10/26/2021 (5 Stars)Had a great time revisiting this location. In the spring of 1981 (40 years ago) I sold the first ice cream cone ever at this store, 15 minutes before our scheduled first day opening. Ive watched this store go through many remodeling projects - It still looks great.During todays visit, I saw the two staff members cleaning and doing the busy work needed to keep the place clean and well stocked.I love my Banana Royal!!

Great customer service from the two girls in there very polite and friendly even though i walked in 5 mins before closing 🙃 my Sunday was absolutely beautiful too!!!

Like their almond coffee ice cream. The lady was really nice. Basic service. She answered every phone call she got. Their prices are okay considering I only got one scoop. So I dont know if I would recommend. It was just an okay experience.

I tried a new flavor today - Tax Crunch. Simply delicious and probably my new favorite. Kind of like Jamocha Almond Fudge on steroids. Unfortunately, because of the name, I suspect it will be seasonal. Sure hope not. I mean, dont we pay taxes all year? 😉

Clean establishment & nice staff. Many ice cream selections and they have some great cakes here too.

Customer service is not great, but what Im upset is I live 20 min away and the two times I arrive at 9:30 one time and 9:40 the second time and theyre close. They need to update there hours online and put the closing time.

Even in these trying times. Service was exceptional.

I love going to Baskin robins at least I did Until the last 3 times I went I tried to use the coupon that they give you when you go there and its so you can use it on your next visit and the last 3 times I went I asked them if I could use the coupon and they wouldnt let me because I didnt give it to them when I 1st came in when I was ordering, Why even give someone I coupon if they cant use it why dont they ask if you have a coupon if you have to use it before you order because you cant always remember so its like if you dont remember then you lose out on half the reason you went to the place in the 1st place and I also have a card that they punch when I go in and the last time I went in I got the card out so they could punch it and we were busy talking about the coupon and the lady handed it back to me and forgot to punch My punch card and I didnt notice it Until I was walking out the door and so I went back in and said to the lady I gave you my punch card and you forgot to punch it and you told me its too late now so why in the world would you even have such a thing if you never can use these things very frustrating and I dont think its fair or right of them to Do their customers that way and The last time I went in there I spent almost $20 And Im really gonna hafta think about it whether or not I will ever go back to that Baskin robins ever again there are 2 of them in the town I live in one is not far from where I live At And thats the one I always go to its the 1 that has not punch my card or Let me use my coupon.. The address to the one that Im talking about is on South 1st street in Yakima Washington and their customer service is the worst, And their prices are outrageous and I would happily pay the price but I wont pay the price yes I continue to be treated the way theyve been treating me . I think I will ask to talk to the owner and let them know How their regular customers are being treated And see what they have to say about it. Its day decide to continue to treat their customers the way Ive been treated they wont be in business much longer and that so sad because theyre busy season is just starting

Had a great deal with the B&R App. Staff was friendly and fast.

Was very rude I went in was asked to wait out side so I did then a Mexican family walks right past me and was served wasnt asked to stand out side as I was

Was overcharged for purchase. Contacted store via phone and the managers response was not consistent and rude. She did concent to a refund. But, I wouldnt revisit the store.

Ice cream so soft, it literally melted before I could eat it all. Smallest scoop I have ever gotten at BR, just a horrible experience. Baskin Robbins let me down this time.

I didnt encounter the foreign lady that was mentioned on another review but all of the staff who was there when I went were incredible. They were friendly to everyone and went the extra mile to make sure you were happy. I made a mistake with my order (I said it wrong and realized it when they were making it) and the gentleman who helped me noticed the look on my face and asked me if everything was ok. I explained the mistake I had made but told him it was my fault and it was fine, but he told me not to worry and started making what I had intended to order. I tried to pay for the additional item (I had paid before he started making my order) but he smiled, told me its no charge, and that a satisfied customer is what matters most. You just dont get service like that every day. Too bad I dont live in the area because they would have made a loyal customer out of me.
