I bought my wife glasses from here. The frames broke and my wife called about a replacement. When she asked how much it would cost they told her 0 dollars, it was covered under warranty. When she got there, they tried to charge her and told her they don’t have a warranty. Now my wife is getting constant migraines from wearing her old pair because they won’t fix the glasses. We can’t just buy a new pair because we are both disabled and won’t be able to afford a new pair until next year. Don’t buy from here, they lie about the warranty to try and get you into the store.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. They put me at ease right away. George answered all my questions and explained everything. I will definitely recommend them.

Dr. Ribarchik and Scott have worked with me over a long period of time in trying to find the right fit of glasses and contact lenses. They are always very helpful and very knowledgeable and I would recommend them both.

I never feel rushed and he always answers my questions to the fullest of his knowledge.Making an appointment is always very quick and easy. Great hours, too; including evening hours. I had attempted to schedule twice with America’s Best in McHenry and was cancelled on twice. The 2nd cancellation was due to the virus, which I understand is unavoidable however the front desk receptionist was unwilling to attempt to get me in before closure but worst of all rude about it (probably stressed due to the circumstance but NOT ok, especially when this is your 2nd cancellation). Walmart worked me in within a day and the doctor was SUPER NICE, regardless of the short staff. I was very much pleased with my visit. If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t be able to use my eye insurance that ends early April.

Service is awful, they had little knowledge and sound like they are running through a speech with the lens types.They did not sanitize their pupilometer after each use.

Timothy and Heather are great. The other lady is a bit rough around the edges - not great to deal with, at all.Update: Erin is her name. Came back to pick up glasses. She treats me like Im a child with an attitude problem. Lowering another star.

Just left urgent care today. Diagnosed with pink eye after a visit with scott souchek. I would avoid him at all costs.

I forgot my contact lenses back home while here for a visit - Scott squeezed me in for an exam right away and Dr was very professional and gave me samples to use for the weekend. Thank you!!
