Wonderful employees, very friendly and helpful. Taught me new stuff about vision that I never heard of even though Ive worn glasses/contacts for 15+ years. Very polite, efficient and professional. Some of the nicest glasses Ive seen at a eyeglasses place. Definitely recommend making them your new eye place!

I had a very good experience at the Eye Gallery. The Doctor who did me and my grandson’s exams was very nice and especially made my grandson who is 12 years old feel comfortable. Even the 2 receptionists were very friendly. Even though there is a pandemic going on we felt safe. Everyone wore mask and the receptionists were cognizant of sanitary procedures. I felt comfortable trying on the glasses because after trying them on the glasses were sanitized before they were put back on display.

Really like this office; staff are all friendly and helpful. Dr Bulos seems very knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients.

The staff was very courteous and informative. I had all of my exam results explained to me in a way that was easy to understand. It really felt like they wanted to earn my loyalty!

The doctor deserves 10 stars. Was absolutely fantastic with my son. However, we had a question because there were charges for a protection plan and extras that we had not agreed to or knew about. My wife was yelled at by the service individual over the phone when questioning the charges after she looked at the invoice. They took the extra charges off, but I can not believe that they would yell at a customer like that for trying to find why charges were different than what was showing through insurance.

I can not express how amazing the staff are! My daughter uses a service dog and they didnt bat an eye at her coming in to assist my daughter. The dog even got barky (which is her job to alert me my daughter is in distress - when my daughter calms down so will the dog). They did not complain and made the visit as smooth as possible. I did not find their pricing bad either! My oldest needed a sports pair and they gave a discount on that pair since my insurance only covered 1 pair for him!As a covid note, they followed all CDC guidelines and everyone wore a mask the whole time!

This was my yearly visit - which I was not aware of - but the staff reach out to me to inform me that it was almost a year since I had been in the office - since this whole pandemic has occurred a lot of things have changed - so I thought that it was extremely nice of the staff to care enough about there patients just to send me a text message - not to mention how professional and patient they are!!! And doctor Boles is the best!!! He takes the time to explain everything to you as he is performing his examination so that you are fully aware of your procedure. I visited for a routine eye exam recently and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. First of all, the office runs paperless, or as paperless as possible, which I fully support! Everything is done on tablets and your patient plan and prescription is emailed out to you. At every step of the way I was communicated with and updated. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, from the doctor to the staff. Also, no one was pushy, there was no pressure to buy anything. Based on my first experience, I definitely recommend this place. Located by the Kroger, ample parking out front.

Understanding your insurance policy, prescription, and eye care options means a lot of questions! John (front desk) has always been very patient and courteous answering all of my questions!! Frames are slightly more expensive, but professionalism means a lot to me! I will pay extra 100% of the time to be treated with great customer service on the phone and in person instead of rudeness.

After spending my life going to chain optometrists I just knew I had to switch it up. I was having the worse experiences with a major local chain, and I am really glad that I stumbled across The Eye Gallery through my insurance website. When I tell you that this was the most thorough eye exam, I mean it. I have never felt like my vision was in the right hands, but I truly do now. After having some major vision issues in the past, I knew I needed to find an optometrist that is focused on the health of my eyes vs. the money I will spend on glasses. Dr. Bulos was fantastic, and very easy to talk to, and walked me through every part of my vision. Also I didnt feel pressured to buy glasses while I was there, but I did because of how impressed I was with my appointment. I was a new patient as of yesterday, and now they have me as a patient for life. I am so glad I made the switch. I have even started to refer friends and family because of my wonderful experience. This was my first time here and also my first time getting contacts. Dr. Bulos was wonderful! He was patient made sure I had complete understanding of what they were doing and what the results meant. Chris was also amazing and very patient with me while trying to take my contacts out (putting them in wasnt much of an issue). They also gave my pair of temporary sunglasses to wear after they had dilated my eyes. The office space is super clean and modern. They vibe is very mellow and comforting. It doesnt at all feel like a doctors office. Cant wait to go back. Theyre amazing!

I have been a patient with this office for several years now and love it. Dr. Bulos is very nice and gentle. Hes had some small concerns of the course of my time with them, most due to my own bad habits. Never once did I feel like I was being scolded or talked down to. He always just explained to me what was going on, what was causing it and problem solved with me on ways I could improve my eyes situation. He seems to really love what he does and genuinely cares about your eye health (and overall health as other conditions can effect your eyes as well). The folks out in the gallery are always warm, inviting and helpful. They tirelessly follow me around while I try on a million pairs of glasses looking for that perfect frame, always offering a kind word or opinion on which look better or problems that may arise due to my own personal likes and dislikes, which theyve taken the time to listen to me explain. I love that they are so technology friendly but dont appear to force the issue. You can fill out your forms online or in the office. They can text, email or call you. They use the high tech machines to due a triage before visiting the doctor who then uses more traditional methods to confirm the results. They offer additional services that are not typically covered by insurance to ensure your eye health like dilations and digital scans. These test are optional to the patient and they never try to bully you into getting them. Since they are not covered by insurance they are very up front about the out of pocket costs for each test and have you sign paperwork acknowledging the conversations and acceptances/declines of the tests. I cant say enough good things about this place. I feel like my eye health is as important to their office as it is to me and I dont plan on going anywhere else as long as theyre around!
