The general manager; Craig is very professional. He kept in touch the entire time my vehicle was being fixed. His work ethic is outstanding and if I were to ever need any type of body repair done in the future, I definitely will be coming back.

My car was damaged by rocks from a lawn mower. Took it to Caliber and had an estimate within a half hour. Process was awesome they had me in on a Tuesday evening and picked car up next Tuesday morning. They stuck to their 1 week timeline for my repairs. Brandon was my point of contact and kept me up to date along the way. If I need to use a service like theirs again this is where I’ll be going.

Wonderful service, always kept me updated on all the steps they were taking to get my vehicle repaired! They even kept updated with the insurance company on what they were doing with my vehicle and any extra damages they found! I can’t recommend them enough! Brandon was absolutely fantastic to work with! We have a 2021 KIA Sedona that was involved in a hit and run. I was so mad and frustrated when it happened but Caliber Collision had us back to normal in no time! They also left our van cleaner than it was before with a beautiful detail inside and out!

My wife and I are very please with the service received at Caliber Collision. Michelle and Craig were very professional in how they handled our damaged car and keeping us informed from start to finish handing our claim with the insurance company, the towing company.. We were also please to have our car back three days before it was estimated to be returned. This location is phenomenal. They had to replace a whole hatch door for me after a collision. They had it done 3 days before it was estimated to be completed. Also they were very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, great place. Will recommend to friends and family.

Recently our 2016 Outlander was hit by a deer on Rt. 30. I was new to the area and our State Farm insurance had limited body shops listed. I decided to go to Caliber Collison. Craig worked we me and my wife in getting our car repaired as well as getting a rental car. He updated me frequently on the status of the car. We went to pick it up and it looked fantastic. Ive gone there several times to cruise their lot and see what they have to sell or trade. Every time I go there, as soon as I pull off the street onto their lot, I feel myself being watched every minute. They prolly think Im going to leave my Tacoma there and steal their used Cadillac.Not a chance, my 2003 Tacoma TRD is nicer than 99% of their vehicles!Sorry, but If Im not made to feel comfortable by a business, I would never do business there!

My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit by a deer severely for the first time, dented the passenger side doors and broke my mirror. Mike Nickles was the body tech who took the time to repair my Jeep correctly and efficiently. When I recieved it back, it looked brand new like nothing had ever happened to it! Mike did a GREAT job! I highly reccomend Caliber Collision Wooster South location. The staff are friendly and they will get it done right.
