Southwest Auto Service was recommended by a neighbor and I decided to give them a chance. And I wanted to support a local small business. The alignment was completed for a fair price and quick too. The mechanic had noticed another problem with my brakes that indicated a bad part in the brake system. He told me that the part was under a special extended warranty by the manufacturer, and after verifying that my vehicle VIN was covered by warranty with the manufacturer, he recommended that I go to a dealer service department ASAP.Sure enough, the manufacturer replaced the critical part for free with less than three week’s remaining on the special warranty. And it helped immensely that the problem had already been diagnosed by Southwest Auto Service.The mechanic from Southwest Auto Service could’ve just fixed it and had me pay for the brake system repair and I wouldn’t have known any better. I’ve since had additional vehicle maintenance at this business and intend to use them in the future. Trust is a key part of business and Southwest Auto Service has earned it.

I only gave 4 star cuz I never went through their wash but always go here for their vacuums cuz they only cost 50 cents and last long enough to do ur whole car.

I had a flat, and I tell ya what, these guys were great! they helped me out by changing my tire! they took my spare out of the trunk and took care of everything! and they did not charge me! now, Im not saying they will do this all the time or for everyone, but, i will certainly go there for my next auto care needs! thanks guys! great job!

They managed to fix what another shop couldnt even diagnose. They had very fast response times and were overall very pleasant to work with. Certainly will be returning if I need to in the future

Multiple times Ive been overly cautious and had them look at my car, theyve been friendly and straightforward on what seems to be the issue. Very trustworthy.

Great shop, they have a lot of experience in auto repair. And they were able to quickly and accurately diagnos my electrical problem. And recommend the best way to repair my 2014 Ford explorer.

Don, Dale and the team there are wonderful to work with! They are honest about repairs which is not always the case with auto repair facilities!

Fixed my car in one day, changed some stuff in my fuse box and checked my electrical, only $80 total, i was shocked! my dad goes to them all the times for his work and they always cut a fair deal. full service is by appointment, call ahead!

I knew I could trust these guys when they let me know that a very expensive repair was not necessary to the function of my van. For this reason I trust their judgement when they do suggest a repair. They are very efficient and good at what they do. And it means a lot to have a go-to mechanic that you can TRUST.
