Tyler was very informative and very thorough with any and all info on all phones and expectations. If looking to swap carriers, would strongly recommend going to the Wyoming, Michigan location.

So.......I was more than ready to move away from my s20fe and decided to upgrade to the s21Ultra. When I went into AT&T Store they were more then helpful! The whole phone buying experience can often be extremely frustrating, but this time it was super easy, and dare I say, rather entertaining. Tyler, Tyler, and Andy were great in helping me pick out the right phone. I settled on the 512, which they ordered and came the next day. Because Im old and easily confused 😅, I chose to just hang out and wait for the data transfer. Since they were stuck with me for awhile, I took the opportunity to ask lots of random questions, which they answered pleasantly. This is always the AT&T Store I choose to go to, and these guys are the reason why! I highly recommend this store!!!

Tyler was great to get us started and going with switching service providers. Even when phones got busy he was on top of it. After another store gave us the run around and refused service to us for something that would have taken 15 mins max because they wanted to leave after they lied saying I didnt need a appointment. He went the extra mile and offered us every service plus got our screen protectors put on and was able to do everything with switching data from one device to the new one in less then 1.5 hrs. For 2 devices. Will definitely recommend this store to everyone in the future

I got everything I wanted out of the experience the only thing I question value that I got back from my iPhone 12 today I could only saw a piece of paper that says $800 value with a cracked screen but I was only given a $350 value that does not make sense I was better off paying the $250 insurance and then traded it in I would’ve got $200 more dollars doesn’t make sense to me how please help me make sense of it

Angel was very friendly & welcoming! Came in wanting to upgrade and Angel was able to get me into a great deal with an iPhone 11! We had some issues with the process but we talked about dogs the whole time that I did not even notice the time. Definitely recommend working with Angel !

Very helpful staff

Experience was great. Laid back but professional manager and associate. Could not do much for me as far as what I came for but they were still as helpful as they could be and It wasn’t their fault they couldn’t help me. They did all they could. Great customer service. I accidentally marked the customer satisfaction survey incorrectly & it wouldn’t let me change my answer so hopefully this clarifies that the service was on par.

Each experience at this store reminds me why I won’t go to any other location. Each employee takes the time to ensure you know you are taken care of as more than just another customer.i am greeted by name each time, and walked to the door. I find myself spending more time than originally planned each time and have yet to regret it! 10/10 recommend this store!

I went to get an upgrade and my experience with the store and with Jack and Angel couldnt have went better. They were extremely nice and helpful. They made sure I was getting the best deal I could possibly get. Jack fixed the layout of my parents phone, we tried for weeks and couldnt figure it out and he fixed it within minutes. Very knowledgeable and kind people.

Jack, Joe, Angel, and Rachel are incredibly helpful and nice people. They made my experience so easy and they have been willing to help me on other tech support I needed. Jack saved me by helping get my passwords back after switching phones. These people are great and fun to be around when in the store. I highly recommend them.

I stopped by this location last week to see if I could pay a bill. Not only do they not charge fees, Angel, Jack and Mason triple teamed to ensure I had the best plan, phones and insurance possible. 15/10 recommend to everyone!

Great customer service! When I walked into the store I was greeted by Angel who was eager to help me. He was very kind and informative in assisting me with what I needed.

We’ve been having trouble with this store for over a month with Jack & Mason quoting a price that wasn’t reflected on our first bill. We came back to speak with Mason to attempt a resolution who informed we’d hear back via phone the next business day. A week later we had not heard anything. So frustrating considering we have a 30 day cap on canceling without a early term fee and it felt like they were stalling.Andrew listened to our concerns and was able to address the issue and credit our account appropriately and argued on our behalf to credit our activation fee to accommodate our month-long battle with this issue.

Jack is not a very honest person. i was decieved about a cable package. i regret ever doing bussiness with him. gave me one price and estimate and it all went wrong. smh. honestly, probably will never ever want to do bussiness with him again. before settling something always make sure to have something in writing because it never turns out as they say.

Spent 2 hours there and left with nothing. It took the employees this long to figure out that we couldnt actually add any new lines to an existing account. The manager, Mason, smelled of beer and was extremely rude! He also yelled and swore at the other employees in front of us. Extremely disappointed with my experience at this store.
