I took my car in to get an oil change and to have them diagnose and rough idle issue. They were very quick at finding the cause of the rough idle, which was caused by a collapsed engine mount, and gave me an estimate all through text messages. They also said they could have it fixed that same day. I found out that the issue was covered actually through my dealerships warranty and decided to let the dealership repair the issue. The dealership told me it would be 7-10 days before they could do repairs and it would also be in the shop for 2-3 days. They also stated that a loaner car wouldn’t be available so basically I would have to pay for 3 days of a rental car plus a deductible to have the engine mount replaced. The price of rental fees and the deductible was similar to my original estimate so I decided to let Christian Brothers repair my car instead. Bill is outstanding and was very quick to get me scheduled for that service and even offered me a small discount. They even took me to work after I dropped off my car and offered to pick me back up when repairs were finished. The treatment I received from Christian Brothers compared to the dealership was night and day difference. I could tell that they actually care about their customers. If your looking for a professional automotive shop with excellent customer service and fast/reliable repairs, then Christian Brothers is the way to go!

I went in for an inspection. I was told that it would take fifteen minutes or longer. I handed my keys over to them and sat down to read my BIBLE. They were thorough, identified repairs I didnt realize were needed, and I loved that each itemized issue came with a photo to back it up with FROM my car, not a stock photo. I got to select the repairs I wanted to go through with, and my 10+ yr-old cars A/C works like when the car was new. They were so nice, too. Ive already been recommending them to everybody.

I have an older 1998 Chevrolet pickup needing a radiator. I was quoted $950 for the job. They motivated me to do it myself. $260 and two hours later I changed my own radiator. Thank you for the motivation.

We got the runaround from about every mechanic in Waco. Most Mecha ics required up front payment to perform a fix that, in their words, wouldnt work. Christian brothers got us in right away, diagnosed the issue, and had us fixed up and on the road within a few days. The price was less than the other quotes and they didnt require up front payment. Above all of that, they treated us kindly and respectfully, like humans should. We will never go anywhere else.

I needed a thermostat replaced quickly to keep my car running. They did diagnostics, determined there was more wrong (as a result of old repairs), then followed my counsel when I told them not to repair the other issues because it would void the warranty on that work. They dropped me off and picked me up from my work, and were complete professionals and answered my infinite questions, patiently. Would recommend.

My tire warning light was on showing my passenger front tire needed attention. CBA checked all four tires, found no leaks, just needed air. They were quick, friendly and so helpful.

I had the best experience at Christian Brothers Automotive, I thought I set up an appointment online(I think I accidentally set it up with the wrong location. 😅), they were very gracious and set an appointment up right then, and took care of my car so well. They were quick, and efficient. I will let everyone know how positive my experience was, and I will definitely come back!

This is long but it may save you lots of penny’s and some confusion. We initially were very excited to have my car worked on due to the amount of great reviews and the gentlemen we first interacted with was very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean, everyone seemed nice. We went in knowing that my car need an oil change, one tire sensor replaced and two new rear tires. I signed a document at that initial visit that from what my husband and I both understood to be agreeing to paying a certain amount IF they discovered more sensors needed to be replaced, etc.We left my car there over night and received a report the next day that all four sensors needed to be replaced, two new tires, and that the water pump needed to be replaced due to it leaking. This came out to a few thousand dollars in total. They give the options of approving or declining the services online with that report but because we only wanted specific things done, we decided to go in and talk through it with an employee.The man we spoke with (no clue what his name was but he had somewhat of a long, straight beard) was less than professional. He spoke very passive aggressively. And said that all sensors needed to be replaced per the test they ran but yet according to service notes and a picture of the digital test, only one sensor was actually needed (like we said in the first place). I expressed that I was surprised and confused at that and that is when he got passive aggressive in explaining. He also would not tell us what kind of tires they would be charging us for. So long story short, we declined the water coolant pump replacement and sensors. We went ahead with the oil change, two tires, and an alignment and ended up paying almost $800. We got the car home and the coolant was full, pump was not leaking like they said it had been, and when looking up the tires they put on, we learned they upcharged them by $50 each (no, this was not labor cost). We were charged $125 just for it to be looked at without service (which I guess this is what was stated in that initial doc?). We were charged for wheel weights (we’ve never seen this at any other shop), amongst other charges we just did not initially understand. Explanations were vague and we will not be returning and cannot recommend them to anyone. We’ve learned a lesson in sticking with local small businesses is best. The customer service, prices and integrity are much better at local establishments. If you decide to do business here, ask all the questions, make for certain you understand that if your car is even looked at, you’re paying at least $125 without service.

My vehicle had been in an accident but the registration was expired by the time it left body shop. This was the 3rd inspection site I went to the day I got my car back! They were so fast that I didn’t even believe they were done! Great service!!!

I could not have had a better experience. My alternator died in the middle of nowhere. I arrived unannounced at CBA Woodway on a tow truck at 11:00am. The men at the counter were so professional, helpful and friendly. They make great use of technology as I soon got a detailed diagnosis and estimate on my phone. I approved the work via my phone. About 3:40pm I received motivation my repairs were completed. I also got the invoice online and was able to pay it online. When I returned to CBA about 4:39pm, the car was ready and I just had to pick up the keys and a hard copy of the invoice. Seamless! Since I was on weekend visit from out of town the prompt service was so helpful. I definitely recommend CBA Woodway for all your vehicle maintenance needs. I wish I had a CBA near where I live!

Wow, wow, wow. 100% would recommend to everyone. Fan stopped working that blew the air into car. High 90’s have begun and I could not get into where I usually go for 3 weeks. This place came so highly recommend by so many people. They got me in a ithin a week: firs impressions were how clean the place and employees were. Got a quote within a couple of hours and motor went out that fontrolped the fans. By 3:30 It was don. I was happy that they were comparable on services to where I normally go. Well needless to say, this is now my new mechanic I was so impressed with every aspect and I’m not one fan hat like change.

I loved how friendly the staff is from coming to going. They have you in and out whether its a small or big job. My car was having issues and when I dropped/picked it up that same day I knew my money was well spent with them. I have no complaints. I even started to get my oil changes there as well.

Had a serious car trouble. Repairs were more then the worth of the vehicle. Car had to sit for a few weeks while I found a buyer and get the title from the bank. They worked with me every step of the way.Many times I have used them work was always good quality. Never attempt to try to sell you more repairs then are nessicary.

We needed to get our cars inspected so I called and Bill answered all my questions (we moved from Florida). We arrived and Carlos already knew we were coming and greeted us with a welcoming spirit. The inspections took just a quick few minutes and we were ready to go. . .he explained what steps were next to get our cars tagged. My spouses van had a loud squeak and Carlos said they could do a diagnostic whenever we were ready. He took the van back a couple of days later and Carlos took him to work. I received a call about what the problem was and asked if we approved the repairs. We did and the van was ready to go by the afternoon. I was immediately greeted with a smile and how can I help from Carlos. He was thorough and listened carefully in getting my side of the story about how my car is acting. He said not to worry they will be checking out what my car is telling them is the problem, then get back to me, discuss what issues came up, and we will discuss the best solution for us (my car and I) both.What I determined is they have the latest technology and highly trained mechanics with the ability to make this a timely and accurate examination. Their examination was documented with pictures and forwarded to me so I could see to what extent my car was in trouble. In addition, their technician performed a complete complementary examination of all my cars system, no charge.Bill and I discussed what happened to cause the issues my car was experiencing. We discussed the cost, time involved to get her back on her wheels again plus other items that needed attention sometime in the future. No pressure to get these done now.Considering their courtesy to me, their environment, the cleanliness of their office, stalls, parking lot, grounds in general, Carlos and Bills shining smiles, time involved, and what I believe is a fair price,Id definitely say use Christian Bros Automotive.
