I swear the lady working there hates her job. She really needs to get get some customers manners. Also this place needs some good management. They always have one person working here thwy take for ever to attend just one person the lime quickly forms to 4 plus people. The paletas they have are good but it really needs management attention

Worst customer service! Went in yesterday around 6:30 pm after a very very long day of work, and decided to grab ice cream for my family. There was a gal outside eating at a table with a friend and a thinner gal inside. I went inside and the gal outside came inside DID NOT WASH OR SANITIZE HANDS and decided to take my order, in a hurriedly manner. I asked for a single scoop and she gave me the smallest scoop, which didn’t even touch the rim of the cup, so I asked her can I get a bigger scoop, it doesn’t matter if you charge me extra, and I want lids on all cups, she didn’t let me finish when she answered I can’t take it back, and she left the cup on the last fridge closest to the wall. I proceeded to ask for the rest ( triple, double, and two singles) which she would place on the last fridge. One after another I would tell her I wanted lids on all cups, and she would put the lids down on top of the fridge so that I would have to cover the cups. And then she went to the cash register and she gave me the total, I asked her for a bag because she hadn’t given me one, she gave me the bag, I went to go get all the ice creams to bring them to the cash register and put them in the bag myself. She then left and she had given me no spoons, so I went to where she was and asked her for spoons twice, she looked at me and completely ignored me, because she was helping another lady. So I went to the other gal and asked if I could get spoons, and let her know that the other gal was giving me bad service, to which she responded, well obviously if you’re going home you don’t need spoons, turned around, gave her back to me. Excuse me? Yah obviously you don’t need them, to which I asked her for her name, she didn’t want to give it to me at first and finally said Veronica. I have never been treated so poorly! I am paying for service and for spoons! You shouldn’t care or assume if I’m going home!

Liked all the options offered. The ladies (staff) were really friendly. The prices was worth the experience.

I went to this place on Monday and my Boyfriend got food poisoning from the corn. I do not recommend this specific place to anyone because you can possibly get food poisoning as well. This is the last time I go to this place!!!!! I know the lady that assisted us didn’t wash her hands because when she came out to help us she was barely putting her gloves on. This place is unsanitary my boyfriend is still sick because of this place!!!

Have been here a few times. On my most recent visit Im seeing a sign on the counter saying that once the product is in my/your hand, then theres no refund.Is this a product of my previous visit? When I was displeased with the flavor of my selection? And insisted that it be exchanged for a different flavor?In general, the products here are good. In general also, the prices are on the high side. Also know that there is a sort of take it or leave it approach to customer service.

Delicious! You can tell they don’t add any artificial flavoring to anything. You can even see and taste the real fruit in chunk pieces. Prices are good if you understand that fresh fruit is not cheap. Go here all the time.

Very good ice cream. Lots of unique fun flavors. Most of the labels for the ice cream were in Spanish. I had to ask lots of questions every one there were friendly and also spoke English. Was a great experience trying someplace new.

Worst place to get your antojitos. This place tried to charge us more for our order because it was a big order . We summed up what we got and got a different price than them . This place is so over priced and really bad service ! Never going there again .

The place is ok. What made me rate 1 star was how employees are treated. How do you expect your new employees to learn and do all the work with a manager that doesnt bother to lead? On top of that, why do none of the employees have non-slip shoes even though it is required in every food service industry?Treat your employees better because they are what draws people to business. The new girl I saw today was so badly treated by the manager and thats something that leads me away from stores. Change your employment policies or change your manager.

Place is nice and pretty clean. Quality ice cream but the price is definitely over priced my girlfriend and I came and got 2 tiny cups 8$ only 1 scope. Also their food that they sell apart is also very over price. I recommend to go to Doña chelitos for much more reasonable prices.

Seriously a disappointing place to get snacks. Prices are high and there are no menus and service is terrible. I was given a drink with no ice and major powder in it (horchata).

The closest Mexican Ice cream parlor to the Seattle area.All that you would expect from a Mexican Michoacana. It just says La Michoacana on the outside, you should know what it means if you are Mexican.The ice cream is the Mexican ice cream kind. Our ice cream is sometimes less dense or thick than US ice cream. So dont go in expecting that. You can also find unusual flavors, like kiwi and cream. They have aguas frescas, horchata and stuff. Also all the complicated fruit and chips concoctions prepared with chamoy and valentina that you would expect from a Mexican street food place. Oh, and esquites.All around yummy.

When I asked for my tostilocos with a little valentina she put way too much. She was to caught up with a friend talking that it felt like she wanted us out so that she could just talk with her.

This place is a joke I sent my mom here to order me a fruit cup and a corn with the chili and cream and the fruit was nasty as in runny and looked old looked like they pulled it out of a can and refrigerated for 3 days and put takin on it with so much water/juice it was mushy NOT FRESH! The corn tasted like it had maybe been reboiled from the day before it was plain disgusting!!! I told my mom to take it back for a refund and they told her no refunds were paid out all sales were final!! Never go here. Check out chelitos on 3rd and Nob hill you will not be disappointed!

I go atleast one or twice a week and have always loved it but today really disappointed when I ordered 4 bionicos and they are only half way full in the container. I asked the girl if she can fill them up and she only put extra strawberries on two.

They over charge me for 3 things I ended up paying more than 90 dollars when I went to talk to them about it they were really rude about it and didn’t want to return my money back. We came from Tacoma and they recommended this place when I came to Yakima. The ice cream delicious and very difficult to choose because everything seems to me. What I liked most was the customer service. The girl who told us was very kind

The Mexican cravings that this paleteria has are very good, such as fresh waters, esquites (shelled corn with mayonnaise, cheese and chili), etc.
