My first time at Kay Jewelers in the Cross County mall in Yonkers, I was greeted with such warmth and happiness right from the door. I wasn’t there to buy just that I had questions about a gift I was given and Mimi took her time to explain the warranty to me, she was so patient and professional. She cleaned my the necklace and my ring. She asked me about my ring which was given to me by my mother and she passed away last year. She seemed genuinely care for me and my jewelry. It was an emotional moment for sure.I will definitely come back for the holidays to buy and will recommend Kay jewelers in Yonkers to my friends and family.Thank you Mimi for making my day.

I was looking for something nice for myself and someone recommended to Mimi at Kay Jewelers in Yonkers. I went there and I was so happy that I did, the entire staff was so nice and attentive. She helped me find what I was looking for within my budget. I would highly recommend this location.

If you go to this location you must must must work with MIMI or Chris. They both helped me find an amazing engagement ring they made me feel so special and not as nervous. They knew the products and never pressured me into just buying anything so that they could just receive a sale. They looked for ways I could save as well as giving me a discount. I never thought I would have brought anything from Kay jewelers before because most ppl are rude and just want to make a sale but I’m glad, these individuals gave me an awesome experience I appreciate it, because picking out an engagement ring is hard enough. Sevag is easily one if the best and most knowledgeable jewelers in NY. Hes very honest with his customers and doesnt rush you at all, gives you all the tips and tricks for buying diamonds (things like hearts and arrows) and even gives you the name of good competitors. Definitely the guy to go to when looking for something special.

I Went to this store to buy a engagement for girl friend. My overall experience was good because theyll do or say anything for you to make a purchase. I bought a ring and the gentleman assisting me guaranteed me Ill get the ring back in a week after resizing. I made plans for my proposal and paid ex amount of dollars for hotel arrangements with friends but my proposal did not happen because I didnt get my ring on time. Waste of money that I could not get a refund for. 4 days past and I still havent recieved my ring or a phone call about the delay. Worst place to shop for jewelry. Smh

Doesn’t open on time, they are inside watching you while they speak within themselves. If they need time to prepare the jewelry they should have staff come in earlier not make customers wait outside. Never again! Good thing there is a Zales around corner!

By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Do not plan on returning to this store. Full staff of people that do not know 1 thing about customer service. Once you come in they ignore you, The women “manager” was rude and nasty eating as she was dealing with me. I couldn’t believe that was her position. So Turned off by my experience.

One of the employees sold my fiancé a ring. It was flawless it arrived in store after 2 months (longer then promised) and there was a flaw in the diamond. The employee told my fiancé “well if you had spent more money you would have gotten a better diamond”. That’s great customer service. We brought the ring back to be resized and left it for two weeks. It was returned to us a size and 1/2 bigger then what it was supposed to be. Terrible customer service!!! Do not go here!!!

Worst place to go. They have the worst woman manager. My boyfriend went and got me a promise ring about a month ago. They had to resize the ring from 6 to a 5. It took them almost 3 weeks to get the ring back. The worst part about is they charge him for resize and they didnt get the job done. My ring back the same size it was before. The manager was sitting in a chair chit-chatting with other workers and didnt faced or fix the problem. IT WAS JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

First time wedding ring buyers at a Kay Jeweler outlet and was the worst experience ever. Purchased and soon to return both rings totaling $5900 due to the lack of customer service in both the outlet and the pickup location in Cross County Yonkers mall. Beware day 1 of purchasing their all in your a$$ until youve finished with your purchase then youre nothing. Purchased rings way back in January and now about 3-4 weeks later still have yet to feel my ring on my finger because i have not received what ive already paid for yet im already receiving my 1st monthly statement. And you would think you spend at least $1 with this company the least they could do is give a phone call but i guess that cost them $, smh. Their just as bad as Zales, you run from one bad company to get robbed by another one.

I worked with the store manager to find a pink sapphire ring I can wear as a replacement at work due to my job..She was, amazing and patient! The ring came back on time after sizing..my new diamond store ☺
