Great store when you need help for buying or playing, our configuring something!

Definitely a lot of money, but thats just like any music store. The employees are VERY helpful in finding you what you need and getting it for you! Also next to a bubble tea place, so get a boba and shop!!

Every time I go to Ken Stanton Music in Woodstock I walk out impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Jason Brock, store manager has helped me out of a jam several times and I cant say enough positive things about him. Hes a real asset to your organization!

Was greeted immediately even though they were moderately busy by Jason . Explained that Im getting back into guitar and he was really helpful explaining the nuances now. And was very courteous and helpful to my little girl and I. The staff seemed to be really cool. The guitar selection was really good I definitely will be buying one soon there and I was pretty shocked to see such good deals on guitars. All in all I felt as if the red carpet was rolled out even left with some picks and t shirts. Top notch Jason ;) thanks for the great experience.I will be back.

Always helpful. Jason is the best! My 11 yr old son could not tune his drums, over the phone Jason helped Davis get his drums up and running. We have had lessons there, bought equipment, asked for advice...always going out of their way to help! Thanks Ken Stanton Woodstock!

This place has a great selection of instruments and accessories. I recently got a piano here and it’s fantastic. The workers are also helpful when you’re trying to find the right thing. They also helped get it into the car.

I went to give them my flute. They gave me a loaner while mine was getting fixed. B flats and e flats wouldnt play. Stopped playing any notes in the middle of class.

Ive been trying to spend money locally instead of shipping so I went in for drum heads and to check out their store. Staff was friendly, on my first visit, and sold me a full set of Remo heads plus some gel damper pads.Ok, heres where it goes south. Mixed in with my resonant tom heads was a snare batter head. I mounted it just to see but the tone was obviously unique among the toms and imo didnt sound good. I returned it, my second visit, and the same guy who was so nice before was annoyed that I wanted a matching head. Tried to tell me it was essentially the same. NO, its not!This same guy also talked me out of buying a set of overtone rings, which lay on the top head, for gel dampers which stick to the bottom heads. I actually love the gels but NOT for the top heads. They didnt carry the orings in the right size for my kit anyway.The heads were more expensive than what I would have paid with s&h, the salesman tried to jip me on the kind of heads I prefer and didnt know that gel dampers dont replace orings.Overall, if you need basic gear and need it now go for it, but I wont be back and will go back to Amazon.
