Nice small store. Not as big as a superstore, but still many times larger than a strip mall specialty store, ethnic grocery or neighborhood grocery store. Fair prices and a good variety of medium-high to high quality items. Large natural cosmetics and OTC remedies department. While the selection isnt as extensive as that of a large supermarket, they have the full collection of things that I normally buy, and Im a somewhat adventurous eater. Whats really nice is that, while they may not have as many options for each item, I find i can get in and out of the store faster than almost any other grocery store.

Really nice market with a country feel. Even my kid thought it was a farm store at first lol! And their prices arent bad either. I definitely prefer to do my grocery shopping here. Great food, prices & WAY shorter lines. Its nice knowing I can get in & out quickly :)

Fresh Thyme is really good for everything specifically fresh vegetables, fruits and meats. Price is reasonable. The stuffs are very polite and helpful.I like Fresh Thyme very much.

Stopping at this location has become a fresh breath of air. prices are average, customer service slightly above good.. I will return to this location because the store is cleanAnd and well- lit, I didnt find many people were eager to help me find what I was looking for I had to ask for help.

This was my first experience at this store and was very impressed. The store is super clean, well laid out and significantly larger than I had anticipated. Everything we wanted was here I clueing vegan options that dont break the bank.

Produce was meh and I went super early as well. Also 40 bucks for a pound if steak what! Also think about giving everyone a raise. People shouldnt be making less then 15 a hour and I know for a fact most people arent. So I guess supporting this place supports not giving employees a livable wage so I wont be back.

Best quality products with competitive pricing. Store is very clean and well managed. They provide regular offers and coupons if you like discounts. For some reading I find products a little better than Meijer or Kroger on carpenter road. Store is located at a convenient intersection and finding parking is always easy here. Their organic products are way better plus they have a variety of nuts, grains and chocolates sold as open.

I love shopping here because its close to me and cheaper than Whole Foods. I always know they have lots of vegan items for my shopping needs but they dont carry vital wheat gluten! Instead they carry texted protein. They also havent had the peanut butter machines out at my last several visits. I just want to buy peanut butter with my own jars so I dont buy any more plastic!

We called this store asking if they had any fresh in store made peanut butter. Fresh Thyme in general had not had peanuts for awhile.The person who answered the phone at this location said yes they did have fresh in store made peanut butter.We where 3 minutes away. They did not have fresh in store made peanut butter.Next time it would be appreciated if the staff there would go look before they answer.

First time shopping this grocery store and it was definitely worth the 25 minute drive! While the selection was great and fresh, it was not to be out done by the lovely employees who work there. Everyone was more than willing to offer a helping hand and a smile which goes a long way! Its the small things that count! Keep smiling 🤗

If you want fresh, healthy fast food - Fresh Thyme is the go to. From vegan grapes leaves, gluten free, such a great variety of fresh (not frozen) ready meals. Their produce, groceries and healthy hygiene selection is solid as well. Double coupons Wednesday, too! Always at affordable prices so the family can eat well.

One of my favorites store especially for the butcher. They have really nice meat and see food available at a fair price.The staff in the whole store is really helpful. They have a good choice of alternative product (GF, organics, etc).Price can be on the high end for many items, but they always run good sales (the salmon at $6-7 / lbs is a steal).Store is clean and feel safe regarding Covid19 policy.

If youre looking to shop more on the organic side, fresh thyme has a lot of healthy options for your diet. Prices are a bit higher than your standard grocery store, but that is to be expected. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the layout is pretty easy to get used to.

Fast and friendly service. Produce is always in good condition and the employees there are very sweet.My only concern is how often my young children and I get accosted by panhandlers in the parking lot. I dont feel safe bringing my kids with me to get our usual evening grocery shopping done.

This shopping trip there was no one over by the CBD products to help get what I needed after standing around for 20 minutes. Guess I will just order it online direct from Charlottes Web. I dont know why its now under lock and key it wasnt the first time I bought it. They also carry less of their products now which is disappointing.

Really amazing deals on fresh food. Im always surprised how much quality, fresh fruits and veggies I can get on such little money. I spend waaay too much at large supermarkets, but Im able to keep within my budget at Fresh Thyme. I prefer this Ypsi location because they always have friendly staff and awesome deals.

The layout is very tight and it is hard to socially distance from other shoppers, even at non-peak shopping times. The selection of items is great, but I dont feel the safest here during the pandemic due to the layout. Maybe they could implement arrows or some directional system that only allows flow of traffic one way throughout each aisle? Just a consideration, as I have seen other stores do the same.

Really great store, very clean and food is always fresh. Its the ideal Fresh Food Farmers Market!!!! Even if it isnt, the idea of this place makes you believe that everything came from a farm and it is the highest quality of the highest. Everything is more expensive here however naturally you knew that before walking in. There isnt much artificial food here at all, everything almost is organic and natural with certified no GMO tags everywhere. They also have the choice of paper or plastic bags here. The bathrooms are clean too by the way. I do wish that they begin to accept WIC here. Im surprised that WIC was not the FIRST approved government given money to be accepted here because WIC thrives off of natural and organic food given to Women Infant and Children. I thought Id be able to use my WIC here when I went and I was sad to find out that I couldnt. WIC has a lot of food that is accepted and Fresh Thyme has it naturally stocked in the store. Other major grocery stores have a section or sections where the food that is accepted by WIC(tagged) because WIC only wants its clients eating the healthiest foods. I thought Id be able to use both my WIC and food stamp card here however I was wrong. Hopefully they make this change though. They also have alkaline water here and they have a section of holistic healing and natural medicines where you can find hand made soaps and oils.

Fresh Thyme has an excellent selection of organic fruits and vegetables! They also cater to vegans; offering a large selection of plant based meats, cheeses, butter, and ice cream.

I have not been back since March as an employee kept getting in my space in the meat section for no apparent reason. It is unfortunate as I liked the store and product selection. The produce section is fantastic and with Luckys gone I had high hopes for FT.

The Ypsilanti location offers a diversity in staff and shoppers. I truly enjoy this shopping trip more than the Farmington Hills location. Youll definitely see a ton of diversity, and helpful faces here.Thank you for the great shopping experience ❣️

I usually stop in here for their selection of cheeses when Im looking for something specific and alternative energy drinks. Its a good place for unique items and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable and out of place like Whole Foods does. However I find it strange that I cannot recycle the cans from energy drinks I buy here in their bottle return.

Not a bad alternative to Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Easy in and out and easier on the pocket book. Found everything I was looking for and I even could control myself in the candy aisle.

Highly disappointed!! I recently ordered from Fresh Thyme, Ann Arbor, MI. via Instacart. There was a MAJOR goof up/mistake/cheating in Bulk items order. I had ordered Cashews, Chocolate covered almonds, Raisins, Sunflower seeds etc. For all those items the container size mentioned in the app/order was 12oz to 15oz. different for each item. but not less than 12oz and not more than 15oz. But in my delivery for all the items I received only 9oz size of containers. Normally I would not even verify such thing before I started refilling those items in my regular jars and thats when I realized that the quantity is very less and then I ended up checking. I had ordered some 10 to 11 boxes of various items and every box received was ONLY 9oz size!! I decided to contact Instacart and offered me the option of refund or credit. But I am hugely disappointed with this fraud. Probably by the store or the delivery service. Not sure which one. Plus, apart from the bulk items goof up, the vegetables and fruits received were not at all fresh too. I am not sure I would like to give business to Fresh Thyme again.

Everytime I try to get something from the Fresh Thyme salad bar I can clearly see that none of the vegetables have been covered the night before, arent fresh and somebody doesnt know how to cut cucumbers or any other vegetable for that matter. Everything was Sitting in Water or Drieed out; even the lettuce! Everything had to be there for at least 2 days. Disgusting and disappointing. They have Quality products its just sad they cant Keep a fresh Salad Bar running properly.

After being a longtime shopper at Kroger, Ive decided to check out Fresh Thyme. It is a lot closer to where I live,and my coworkers have been bugging me to go shoe there. Im impressed with the selection of coffee and fresh produce also, they have an unusually large selection of candy to choose from. The prices were fair and I had a good experience shopping there for the first time. I plan to go back to get a better look at what more they have to offer.
