Better prices and better selection than the box stores. I liked that they are locally owned. Dan Socie did a great job and took very good care of us.

Superb warranty service by their representative, Cindy. Excellent customer service. Had a mattress to be returned, not due to any fault on their part, it was a manufacturing issue. She was true to her word. Upon determining that there was a valid defect in the product, she professionally handled the return. Found the greatest bed we have ever had. Stearns & Foster plush! The bed is absolutely amazing. I haven’t slept this good in years. Breeze pillow to go with it and my neck pains are gone. I can actually lay in bed for longer than seven hours with out my back and hips hurting.

We’ve searched far and wide for a comfortable mattress. Don’t buy mattresses from these places!! Cindy was very rude. Even with us buying high-end mattress. Yelling questions from the background while her sales associate was trying yielding with us. When they shipped it to our house, we couldn’t even sleep because we were allergic to the materials they made out of the bed. We couldn’t even spend too much time in the store because it affected my whole family.They would not refund us our $300 to ship it. Cindy was very difficult to deal with. Worst customer service.We also tried an Avacado because it was rated best in Consumer Reports. It was very comfortable and customer service is so great even if you are not happy with it, 100 % refund and you don’t even need to ship it back, just donate it.Favorite mattress of all is Saatva. Best customer service. 100% refund if you don’t like it. Weve had ours for over a year now and it is still the best most comfortable mattress. And no allergic reactions here!

Hi we had been to a couple stores in the area before going to sleepy hollow but didn’t really see anything that felt the most comfortable. Cindy was so helpful at sleepy hollow! She was not pushy at all, she gave you time to decide, and she knew her Information very well!

Rude! Went in to ask about a specific style bed. They unfortunately did not carry the brand I asked for. Which is understandable. Once they realized we weren’t interested in a style they suggested their tone changed. Sales girl was rude. Fist question she asked was “ how much do you want to spend” so obviously they sell to price point not to the customers needs. Gentleman sat at the back desk and shouted across the floor asking us questions. Suggested we try a bed. My boyfriend just being nice decided to sit on it to just pacify the salesmen. The man was rude because he didn’t lay on the bed . Don’t waste your time.

Sleepy Hollow in Boardman is the best! Karina was EXTREMELY helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and diligent in finding the best mattress for our desire. She has been with Sleepy Hollow for 30 years! Im not surprised that we ended up buying the first mattress she told us to lay on. Even though she gave us a few comps, she knew exactly what we wanted. So thankful for her and sleepy hollow!

After sleeping 16 years on a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Sleepy Hollow we were ready for a new one. We bought a Pro Adapt firm - King with an Ease adjustable base and are very pleased. One of the original Sleep Shops to burst onto the scene, Sleepy Hollow has been doing what no department store or out of town company can do, offer great name brand products at affordable prices. I feel people are more inclined to shop at a store like this so they can get the very best value. Plus the salespeople working here are local people who have been in the bedding industry for years so they really know their stuff!

I have yet to buy my mattress here, but plan to within the next two weeks. Not only are the two sales people I spoke with not pushy, but they urged me to wait until another companies product went on sale and then said they would price match that.They were very knowledgeable and actually paid attention to the budget we gave them. We are looking forward to doing business with them. Of all the places (mattress firm, value city, levin) we went to, my fiancé and I both feel they were the only place that had a right sales approach.

I just got my mattress delivered 3 days ago from Sleepy Hollow and I love my mattress! The saleswoman was very acknowledgeable and helped me find the best mattress to fit my needs and the delivery men were so nice and helped me move my old set to the basement with no problem. Bought a new bed and needed a new mattress so I went here to buy one. First nights sleep on it and I wake up feeling like Im being bit only to find bed bugs in my bed. Never had any sort of issue with any kind of bugs before buying a mattress here and then had to spend a small fortune to make sure that they were gone from my house! Never again will I buy anything here
