Recently the team at this location exceeded my expectations by working quickly to get a printing request completed on a Sunday afternoon 3 hours after I submitted the request. The prompt on the computer said the order would be ready on Monday by 3pm but the team at this location delivered on a Sunday afternoon. Excellent service - above expectations.

Was here yesterday to get some birthday invitations printed. Was told they would be ready TODAY. Office is closed. If it was going to be closed, why not mention to your customers?! Another guy had the same issue.

Each time I have come here the last 2 months they gave some reason they cant ship something, cant touch something and want to up charge. Then on top of that, even though one box was labeled fragile, the employee took one of my packages and literally threw it into the pile.Worst customer service. Completely different service level than another location near my office.
Said they couldn’t open a dropbox link, so had to drive back home to add it as attachment. I can only assume this is because they want you to end up having to pay $20 to use their computer. I said in the email which pages to print, and realized after I left that they printed all of them. Not coming back! =P
FedEx mislabeled my gift shipment as commercial and it got returned to me because of this and now FedEx refuses to give me a refund and my package will not arrive in time for the holidays either. I am so disgusted right now. I will never ship with FedEx again. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
I was blown away by the outstanding service I received from Faith on a printing project I was able to complete at this location! I had run out of options to make this printing project come together...it was the12th hour ....then Faith offered her help and made it happen. It was almost like she could read my mind and knew what was needed.... I am more than grateful for her talent and sincerity she displayed that day. Bravo Zulu to you,Faith for a task well done!!
I was in a rush to drop off my package. Brandy was really sweet, and helped me get everything packed up and sent out super fast! She even wrapped up my papers in a separate bag to keep them protected. Thank you so much for your help, Brandy! A+ service
I went to this FedEx this morning for the first time. I needed a rush print on my sons invitations for his birthday. The hours listed said they open at 7am and Lundy (the employee) was right on time. I was so grateful for her kindness and how helpful she was. She quickly helped me find what I needed, printed and cut all the invitations and thank you cards in 20 minutes. I made it home just in time to get my son off to school. Thank you so much for all your help!

Have been using them for printing for over 15 years and the quality & speed is always amazing. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful too.
Up until last week my experience here has always been good. They are very friendly and helpful and try to recommend the cheapest option. Last week however, I stopped in to ask if they had boxes for some items I needed to ship, I was told sure well box up your things, just bring them in. So I did, what I wasnt told until time to pay that the box would cost $9! for a 14 box! Angry with myself for not asking but they should have been clear about the price of their boxes. Back to USPS in future....
If I could give them ZERO or NEGATIVE stars I would have. Absolutely terrible customer service. I called customer service to ask them to hold my package at this location. The guy told me it will be dropped off at 9 PM and I could go pick it up the following day. When I went to pick it up the next day the lady had no idea where my package was and said that the ground people hadn’t come by yet for the day. Also I have called this location THREE TIMES trying to see when the ground person will come by to drop off the packages but no one has decided to pick up the phone! I have NEVER had this much difficulty with a package being delivered to me. Guess this is what I get for not using UPS
Horrible service, will NOT honor print and go service, according to the manager is because the prints are too large, I have been using this service for all of my jobs since Kinkos started switching to the web.Someone needs to re educate their employees

Had a package transferred to this location. They never called me to pick it up and now it is on its way back to England. Normally I wouldnt bother with a bad review, but now it will probably be two months before I see my package. Somewhere the ball was dropped. Maybe I can get the sender to send it by Royal post this time.
Dont usually go to this FedEx. But it is now closer to where I live. But after the horrible service I received from the employee Bill, I will continue to pass this one and go to Kennesaw. First he asked me to I have a label. No, I didnt. Then he asks me do I know he weight of the package. Well I dont have a label, so no I dont know the weight. Thats what I am in FedEx for. Because I didnt have this information he began to seem irritated and uninterested in shipping my package. Now when I told him I wanted to use an employee discount for the person in sending the package to. Which is never a problem in Kennesaw. He tells me the employee who gets the discount has to be here and completely ignored me. He continued with what he was doing and didnt try to help or offer any other solutions. He seemed to be irritated that he had to help a customer. So either he told me wrong information, or all locations need to know the policies with using discounts. Like I said, this is never a problem at the Kennesaw location. They use the discount with no problem. So I had to take this box back to my car and travel to Kennesaw a different day because Bill did not help me at all.
Ive used this location for banner (foam board) prints, shipping and lamination and received great customer service each time.
Service has always been pretty good. Have had some difficulty with some of the equipment copier and fax machine but theyve always helped me out.

The USB/credit card readers at the printers are excruciatingly slow. If you got 15 ten Page PDFs to print, expect 30 minutes combined in wait times for it to load. Actual printers are fast though.
This is my go-to FedEx Kinkos for copying. I always seem to see the same manager there, and he is excellent - knowledgeable and very helpful.
