Great customer service and prices. They made sure to let me know what was going on and estimated how much it would be and let me decide what I wanted to do. Loved that they were not being pushy or trying to sell me extras that I didnt need like other places.

What an incredibly positive experience we had here with Nate and the crew at A&J Exhaust and Tire Center. As two touring musicians in a 1987 Winnebago LeSharo (not a common vehicle) we were making our way back home to NH when our van started making a horrible sound. We called around and no one wanted to take a look at our van but one very friendly garage (First Choice Auto) recommended calling A&J. Well, we did and we couldn’t have been more fortunate. Not only did they agree to work on our van but they found the problem and fixed it the same day. They offered us free water bottles, coffee, wi-fi with a waiting room and were extremely courteous and professional. We were back on the road a few hours later. Nate, you are the man and your crew is amazing. If we pass through Ohio on the next tour and we have any issues at all you can bet that we will be heading back to you. Thanks a million! Phenomenal. Joe and the staff were top notch. I had an issue with aftermarket wheels and tires that were the wrong size. From the minute Joe took my call l, listened to the situation as the vendor had to ship me the correct tire 35 and unmount the 33. I told him I had to wait while it was getting completed. He gave me a time, I arrived and he got the truck right into the shop. He brought me in the shop to look and make sure all looked correct. They were so great to deal with and their staff was extremely friendly. Great waiting room with charging cables for phone devices. Will continue to go back to A and J as a great place for all my Auto needs.

In July I took my car in because it wouldnt run. After numerous phone calls and waiting I was finally quoted $5,000 for a new Wiring Harness and told that all my wires and plugs were junk. So I paid for labor and fuses that were missing but car still wouldnt run. I had to call and have my car towed and was not allowed the key to my car and was told well text well text you pictures of whats wrong. After leaving this review I was contacted by the Owner and the Owner took time to meet with me and discuss the issues and made it right which is very unheard of. Ive had great service in the past and because the Owner made it right in time I might consider having work done here. If you want a good place for tires they do well with that. Very proud in the Owner for making it right with the Customer.

Fantastic customer service! I found tires for a cheaper price at another shop, but decided to come here after speaking with them on the phone. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and I will certainly be coming back here for any future tire purchases.

Just had both exhaust manifolds replaced.They did an excellent job. Price was what they quoted and it was done when promised.Pretty sure I found a new go to shop.Between both of their locations.Actually, the night I dropped the truck of I stopped at a rental store for tools in Wooster.The gentleman there highly recommended them also. Made me feel a little better.The results are proof positive.They do what they tell you their going to do and do it.5 stars!

Joe was very helpful and honest. Overall they fixed our 2012 Nissan Murano exhaust system quickly and without any issues. We couldnt be more impressed with their service.
