Dennis and his team at Pinnacle Windows were awesome! They were courteous, kept me updated on progress during Covid induced manufacturing delays, and their installation team was the best I have ever had. Not to mention the windows which are beautiful! We liked them so much with the first round of replacements, which included a custom palladium over our front door, that we are replacing the rest of our windows along with 3 French doors with Pinnacle. I highly recommend them!

I used another big name company to do some work and it was subpar. The proposed solution seemed less than ideal. I reached out to the folks at Pinnacle for advice and to learn more about industry standards. They took the time to communicate effectively to help me understand what was happening to my windows, what I needed to do as a consumer and what the company I did use should be doing to complete the job. In the future, I will contact Pinnacle for our needs! They went above and beyond and I am not even their customer. Cannot imagine the care they show their customers!

We absolutely made the best choice for our investment in new windows working with Pinnacle. Dennis, our sales contact, was so helpful and guided us to exactly what our home needed. We just had our windows replaced and could not be happier with the quality of the product or the wonderful service level! The installation was so professional. Pablo and Hector were phenomenal! They showed up every morning right on time, got to work, were so diligent, even working through lunch some days, but always professional, polite and tidy with their workspace. I couldn’t ask for a better crew and have specifically requested them for our future projects. Our representative, Dennis Williams, was also prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, giving us a thorough explanation of our options and offering sound advice. Just had all the windows in the home replaced and we are very happy with the results. Low-pressure sales, good pricing and payment terms, and the measure and install experience was great. Steve, Nate, and Jason were great from the moment they arrived, taking extra care not to scrape our steep approach driveway (we have gouges from contractors that didnt take as much care), accommodating our work from home schedule by saving the windows around my wifes office for last, and thoroughly cleaning the house when they were done their work.They changed 16 windows in a single day, and all are straight and well sealed. Based on our window experience, our doors will be next, and well be recommending our friends and neighbors to use Pinnacle.

Am very happy with my windows. I installed 7 windows at first and after seeing the beautiful windows I went ahead and placed a few more. Graig was very helpful, detailed and experienced! From start to finish, Pinnacle did an excellent job.Our rep, Dennis, was well informed on the product and even brought samples to our home for comparison.The installation team did a great job. They were on time and cleaned all debris after completion. We installed 21 windows and a new front door. It has made such an improvement in our home.Of note, the replacement windows are a different inside frame size than our originals. A couple of inside mount shades did not fit after but it was OK, we like the new windows wide open.

Our custom windows from Pinnacle are even better than we envisioned. Our home looks amazing and we are so pleased. The customer service was excellent. The old singled pane wood windows were damaged, so repair work was needed before replacing the windows. Then they capped with the repaired wood brick mold, window seals, and window nose. No maintenance now.Many of our windows went from a pair or three multiple windows to single large picture windows. Steve and Jason, the installers, were master craftsmen, trustworthy and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Two of our best friends from church recommended this company to us after their excellent experience. We will be passing on the same recommendation to other friends. Nancy, who runs the office, was a delight to talk with and kept us well informed during the whole process. She was very patient with our many shopping decisions.Our comfort level changed drastically. We dont feel a draft around our windows anymore and have noticed our home is quieter.Many companies we talked to each sell the same exact product, but Pinnacles variety of replacement window manufactures, quality, and price for the money was better than competitors. We went with Okna 500 series.The owner, Lee Fuller, was helpful in answering our many questions and was very available. He was a please to talk to and very concerned about our total satisfaction. He even called after the job was complete to see if we had any concerns.We appreciate working with such a professional company with a high-quality products and a capable, personable team.

How wonderful to find that the same company that delivered impeccable service in 2009 when we replaced our front-facing builder grade windows did equally well in 2020 when we finally completed the task with our rear windows. Robert & the crew were on time, efficient and did an excellent job!Update: Steve and his crew just did an equally great job on the installation of our new front door and sidelights. They worked hard to make sure everything was done correctly. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism of this company. Keep up the fantastic work!

Pinnacle installed new windows over 2 years ago. One very large half round window recently started fogging up because of a broken seal. When I notified Pinnacle, they immediately ordered a replacement window. Although it took a long time to receive from the manufacturer, due to COVID shutdowns, the window was replaced today. Steve and crew did a great job replacing the window. You just dont get better warranty and service support then I received during this replacement. Amazing service after the sale. Couldnt be more pleased!!

Pinnacle Window & Siding did a phenomenal job with our windows. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Our sales agent, Dennis, was straight-forward and honest. A 30-year veteran in the industry, he can provide any and all answers. I went to great lengths to research and review many companies in the north Atlanta area prior to moving forward with Pinnacle. Not only do they offer top notch products, with the best install team, but their prices are very fair. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire process. They did an amazing job and the pictures do not do it justice. Windows are a large and important investment. Do your homework but I would highly recommend using Pinnacle.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Window and Siding. When John F came out to give us an estimate he was honest and straightforward. He did not try to upsell me on replacing windows that we did not need to replace. The quote was clear and the pricing was lower than other quotes I had received.  When the windows were delayed due to a supply issue the owner called me to explain the situation. He said he was calling every customer personally and would make sure the windows were installed in the same order that they had been received. When the windows arrived Steve, Nate, and Jason did a great job installing them. They were ontime, professional, and cleaned up all of the debris from the old windows. I am very happy with the work they did.

Great experience end to end! Felt extremely comfortable with a remote estimate process during COVID. The on site installers were professional and extremely safety minded and clean. Was able to get a quote 100% remotely via a phone call, no on site needed. The windows look great and would gladly recommend Pinnacle Windows and Siding to anyone. Their price was competitive with superior installation quality and professionalism. I did my homework so you don’t have to - just go with Pinnacle, you will not regret it.

I just used Pinnacle for the second time as I completed replacing the remainder of my windows in my home. Upon completion I wrote a note to my sales person and from it I quote, ...I want to thank you for the professional way that I am always treated when dealing with your company and, by your installation crew. They arrived when they were supposed to, handled everything as if they were working on their own homes and did a very professional job. I’m not one to throw around compliments freely but these guys really deserve it. They worked hard, long and did a great job. Many others could learn by following in their footsteps.

*UPDATE The owner called me the very next morning after I posted my review. WOW! An absolutely wonderful man! Apologized profusely! He had a crew out here this morning (Monday- not even a week) Pablo and his brother were great, very courteous. The owner really went out of his way to make things right by me. I have never had a company take ownership of a mistake and apologize so much for it. I am very pleased with my windows and I definitely believe I was the exception at the beginning and not the norm. Lee turned the situation into a learning experience making sure people dont get complacent. After speaking with him I understand why this group was so friendly from the start. I definitely recommend this company and if by chance you end up with any problem ask for the owner. This is his baby and it shows.After reading all the reviews and paying top dollar (small discount for cash) I expected better. The people are very friendly Ill give them that but it doesnt make up for the overall poor experience. I paid top dollar for Okna windows and waited 14 weeks to get 15 windows but I read online reviews about people getting the windows in roughly 7 weeks around the same time frame. I was never informed the windows were in just a call to fit me in, very short notice. They had to come back because I was unable to fully open 2 windows. They fixed one but not the other, they stated it worked fine when they left but that same evening when I checked the upstairs one still had the same problem, perhaps they didnt think I would check because it was an unfinished bonus room, I dont know, so I had to call them back. I had also realized that a triple window that they installed was 3 different sizes rather than 1 large middle and 2 equal ends, I had thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. They blamed the manufacturer and probably was, however, I dont understand how a professional misses that, Im guessing they didnt expect a woman to figure it out. I received a call in Feb 2021 that my new triple window was in but I was unable to accommodate the day that they could fit me in on short notice, so here it is March 1, 2021 and the job that I ordered on November 22, 2019 has yet to be complete. Last time I talked to them they said they would call when they can fit me in I guess Im not worth an actual appointment. I never received updates about my windows like others have stated, I never received a call from the owner like others have posted. I like the windows but I do not feel valued as a customer. Not sure why my experience is different from others but I do not recommend if you want the windows completed in a timely manner or if you expect proper communication and actual appointments rather than being fit in. I really expected a better experience.

The whole process with sales representative Dennis Williams to the crew who installed 13 windows was courteous professional and everything that they said is exactly what happened, pretty rare these days. Pinnacle gave old school product and service in the most positive of ways. Highly recommend.

We spent a long time searching for the right company to replace windows in the house we purchased. We had one problem - my husband was getting ready for his deployment and we wanted windows to be installed before that.Pinnacle warned us that most likely they won’t be able to do it, but they did everything possible and impossible to meet our expectations and got it done a week before the deployment. It was such a pleasant surprise for us. Besides this their professionalism and quality of work were exceptional. The salesman was great. He listened to us and gave some recommendations, which we are glad that we followed them. Most of companies didn’t recommend to combine two windows in one picture window, even we have a great back yard few. Pinnacle did it and we absolutely love it!The installation team work fast, leaving our property clean, like nothing happened. Supervisor stopped by and checked how we were doing.We know that if we have more improvements to make (doors) we will call them.

Once installed we had peace and quiet in our house as well no more drafts. I was completely amazed to get a call from the owner of the company the next day to see if we were happy with our purchase. Pinnacle Windows has taken care of our home for over 7 years. Weve replaced every window and door and they have been wonderful by working in phases to help us achieve the full replacements over the years. I love, love, love doing business with them. The owner, along with Dennis, Robert and all of the employees are responsive and extremely professional. The windows and doors are my pride and joy. A note, if anything happens to your windows or doors while you own your home, they are under warranty and will be replaced or repaired, no questions asked. We had a window glass broken by another contractor, but Pinnacle is taking care of it. I recommend them to all my clients, neighbors and friends. One of the best companies around!

Pinnacle did an outstanding job on installing our new windows. We had 18 windows installed on June 25th, 2020, and the crew was both professional and efficient. My wife was so pleased with the windows and the crew she offered up some home-made strawberry cake to each crew member. Both the salesman and owner of the company followed up with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Pinnacle is obviously a class-act and we will be recommending them to our friends.

One of my best buys in a lifetime. This is a totally professionally run company from start to finish and only regret that I didnt replace old, cloudy windows sooner. Thought it would be messy but barely knew installers were in the house. NOTHING to clean up afterwards and windows are of excellent quality. I just recently had seven windows replaced in my home and Pinnacle Window did a great job. Dennis Williams came out to our house to do our estimate and was very helpful, we had a broken window and he offered to seal it while he processed our order. When the windows were installed Steve did an awesome job removing the old windows and replacing them! I feel like a have a new house. They did such a great job, Im having them replace another five windows and two exterior doors!

We cant say enough about the excellent service from Pinnacle. The whole crew from start to finish did an excellent job. We had a few other companies come out but Dennis was just easy to work with. Steve, Kevin and Robert all did a tremendous job installing and were very efficient. We will be using them again to do our upstairs windows. You cant go wrong with these guys.

When researching different windows and contractors we looked at quality of the product verses value (not cost), the companies response time and answers.Pinnacles sales representative was very knowledgeable and available, the office was proactive with communicating installation dates.Steve and Rob did the install and were very professional. It took 2 days and when they were done you would not have known they were here.Pinnacle was not the least expensive but they were not the most expensive of the 5 quotes. Product and company equaled value.Project was 2 years ago.Cost $12K - $15K

We had our door and sidelights replaced by Pinnacle Window & Siding of Woodstock on 7/17/20. We interviewed four companies and Dennis Williams was the second person who came out to discuss options/pricing, etc. After talking to the other company sales people, it was clear that Pinnacle was the company for us! Pinnacle installed new windows and patio doors at my home, and I was pleased with them from start to finish. The salesman, Dennis, was easy to work with. We had used Pinnacle before to replace the windows in our home, and we were so pleased with their work that we immediately looked to them for our doors. Once again, their service was phenomenal. They worked with us from the start to get the right doors for our house. When the doors came in (earlier than anticipated) they scheduled an installation day convenient to us. Could not be happier with the OKNA Windows that were installed. The look great and really cut the noise from the street immensely. Really hate to cover them up with blinds. Had an issue with a sliding door that I ordered; no fault of Pinnacle at all. Got a call from the owner of the company; his only concern was making me happy! I was stunned, who does that these days? Pinnacle Windows is the real deal. Highly recommend this company if you need replacement windows. A tremendous value and awesome company.

Pinnacle was very professional.from start to finish. Dennis worked with me on what I wanted done without any pressure. My new front door and threshold were installed in a few hours on the day I requested. They cleaned up everything when the job was complete and took away my old door. The caulking was done in all the appropriate places as well, so I no longer have to worry about water intrusion via the front door frame area. I am absolutely please with the new door and threshold. We could not be more pleased with the work that Dennis and his men did in replacing 51 windows in our home. From the beginning of our experience, Dennis was a consummate professional without any of the high pressure sales or gimmicks so common in the industry. Best experience with a provider I’ve ever had! I had the windows in my entire home replaced and the process was seamless. All of the original timelines were met and completed within days of original projection. The finish out on the exterior looked much improved and the install team was highly professional and accommodating. Having used a number of contractors to remodel my home, Pinnacle is the only company I endorse and do so with honest enthusiasm.

We recently had to replace 5 windows in our home and Im glad that we chose Pinnacle to do the work. A simple phone call to set up an in home appointment was all it took. The ordering process was smooth and easy with no high pressure sales tactics. On the day of the install, Steve and Kevin arrived on time and did an outstanding job removing the old windows and installing the new ones. I had a few concerns about old and rotted wood from the old windows. Steve and Kevin assured me that they would remove and replace any damaged areas. For me, luckily there was no damaged wood, but what impressed me the most was that they had me look at the window openings to show me the wood was all good before installing the new ones. They took their time and answered any additional questions I had. Lastly, they cleaned up all the dust and debris from the install both inside and outside the home. Pinnacle installed several windows in my house yesterday and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The installers, Robert and Steve, were knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Due to being laid off work for the next month I decided to get some repairs done around the house. Needed some new windows so I called Pinnacle. Never was able to get a quote. Refused to come out due to wife not being at home. I have had house for 15 years. Then they said try Home Depot and that they are too expensive for me. I don’t recommend this company.. customer service lacks. Can’t remember the last time I felt so disrespected.

We purchased, and had new Okna ECO-PRO windows installed by Pinnacle Windows 8-months ago, August, 2019 (before my review). I waited to write this review because I was skeptical that a Window Company could have 100% 5-Star Reviews, my thinking was it must be the new toy syndrome. Its true, the widows are high quality, the installation and service were excellent, The installers (Steve and Kevin) did an awesome job, and were very methodical and organized in every aspect of their work, excellent quality, and have a lot of pride in their craft. I will use Pinnacle Windows again, and highly recommend Pinnacle and Okna Windows to others needing to replace their windows -Thanks again Pinnacle.

I received a prompt response and follow up to my online inquiry. A door specialist (Neil) made & kept the scheduled appointment at our home. He was timely and professional; He assisted with door selection and arranged for next steps. The Next representative came out to measure, and arrived promptly for appointment; he was also professional. Door Was ordered and was ready even earlier than anticipated. The door installation appointment went exactly as scheduled. The installer (Hector) worked well in the home and was very pleasant and thorough. The door quality is exactly what we hoped for. The next day the owner of the company (Lee) called to follow up on the process and on the quality of the door and he personally shared with me the details of the warranty coverage. He then even emailed a $25 Starbucks gift card as an appreciation (thanks, Nancy) for doing work with the company I would work with pinnacle window and siding for door installation and other projects with no hesitancy.

I am extremely pleased with my entire window installation process. We replaced ~25 windows in our house, and right from the quote to installation the process has been awesome.The quotation process was no where near to stressful and marketing game - one price with everything included and top quality Okna windows. Absolutely no sales pressure or negotiations - extremely honest.Gave timeline for windows installation (5-6 weeks), and 1 week before installation, gave a phone call and confirmed the appointment date.2 men arrived, and started the installation process - extremely professional. They moved the furniture, removed the existing blinds, replaced the windows, cleaned everything, put the furniture back and placed back the blinds.The overall work is impeccable and extremely awesome - I am highly pleased with Pinnacle and would strongly recommend them.

Excellent service, friendly people! I was so surprised that Pinnacle Window said to pay after windows are installed and I am satisfied. They did exactly everything that was in our contract. Pinnacle installed a new french door, replacing a slider, and a new front door with side glass panel. It was quick and easy to schedule a quote (they actually came out twice since we added a second door), the price was fair (appropriate for the good quality of ProVia doors) and installed immediately after the doors were shipped (build and shipping took ~8 weeks). They were super responsive and easy to get a hold of via phone and text. The installer, Steve, and his team took great care to do the job right. We have a quirky, old home and they made sure everything was balanced and level and they kept the work site clean the entire time (they were very sweet to my toddlers and bulldog too). Great experience! Definitely recommend!

Steve came and made the install downright pleasant - they worked hard, quickly, and neatly, and were polite to everyone, including our dog! We just had 26 windows replaced by Pinnacle, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. I spent weeks researching window companies to replace my 37 year old builder grade, single sash, wood windows. I had many salesmen visit our home and discuss their products and installation procedures. In the end I chose Pinnacle Windows & Siding and Im certainly happy I did. Beginning with Dennis, our salesman, Steve & Nancy, our measurement team and finishing with our installers Robert, Steve, Nathan and Kevin their professionalism, timeliness and quality of work were simply outstanding. Weve only had the OKNA Insul-Tec windows for a few weeks now but weve already noticed a reduction in outside noise as well as our central H&A not having to operate continuously in this 90+ degree weather just as Dennis and Steve suggested. I purchased around 25 windows for our home from Pinnacle Window and Siding Co. in 2010. We decided on the Elements Series. We did not replace the garage window so I am in the process of doing that now. I thought I would write a review to let you know that we are still very satisfied with our windows. Pinnacle Window & Siding did a fantastic job with our windows. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We replaced our windows in 4 phases (3 windows minimum each time) so that we did not have to bear the cost all at once. Just had all my double pane vinyl windows installed by Pinnacle Windows and so far so good. During the estimate, I was impressed that the representative brought not one but four windows to show us which was very different from the other companies that were pushing just one product/brand regardless of what my needs were. Pinnacle doesnt offer the cheapest product in town and you may find estimates that are lower. However, I believe there is a value and importance in the product that they provide and in the quality of installation. That is why I chose Pinnacle over cheaper estimates. Steve and his crew did a fantastic job of installation. They were professional and clearly know what they are doing. Steve as the head of the crew answered any and all questions that I had about the windows. I am a pleased Pinnacle customer and would highly recommend their services.

I cant say enough good things about this company! My new windows are beautiful and very easy to clean. Installation was smooth and only took about 6 hours for 18 windows. Several months after installation we had a problem with a couple of windows getting off track while cleaning them. Robert was kind enough to come out a day after we called to show us how to handle the window without getting it out of sync! Turns out we were positioning the windows incorrectly when opening to clean them. Fantastic customer service!! We are such a fan of Pinnacle that we are looking into purchasing a new door from Pinnacle as well.

I purchased new windows for my condominium from Pinnacle last summer. The value of their product and their customer service is outstanding. Robert, one of the service technicians, came to my home today for a brief follow-up. While he was here he noticed (unrelated to the follow-up visit) that one of my blinds had fallen down. Robert asked if I would like him to put it back up for me, and did so in 5 quick minutes. It was such a helpful and kind gesture, and saved me the cost of hiring a handyman. We reviewed many Window Companies. Decided to go over and visit Pinnacle Windows of Woodstock. Very Friendly/ No HARD pressure to upsell. We decided on the pricing and signed the deal. Little did we know How Great Customer Service we would receive upon installation. Hector and his 2 man crew/ on time / neat / professional and friendly. Upon entry to our home they used shoe booties to not soil the carpet. Took all the hardware off and neatly placed the blinds/ upon completion about 6 hours they re-installed and clean up all their material. Superb folks -Do Not sign until you at least give Les Fuller(owner) Nancy and Robert and Bob and Cole a chance to get your work. You will not be disappointed . They are just that Caring and that Good..

We got three quotes on our windows for our house...we went with pinnacle. The order got delayed but the owner responded quickly and the installation crew did a fantastic job and cleaned as they went, when they finished the last window they were completely cleaned up and ready to go. Extremely happy with the quality and the efficiency and neatness of the installation. The owner sent us a very nice restaurant gift card for the delay in windows arriving. If you are in the Atlanta area and plan to replace your home windows, get an estimate from Pinnacle. Their windows are at least as good as those frequently advertised on TV, probably better, and the price is just a fraction of those advertised.I made the arrangements through Dennis Williams, absolutely no pressure, just provided every bit of information I needed and let his product sell itself.I was especially fortunate because Robert came out for accurate measurements once I ordered the windows and he also led the installation team. I can not say enough good about Robert. Tremendous customer service - Had a front door, sidelights & transom installed by Pinnacle over a year ago. Price was good, installer was nice and professional - in short, a very good experience. Recently realized that that the cladding on the doorframe had been damaged by delivery men trying to get a refrigerator through the doorway. I called Pinnacle to see if repair was possible. Was in shock to hear that it was - free of charge. Not because of a guarantee, but just because I was an existing customer. I didnt think people still did that kind of thing anymore... very impressed.

We have found Pinnacle Window & Siding to be outstanding in every way. In August 2018 we received estimates from several window replacement companies to replace all the windows in our townhouse. After doing some research we selected Pinnacle to perform the task, as their window offerings, warranties and installation teams had the best reviews. On installation day, the team double-checked measurements before beginning any work, and discovered discrepancies with a few of the windows. The job foreman immediately came out and apologized, and, rather than piecing in the windows that did fit, scrapped the whole job and had all the windows reordered with the correct measurements. Fabulous from start to finish. The estimator was on time, our windows and doors were delivered in the estimated time. My neighbor referred Lee Fuller (Pinnacle Window & Siding) to me. I met with Lee and went with the Soft-Lite windows he recommended. Today, I had 5 windows installed by Robert and Kevin. One other thing that is important to me is that Lee uses his own employees, not subcontractors. We had Pinnacle replace all of our street facing windows with Okna Eco-Pro 600 windows. Steve and Brian showed up on time and did a great job installing the new Okna windows in a timely fashion and left the work area spotless. The windows look great both inside and out. The slimmer frames provide much more sunlight in the room.Lee also called us the same day to make sure that we were happy with the windows and the work. We are so happy with our new vinyl windows from Pinnacle Windows in Woodstock GA. Steve and his crew did an excellent job, no broken glass when removing our old single pane windows all debris taken away. We had 15 windows replaced, they washed the windows and put the curtains up.It is so nice to be able to see out into the fresh blooming trees and enjoy the views. Once the pollen season is over in GA Im sure we will be opening more windows. We had shopped around for windows and we got a great deal, wish we have done it sooner. I had windows and Hardi side no done in 2005. The other day I came home to find damage to a window and sliding glass door. I called Lee and he was come over and looked at both, ordered the replacement parts all within a couple hours of my call. Most companies now a day once they finish work don’t respond back. I will continue to have Pinnacle do work for me in the future, it is amazing customer service for life that has been shown.

Pinnacle Windows was great to work with! We bought a 35 year old house and it needed new windows that were energy efficient and would keep the house cool in the summer heat and warm in the cold of winter. Our past summer was much more comfortable with the new windows. (They were installed June 2016) Huge difference!We replaced 9 windows and 1 french door with the Elements line of windows. Of all the companies I got quotes from, Pinnacle offered the best deal for installing windows in my condo. The vinyl windows they installed, OKNA 500, are very good quality as opposed to the builder quality windows used by many others.
