Okay, I’m gonna talk about the bad stuff first. I was charged what I felt like a lot for donuts but I also purchased the specialty donuts with the designs on them. I also ordered a coffee traveler. I was in a rush and accidentally headed out without my coffee traveler. I was only a minute away when I realized but I got back and apparently owed an extra $10 😳 I don’t know. I was in a rush so I was like, whatever, paid and left. Didn’t feel good about it. When I got to my meeting and we opened the coffee traveler, it was so full, as it was set on the table abs the top was twisted off, it just poured all over the table and floor 😩Other than that, the donuts were amazing! They were so fresh, and the icing was so perfect. Usually I think icing is gross and I wipe it off but I ate ALL OF IT.The employees were also very kind, welcoming, and accommodating and overall it was still a good experience with a few little bumps along the way.

The service was friendly. I bought two donuts for my drive as I headed out this morning. I ate the apple fritter first, I liked the crunch on the outside and the soft inside. It also had a good flavor. I then ate the old fashioned maple donut. The first bite caught me off guard, it didn’t taste like a typical maple flavoring. It was tasty, in any case. The reason I gave it three stars is because both donuts left that oily film on my teeth and they weren’t good enough to want me to go back and buy more. Thank you for the donuts!

LOL. In response to the owners reply. Here is the REAL timeline: We placed an order the week of 8/26 for pickup on 9/7. On 9/6, I called to ask if we can change the pick up date to 9/16 because of Covid outbreak . The woman said, yes ok. We were informed by the school that we can’t start until 9/20 on Monday (9/13). So TODAY 9/14—48hrs before we asked to change a second time. Not multiple. TWO times. Also, I agree with previous reviews about price gouging. These said donuts are $42!! We were asking to change pick up to 9/20 but since you chose not to accommodate, a refund is in order. And thanks for validating my review about the terrible customer service!Ihurts me to write this because Ive been a loyal customer for nearly 7 years and I want small business to succeed.This review is about the customer service at station donuts. I have driven out my way to go service this particular donut shop on many occasions---I live in brea and work in a different direction. I love the custom work and the donuts are some of the best Ive tasted. However, the repeated rudeness is just something I cant handle. Two weeks ago, I ordered custom back to school donuts for my daughters preschool teachers. Unfortunately her back to school date changed twice due to a covid outbreak. Today my husband stopped in to ask to change the date for a second time, however that same women behind the counter was rude and gave a refund because she didnt want to deal with him.Im not sure why this woman lacks empathy or basic customer service skills as Ive also encountered her rudeness. My husband and I are both essential workers and have seen some terrible things over the last 2 years yet still dont treat people the way this woman does. Im not sure if we dont look the way she wants us to...in any case, despite a great product, we unfortunately wont back back again. PS the UNAC donuts for Kaiser Anaheim that you posted on your IG account, Ill be sure to put in a word with the union to service a shop that actually cares for ALL of their customers. Sad times!

Not super expensive, and they make a good donut too. Good location too... right between boba fiend and rainbow kids haircut. Right next to baskin robins too... nice location. Definitely love this place, definitely recommend to anyone searching for a good donut. Check out Grumpys too

The best donuts around. Truly superlative. Their cake-like consistency is unlike any other donuts Ive had. I wouldnt say Im a connoisseur, more a studied and devoted donut fan. Ive tried every local donut shop and this is the best. It beats the chain donut stores by a lot. These donuts are cheaper, better, heavier, and fresher. Buy donuts here.

This is one of My favorite places to go to for any days of the week. I’m so glad they make boba teas, smoothies, fresh fruits juices, sandwiches too! The donuts are moist and delicious. I’ve been coming here for years . Susan and Helen are great people, and now friends of mine.

I had a special order for their amazingly delicious cronuts and they were able to accommodate me and make mini cronuts for my grandson’s first birthday. They were a hit!! I should have ordered more... next time! Thank you Station donuts!!

One of my favorite doughnut shops. The donuts here are delicious and well worth the calories. The shop has been here for over 25 years and it has earned its keep. I eat here over any other donut shop in Orange county. Its better than California donuts too and its better priced.

Great service, good selection, great donuts! The filled donuts were some of the best Ive had - a little crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, not too sweet. Maple frosting a winner. Devils food donuts delightful! And a bakers dozen to top it off.

Donut holes were day old, old fashioned/buttermilk donuts were dry, and crumb donuts were undercooked/doughy. BUT other 8 in the dozen were very good. Not like usual donuts, where they are light and soft but the centers are almost hollow - these are heavy, very substantial donuts, yet still very soft. Excellent when heated!

This past Friday I went to Station Donuts. This donut shop makes custom donuts for your special occasion. It happened to be anniversary time an I wanted to do something for my Fiancé that was different. I asked them to for a heart and her name, to take over to the office as a treat before labor-day weekend. They were able to accommodate my request and the donuts not only looked good, they tasted amazing! Of course I had to also treat myself to a classic glazed donut. Thats how you know if a donut spot is the truth. Great service and donuts!

Even the smallest doughnuts are 10x larger than other shops, so big, fat, and fluffy! Although, the surroundings dont truly feel like a donut shoppe, but its earned its rating.

They have maple doughnuts with slices of crispy bacon on top. Yumeee!! They have a very nice selection of treats. They also have many flavors of slushes and other unique drinks as well as sandwiches and more. They do have seating.

Simply best in area! Never overdone or tasting of old grease. Always great tasting!!
