Weve bought before from this company and had no issues at all. They did a great job on what they did ( 2 years ago ) We purchased a carport and the men who came out were quick and cleaned up after themselves and very polite.No issues with payment or anything . A very smooth transaction took place . We were very satisfied . The rep who sold us the carport was very professional .So came the time to find a reputable distributor for a door for a garage and we had had such a good experience with this company before we contacted them to see what they had to offer .We did everything online . We thought it was an easy enough process ...We were told we had to pick the door up in Cartersville . We were sent the address with a contract that I assumed would be on file when we went to pick the door up. It wasnt . We paid for the items, was sent outside to wait and within 5 minutes they were loading our vehicle . The order was wrong though. We were not given what we had paid for and when we began questioning the items we were told that they had to fill the order sent to them and the person we bought this from would have to answer to us as to why it was not as ordered . So I began calling HSS . No Answer . I called 3 times during the course of 2 hours. ( No call was made back to me until this morning ) This was well after AA had gotten power back on and was back on task . We decided to not leave the warehouse till this was resolved . We had already paid for something and we wanted what we paid for . We told Asta America ( the door warehouse we had been sent to ) that we would ask for the money back if the order was not what we paid for . They couldnt reach the Rep. either for HSS. . So the manager took it upon himself to OK what we had paid for by our word alone . I told him I would send the order/contract form back to him to show him we had paid for the items we ordered through HSS . The order was filled by AA ( Asta America ) management teams ( whom by the way are outstanding at resolving issues )Fast forward till this morning the rep returned my call. The man I spoke with was loud ... rude ... accusatory ... blaming everything that happened on AA and the storm . Citing that his phone was out due to the storm . Citing that AS may have not keyed in the right order .I work in customer service, and I had to call all my clients to make sure they were taken care of during this storm . AA was very kind to us . HSS has lost our business . A simple apology would have sufficed on his part this morning rather a man who was way less than professional returning my call.I was accused of leaving a bad review prior to this one . This is my review Mr. B . No other .

Looked at a local add on Craigslist which maps it as a local company so I assumed it was local, called and spoke with Dan. Apparently the idea of adding a line that states this is a local pick up in Houston Is unreasonable because no one else thinks this is misleading....except for the other post that Reference the same thing. I have one of there doors and love it.....seems like an easy fix to just place an honest ad.

New Garage door installed yesterday....Awesome Job..Installer did great job. Call Horizon Steel Structures you need a Garage door (or steel Building) for great price and it will be done right the first time.
