My father had a terrible experience with Dr. Thuy Tran. She rushed him through the eye exam and crossed out her original prescription and re-wrote it. My father went to purchase glasses at another store in town and when he got his new glasses quickly realized the prescription was wrong. My father had his eyes re-checked by another optometrist and brought the new/correct prescription back to Dr. Tran who insisted he get another exam. Again she was rude, rushed him, and the equipment was dirty. Now my father is stuck with expensive lenses that dont work.

I was with Walmart Vision Center since I was 11 years old. I had to other optometrists while giving my business to Walmart and Dr. Tran was the reason I left after being a customer there for over 20 years! She was extremely rude and she is only trying to get the most money out of her patients! Her receptionist was also extremely rude and disrespectful! I absolutely do NOT recommend.

Dr. Tran(I believe both husband and wife practice at the office) are awesome. Super professional, cover all questions and make great recommendations. I’ve been coming here for years and I can’t think of one time where I had a negative experience. I highly recommend them!

Hands down the BEST eye doctor! Ive been wearing corrective lenses for 18 years now and he is the most caring and thorough doctor Ive ever been to. I love, love, love him. At first I was a little apprehensive because his office is inside Walmart. But I am SO glad I took the chance. And the desk staff is very prompt and friendly as well.

Truly know what she is doing. Best eye sight from my glasses ever!!!

Usually a decent dr and office to go to. However, today they informed me that the receptionist forgot to write down my apt when I scheduled it 3 weeks ago. I got to the appointment about 10 min early to do paperwork, and still waited over an hour to be seen. Ridiculous. At least let a person know how much wait time they are looking at due to your screw up.

Dr Brendel is very nice and honest. He genuinely cares about his work and it shows. I been coming to him for over 6 years and hes always been a pleasure to work with!
