for years. Recently transferred to the Towne Lake location. I was very happy with the physician and staff they were very knowledgeable and efficient.Tracy made sure I was completely satisfied before I left.Over all experience I would rate it a 5 out of 5. Great team!!

Turn around time for lens is excessive, prices are high. They charge you for insurance without explaining what is being insured or for what but it is for two years!
