Came all the way down from Buffalo to buy a used 2020 Jeep Wrangler, and made the trip because inventory is low for newish wranglers all over the country. I spoke with Lamar initially as I found the Jeep online and he was extremely helpful and there were no pressure sales tactics what so ever, and was great at explaining the entire process. I met with James at the dealership, he had everything ready to go including the temp tags. They also made a fair offer on my Mustang and may have had a little room to negotiate as well, but I choose to keep it since it probably would take a lot for me to sell it personally since I’m a fan of the brand. Overall I’d highly recommend this dealership and was happy with my experience there. I got the color and style of Wrangler I always wanted….luckily.

Inquired about a vehicle on The website and received a call pretty quickly. Do to being at work, I was unable to answer but set up texting between me and the salesmen which was awesome. Do no waste your time here. Sold me a car that is rattling and they refuse to address the issue. Say they sent title in the mail and “magically” it never got to me and they refuse to do anything to fix the issue. Not only that but during my trade in they “forgot” to have me sign paperwork so I had to make a third trip to them to finish signing paperwork. They did not get me a lower payment as promised. Very bad customer service and refuse to accept any blame for anything.

I bought a new Jeep Wrangler from Kalvin and he was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and straight forward and I never felt like he was only telling me what I wanted to hear. It wasnt the closest Jeep dealer to where I live but it was definitely worth driving a little further. They also got me in and out of the finance office quickly which was a nice.

Took care of my mother for years good people

They sold my grandpa a used Jeep Patriot. The thing has been nothing but trouble. The warranty wont cover any of the problems. They said that only the power train is under warranty. In 7 months of having it, weve had to completely replace the rear brake system, replace an axle, replace the abs system, and replace 2 wheel sensors. On top of that, the windshield leaks. The undercarriage also has some of the most intense rusting I have ever seen. All these problems were already there. They lied about it to my 92 year old grandpa and are refusing to make it right in any way. Dont waste your time buying here. Its nothing but a headache.

Our experience was amazing. I contacted via text (which is my preferred method of communication), Dave was amazing. He was very responsive, I never had to wait for a response. There was no pressure to buy or that feeling like you are being swindled. He was able to answer all my questions and was willing to meet any request we had. I contacted about the truck we wanted on Thursday afternoon and we were driving our vehicle (and enjoying it) by 2pm on Friday, and we live 4 hours away and needed delivery!I contacted Wooster CJDR after being strung along by Carvana for 2 weeks with rescheduled deliveries for no reason. My order never went through, they had multiple delays and “issues with their site” I spent endless hours on the phone on hold with Carvana, I had paid my down payment, been approved and financed, gotten insurance on the new vehicle and they delayed my delivery multiple times so we had already waited for weeks and needed a vehicle when I contacted Dave at Wooster CJDR. Dave was wonderful to work with, he was honest and kind. When I was younger I had a few frustrating Dealership (not Wooster CJDR) experiences and prefer to do most things electronically so I thought Carvana would be best. I was wrong! Wooster CJDR will do everything they will but more! I filled out the financing application within a few minutes I was able to text Dave what I wanted to put down and how many months I wanted the financing. I had a quick call with Rick in financing so he could cover all the great things my gap coverage and extended warranty cover and make sure I was good with the terms. Rick was wonderful as well, he was very kind and really cared about getting the best rate and coverage. They got me an interest rate that was half the one Carvana was giving me. I was able to pay my down payment over the phone with my debit card, and Dave found delivery drivers to get me my truck the next morning. This is the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Initially I had taken my 9 year old Sprinter to a Mercedes dealer. They wanted almost $13,000 to repair a truck that was worth about $13,000. The Mercedes dealer told me to “deep six” the truck. I contacted Mr Serpintini that we see on TV and he recommended that I take the truck to this store in Wooster.Brian & Terry at the service desk were both quite pleasant. Terry kept me abreast every step of the way. No surprises. The final invoice was $5364.47 which also included 4 tires which weren’t quoted by the Mercedes store!!My hat is off to Ben, the mechanic, Terry & Brian and to Mr Serpentini!!Thank You!! I got back on the road for less than half of what the other store quoted with new tires, too!!Hooray!!

I finally got my car repaired after waiting since FEBRUARY 25! Communication with them has been a joke. I will give finance guy credit for owning up to a mistake he made in the paperwork at time of purchase regarding my extended warranty. He owned it but promised that would not hold up the repair. Day I went to get my car, I got the keys it wouldnt start. For almost $400 they could put a battery in for me. I was able to get them down but they had me and they knew it because I needed my car! I tried being patient with all the covid stuff, but after answered messages, and finally calling back again I found out the part had been returned because of the paperwork I was livid. I will probably be replacing my vehicle within the next year but will not return here. Would feel different if they had been honest and communicated regularly with me, but was always up to me to call them. The last time I called they said another 2-3 weeks, and I had enough! Miraculously they were able to get the part and fix it the following Monday. SHADY...SHADY...SHADY. Thankful my warranty glitch was fixed will be taking the car elsewhere from here on out. Somewhere where they actually communicate with you!

This is a dealer that i highly recommend. I was dealing with about 10 others and they all treated my time as not valuable. Wooster was different. I reached out to Kevin and we got a deal done over the phone quickly which was important as i was 2.5 hours away. We got all the work done and a few days later i scheduled the pick up. I believe Kevin was unavailable on Saturday and Dave took over. He met with me and showed me the car before finishing up and the features after. The finance manager (forgot his name) was pleasant. We talked for about 10 minutes and then knocked the paperwork in about 5 minutes. I was in and out in about 30 minutes on a Saturday! I got a great deal on the car i had been looking at for 6 months and it was incredibly smooth. I wish I would have found this dealer 1st. Calvin Gordon, the man that was serving me and sold me my new truck, ran me and my wifes credit rating through wayyy too many banks without telling us. Like 6-10 banks, didnt even notify us he was doing it, we only found out after getting numerous letters from banks we werent associated with telling us our credit score had dropped now that he had ran our credit score through them. Totally messed up. Just remember the name CALVIN GORDON if you go to this dealership, and make sure he doesnt do the same to you. This guy wont even return my messages to explain why he did it without our consent.

The engine just broke down on me because it was torn apart and put back together incorrectly back before I bought it. $4000 is going into fixing it and the dealership wont honor any kind of warranty I signed when it was sold. Horrible customer service. I hate coming here. They also screwed over another member of my family, and the sister of one of my coworkers. Nothing but bad experiences at this place. Dont come here.

I bought a truck from this place about 2 months ago and the first month I had it back to him for different times for a vibration and the suspension they did nothing to resolve the problem I had to take it to another Chrysler dealership to find out none of the service work had been done to the truck and that the dealership had put Chinese knockoff tires on it that was causing the vibration in the truck the four-wheel-drive never had been serviced the fluids were black and low the transmission filter and fluid had never been changed which is normal to be changed around a hundred thousand miles but the dealership changed nothing the rear brakes were almost shot but the dealership did nothing I got a guarantee from Mike the salesman that sold me the truck that I would not have to deal with troubles like this because it was a reputable dealership but they have done nothing to fix this problem they actually told me that I would not get any repairs done to my vehicle because I put a bad Google review up Justin the head of sales has done nothing for us to help with this issue they got all these good customer service reviews but they do not care about the customer after they sign the papers they have done nothing to help with this at all I drive 140 miles everyday and if I needed a fancy yard ornament I would have bought a Chevelle or a dart or something not a $30,000 truck

Everything was so straightforward and anything that was extra was clearly outlined and fully explained, especially when it came time for financing.Ask for Tyler if you go. He knows his stuff and how to get you exactly what you need and how to avoid the extra expenses that you dont. It felt more like I was getting advice from my friend that buying a car.

Just got a Ram 2500 Cummins from Richie. Was treated well and got a great model year end deal. They even went to Pennsylvania to get me the exact truck I wanted. They give you a 200000 mile 20 year extended warranty, but it doesnt seem to add to the price. It may not be worth much, Ill let you know in 15 years or so 😊😊😊

The staff are friendly and nice, but as typical car dealerships, they try to rush the sale and get you when you show any sign of liking the vehicle. Both my girlfriend and grandparents have gotten vehicles from here within the last month, and both started having issues within a week or so. The dealership did get on the ball with fixing the issues though, only charging a deductible fee.

Ty and Dave were very professional and appropiate with the type of help they gave. They were able to find a discount as well which is appreciated. Looking forward to driving the 2016 dodge journey.

When I liked the vehicle, but wanted my wife to approve, John offerered to drive it from Wooster to Jackson Township on his day off just so my wife could see it before saying yes. Youre selling a terrible product that you cant fix and insist that its okay to put my sisters safety at risk. Her safety is no longer at risk due to a defective product and poor initial customer service. Her safety and satisfaction demands are no longer of a concern to her so I am pleased to say upper management at this dealership, once notified of the concern, did what was not only necessary, but decent and kind. I will however not delete my negative review of your business because your service department needs to know they have lost faith in a customer and for the greatest of reasons. How dare they suggest she drive home in an unsafe vehicle. I only hope the defects have been reported and have been fixed or recalled by now. Just because you don’t “make them” doesn’t mean anything if you continue to sell unsafe vehicles. However, again, thank you for correcting the issue concerning my sister’s safety. I will upgrade my review to Two Stars.

Happy with my experience in buying a used Ford Escape from this dealership. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. No hard sell tactics to put up with. Johnny the “The Little Old Italian Guy” was easy to deal with went out of his way to accommodate a test drive.

I would recommend Wooster Chrysler jeep ram to anyone, I contacted them and within days Justin Noll found my perfect truck with a price that no 1 else could beat. The customer service was top notch, they spent well over a hour showing me how to use the touch screen, blue tooth and tow package on my truck. I will recommend them to everyone that is looking for a vehicle new or used.
