Quick Lane is not quick. They are not the slowest shop I have ever dealt with, but they are far from the fastest. The work they have done for me has been competent and fairly priced, but I only started going here after I bought a new Ford Escape, so I have not needed any serious repair work done. The staff is friendly and very helpful and not even a tiny bit condescending. Many mechanics in todays world seem to think they should be treated like surgeons, but not the folks at Quick Lane. They are always happy to answer questions, listen to the wildest ideas, and explain in simple terms why those ideas are not possible.

I stopped in for a synthetic oil change. Very reasonable price. The staff if very friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice waiting area with a tv. A wide variety of free coffee to choose from. There could be a little more for younger children. I got right in. They offer a wide variety of services. You can always browse the car lot as you wait. Definitely one of the better oil change places in town.

Avoid the female mechanic at all costs or she will cost you hundreds to thousands more. She will cause more problems to your car than you came in with. Have always had great service with the other mechanics they know what they are doing, very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff is great.

Made an appointment to get a set of new tires and an alignment for 1pm. I arrived early and waited but the vehicle wasnt taken in to be served until 2:30 pm. Then they didnt start working on it until after 3pm when they finally came out to the waiting room to verify the tires being put on. I would understand the delay if I hadnt called several days ahead of time to get an appointment but having made the appointment I didnt expect to wait for 3+ hours after the scheduled time in their waiting room before the work even started.

Incredibly rude on the phone when I just called to ask a simple question.

Quick would make you think that you get in line and get it done. Not make an appointment. An oil change 3 days from now is not quick. Or am I impatient?

Fast service

On their service coupon for an oil change it states no appointment necessary. When you walk in for the oil change you are told we can make an appointment for you for next week --went to Valvoline and had it done in 15 minutes. (and I bought the car from Palotta)
