Ordered a peach and mango bubble smoothie.. They are amazing, and taste great!! The Mango tango ice cream #6. Giant green #5 and oreo secret #3 recommend!!

Be prepared to wait at high-traffic times. This is a popular place (the only of its kind in town) and it takes time to create each dessert by hand. If there are several people in front of you in line, or if you go with a group, you are probably looking at waiting for 10-15 minutes before yours is ready. The end result is DELICIOUS but waiting that long can be hard for children, so just be prepared. To pass the time waiting, kids will enjoy watching the ice cream being made if they can see over the counter. (Little ones will probably need to be lifted up to see, as there are no stools. An eating counter with bar stools would have been a great idea here.)

Not too bad, got the Taro Root smoothie with extra Boba. Pretty good choice. I would recommend it.

It says they are open Sundays yet we got here at 11:10 and they are closed.

People if you plan on going their dont expect to be served right before they close. And if your not patient then I suggest u go in earlier in the day because people seem to think its like an ice cream shop, when they literally make it in front of you. They take your order then they prep it and make it before your very eyes. Each bowl should take 10-15 at least (faster if your in Thailand.) And you should take into account that their new, and so are their workers. Please dont disrespect them for doing their jobs. Their trying to make you day so dont ruin theirs.

It’s okay, I had high hopes since I love this type of ice cream. But It was nothing like I’ve got before. This was a little thicker rolls that what I have gotten before. Presentation was great but for the money there should more more topping and more flavor in the ice cream.

Im addicted to Icy Tai! Im not sure how Ive survived for so long without their incredibly yummy Thai ice cream rolls. Every one is a work of art and delicious. My favorites are the avocado and the durian. Just try it! I bet youll be hooked too.

Could of given 5 stars but it no longer deserves them. Every time is slower service and portions are getting smaller way too smaller also prices higher. Just dont waste you time and money.

They have lots of yummy treats here. The hardest part is that there is so much to choose from and not familiar with what they are. Winter Melon Milk Strike with Boba is my go to but pretty much everything Ive tried I would get again.

A bit pricey, but it is delicious! The 5 of us each got a different flavor and all were yummy. We only waited for about 20 minutes to get all 5 ice creams and the kids were entertained the entire time watching them get made.

The ice cream is made fresh right in front of you on cold tables. It is fun to watch and delicious to eat! The reason why I docked a star is because there was a 10 minute wait between getting the 2 bowls that we ordered, and people who ordered after us got served before us.

The ice cream and drinks are really delicious here! They make the ice cream right after you order it with fresh ingredients, so it sometimes takes a little bit depending on the amount of people I’m the store, but it’s definitely worth the wait.

The Ice Cream is really good 🍬🍦🍨 you can see them making the ice cream from scratch and you can watch them rolling the ice cream into rolls and it Was A Really Good Experience and worth the wait for the ice scream.

I love this place, I come in all the time. I love getting greeted by David he is always so happy and nice! The only down side to this place is one of the employees. The one with the nose ring is extremely rude and defensive. My drink was made incorrectly and rather than helping the situation she said I dont know what to tell you its made right I watched her do it I told her once again that it wasnt correct and she replied with its correct it was made correctly then glared at me like I was stupid ans had insulted her. Turns out it was made wrong and she was rude for nothing. Rather than apologizing she just said the powder was in the wrong place. Im definitely coming back for the product but wont come in again while shes working.

I asked for a milk tea and didn’t even get tapioca pearls exactly how I had showed him in the picture and got it without them. I also asked him if I could get it blended and he told me they couldn’t which doesn’t make sense because they have smoothies the amount of time I waited for what I got was so worthless I wouldn’t recommend going for the milk teas.

They have the worst customer service Ive ever seen! I went in with my 1 year old and 3 year old and ordered a tea and 2 ice creams. The tea came out in 10 minutes, the first ice cream came out in 1 hour and the second ice cream came out 2 hours later after they closed because they had forgotten about that order. They started turning people away before their actual closing time because they were so busy and people were getting mad because they werent technically closed yet. After my full order was complete 2 hours later with 2 restless kids, I asked if there was any way to be compensated for my time and their screw up, such as a discount on my next visit or something, anything, and they said that they dont do that. What type of customer service is that?!?! The orders dont come out all at once, they are extremely unorganized, confused, rude, and their customer service sucks!!! I dont recommend this business at all!
