Yesterday I went to Zales in the Cross County Mall. I was looking for an engagement ring and Chelsea I believe that was her name she was very welcoming and took her time to get to know how my fiance and I met. She asked if there were any specific styles I was looking for but I didn’t know much about rings so I asked her to help me I ended up walking out with a solitaire engagement ring that my fiance loves. I will definitely be going back there!

Family and I went into Zales to get husband sized for wedding band. Every staff member in there chose to make eye contact with us both. One staff member chose to acknowledge a customer next to us and completely ignored us. So instead of spending our money in that store, we decided to go to a competitor, Kays. We were acknowledged immediately and received help. Unfortunate that the staff in Zales dont know customer service. I will never buy anything from there again. Well this location anyway.

The saleswoman was helpful and patient when we were shopping for my engagement ring. To my surprise and with the encouragement of my fiance I was able to find a ring that I love. The saleswoman said the ring would arrive in seven days. However we ordered it on a Monday and they called on Thursday morning to say the ring was in. It has arrived sooner than expected.

Horrible customer service. Five reps in the store when my girlfriend and I walked in. We were interested in purchasing diamond studs, however preferred to walk out because after 5 minutes no one approached us. No one had customers. Just wouldnt even acknowledge us. Monday Jan 11, 2021. 1 PM.Update : Spend $2500 on a pair of studs at Macys right down the mall walk.

I went with my husband with no intentions of buying an engagement ring or buying a ring for him. Chelsea was very helpful and professional. I went to pick up a repair and all I said was l can’t wait to upgrade my ring and my husband said ok let’s look for our future options. Chelsea took us there and was very patient and diligent which made us feel so comfortable! She showed me a couple options and there was this one specific one she pulled out and fell madly in love with. As for my husband we found a ring to match mine! I’m so pleased with the service I’ve received and I will definitely be back to see her!

I walked in there a few days ago and made a purchase. Last experience was nice and easy. This time I walked in and not only no one greet me while asking an employee a question instead of showing me my opinions on what I was looking for she pointed over there. Will be taking my business somewhere else. Also this location was not busy.

If your going to Zales you need to talk to Ray. By far the best customer service youll get anywhere. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable. I wont go unless ray is there. Bought an engagement ring a year ago from him and specially when today to see him for wedding bands.

Elena is so rude, extremely unprofessional she didnt attend me until I looked at all the info on my phone since I didnt have the receipt which she could have simply took my number and looked at my info on the computer like the other ladies have! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The manager, Zarita is the worst, she does whatever she wants and treat customers like shut. I made her a complaint whit Corp, hopefully she get a leat a good talk with her boss. I had a very bad experience just because she did not wanted to make a return.

Yesterday my fiancé and I went to get sized for rings after looking at many styles online. At first they were hesitant to open the door since we did not have an appointment & they are definitely upholding Covid safety sanctions, however they were still more than happy to help us. Zarita went above and beyond to help us although we made it very clear we weren’t making a purchase. She talked us through sizing ourselves since she cannot directly touch us but was cleaning at every step of the way. She thoroughly cleaned everything, both ring sizers, mats, and surfaces we used which made me feel so much more at ease. Looking at many of the reviews it seems as though people forget that custom pieces take time and you can’t rush an item you plan to wear for the rest of your life. Zarita thank you for treating us with kindness and care, especially in these times where we’re all so worried about hygienic standards!!!

I would really give no star ... I wish I had read the reviews before I got my wedding band. We were introduced to the Zales credit card we went ahead with it I was hell, we paid 3x the amount the price of the ring ☹️ I would never spend my money with Zales or even recommend anyone to do business with them gross🤮 they leave a bad taste in my mouth

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped my ring off for repair due to the stone falling out. It’s been over 2 months and I still don’t have my ring back. I was supposed to get it back 2 days ago. I called the store and they never answer. I called corporate and they said they still have the ring and I still don’t have an update. FYI this is the second ring that I have purchased from them where the stone fell out. I am beyond upset and they don’t seem to care very much. ** UPDATE** I finally was able to pick up my ring on 8/17 and my ring is damaged. The shape does not match the original shape! I have intake photos to prove it. I am extremely upset with the repairs****

My husband bought my engagement ring from here and I am in love. We went back so he can pick out his band we had a guy who was so impatient and rushing us. He was just rude but when one of the ladies saw how frustrated I was she quickly came to our rescue and finished our transaction. I was so pleased with her and the rest of the ladies that my husband said I can get me a bracelet so I got the persona bracelet with 9 charms and we got it for a great deal. I love this place. Just go to Kelly or one of the ladies they are so professional and sweet. Steer clear from Jeffrey I believe his name is. Overall great customer service and a great place.

Im here now and no one is even a acknowledging me. In fact people are coming in and Im being bypassed. Running low on patience and been here for more than 20 minutes. Mind you this is just a pick up and not one sales associate has ask my reason for visit. Im pretty sure Im quick turn around as a customer! Not right the way I feel treated right now.

Went in on a Saturday for a quote on a ring. I was told I would get a call on Monday. Monday comes no call. Called them late afternoon on Monday they said Friday they would call me back. Friday comes no call. Called on Saturday. One of 2 people that I saw that same day and she was the one suppose to get the quote doesnt remember doesnt want to help. Doesnt even ask for my info to inquire. If I am willing to spend a couple of thousand dollars on a ring youd think they would want your buisness. After 1 week for a quote and I would never step foot into that store again. Id rather spend more money for better customer service.

Don’t waste your time with this place and the people that work here. Trash. They can’t spell customer service, but definitely know the meaning of being rude and disrespectful. Don’t believe me, just call and ask a simple question. Also, update your hours if any of you can actually figure out how to use a computer.

I am writing this review for the experience the my wife has endured so far she dropped off her engagement ring on the 3/6/16 to get the spa treatment (cleaning and all that it entails) she received a call on 3/10/16 stating that the repairs were done ( what repairs..! it was sent in for a cleaning!!) I had personally went to the store last week (3/14/16)to pick up the ring and they couldnt find it I overheard one of the associates say that it was mislabeled and it might be in a layaway section or a redo bin (how do you mislabel a precious ring let alone possibly lose one) they couldnt find it at all then Janet one of the associates tells me let me have your number and well call you as soon as we clear this up I havent heard anything at all from them, the wife and myself went today 3/23/16 and still they couldnt find it nor could they explain what happened to it, so if a manager or district is reading this review I dont know how this store is being run, some type of compensation should be in order

I have never had an issue with the service. My husband and I both purchased out wedding rings there. When ever I had an issues it was immediately solved. I go quite often to get my rings cleaned and they have been great. Sorry others had bad experiences. The staff is fun and playful.

Purchased two different bracelets. One was defective returned it got another and that one too didn’t last long as it stopped clicking in place one day (about 2 weeks of wearing) and eventually fell off my wrist somewhere. Noticed it was gone way after I could trace my steps back to recover. Poor quality for sure especially in constructing.

Services Does Not Perform Job: I purchased a ring and with the lifetime warranty/service had the ring resized for my wife. From 7 to 4.5 is the arrangement. 3 weeks later I called and ask for a status then was told it was ready. Excited me picked it up and presented to my wife. Guess what, size 7. I checked it with a caliper and a ring sizer just to make sure my measurements are accurate. I will go to another Zales store.The store clerks were plenty nice and helpful however what goes on the service department and perhaps management is pathetic. BTW, not the first time they failed me in the service department.

This store doesnt deserve the 1 star rating it received but I cant give a 0..Three weeks later my husband finds out (after numerous calls to corporate) that the necklace he ordered, that needed to be made, that was apart of my christmas gift, wasnt even started yet, and the only explanation they could give was a winter storm in Canada a few weeks ago stopped the delivery of the materials?? After being fed up, with the run around of a product that shouldve taken 7-10 business days, he cancelled the order..he made it clear that after all the money we both have spent over the years at this location, we are done with Zales all together now..Buyer be cautious ..very disappointed**update apparently all you need to do is tell them to cancel your order and magically the materials survived Canadas storm and is made within a week and delivered to the store **Update #2- 4/30/2018- 4 months after receiving this gift, and only wearing it maybe 3 times, the clasp already broke. Ill be taking it to my private jeweler in Bronxville where work is guaranteed ( I made sure my husband didnt waste any money on there lifetime warranty paperwork)

If I could post 0 out of 5 stars I would. Not only is this facility filled with rude and unprofessional employees, but Zales as a company is unprofessional and they treat their costumers like second class citizens. They have messed up my engagement ring on multiple occasions to the point that it is almost completely ruined. Whenever I need assistance I am treated as if I am bothering them and they never go out of their way to fix the problem that they created. I am terribly upset with them and I will never buy another piece of jewelry from them. They took something so special to me and ruined it. It is unfortunate. 0 stars for Zales.

Its ok, the staff isnt terrible by any means, but they also arent spectacular. They couldnt get the pin out of my watch and wanted to send it to a jeweler, I just ordered the jewelry kit and did it myself for less than what they would have charged me.

Awful customer service! Seriously go somewhere else. I am writing this in the store and I have been in the store for 30 mins with 2 people telling me there will be someone with me and there is only one other couple in the store. One employee literally said she was going to eat before she helped us when we are here just to pick up a resized ring. Stay away!Update: The fact that no management from the store contacted this review to apologize shows that they are just living off their brand name.
