Slightly rude encounter with lady at front door. I did not know they were apt. only when I walked it (which is fine - however the number of customers did not out weigh the number of people working there). I asked her a simple question as to why I’d choose their place over a Lowe’s or Home Depot (didn’t say it- but meant to say why would I take the time to book and schedule an apt. With them when I can just walk in somewhere else) and she laughed at me. Rude. It was not a personal question.

These guys know plumbing, they have great prices, and are willing to help you with questions. Not the largest selection but sometimes those big box stores have too many choices, too many options. Keep it simple thats what I like about this place. I would like to give this place six stars if I could.
