To say he was knowledgeable would be an insult. He really knew garage doors backwards and forwards. He didnt try to sell us on things we didnt want and when delivery day came he actually didnt need to use one item originally included in the quote. Closing Time Garage Doors installed a new garage door opener recently on our detached garage. This is a very large door, 22 feet wide and 12 feet high. They did an excellent job. They recommended the right product, were on time and completed their work in a professional manner.

Michelle went above and beyond to have someone come out the day of my call. No one was available at the time of my call and I was going to have to wait til the next day. This was uncomfortable for me because I would have had to leave my garage door open all night. But I was still willing to wait on CSS since I purchased the door from you. However, Michelle put the effort in making a few phone calls to meet my need (I didnt ask her to, she just did it!!) and called me back with the good news that Tom would be at my house the SAME day. CSS just completed installation of steel insulated garage door an my house. The quality is A+. Getting the full steel door with good insulation well worth it vs entry level door. Extremely sturdy and looks great. CSS was a joy to work with. Everyone from the assessor/estimater to the office staff to the installers were professional and friendly. I appreciated that, at the time, they took the time to give my garage door a tune-up and showed me how to do simple preventative maintenance (oil, inspection, etc.).Today, i had an issue with my safety eye sensor and CSS was easy to get a convenient and timely appointment, they arrived on time and had me all fixed up in a flash. They even took the time to discuss the expected life span on my opener (its already 11 years old) and what I can expect may happen down the road. Very happy with the service I received from CSS. One of the rollers on my garage door fell apart (door is 21 years old) and I couldnt open the door Paul came and replaced all of the rollers with new nylon rollers for a reasonable price. Now the door opens smoothly.
