They have good product and bad product...and the financing rates are beyond ridiculous! That said, if you need/want furniture, electronics or even tools and are on a budget of sorts with bad credit, it is quick and easy to spend money and get you taken care of...be aware of the extra fees beyond the cash price and financing, there is an additional 10$ or so added that is not disclosed until signing...

LONG story short this company as a whole falls short of anything pleasant. I would not recommend shopping there no matter which location you go to in Oklahoma.

I have bought several things at this store...Joyce is the greatest..she goes out of her way for her customers...if you pay your bills there shouldnt ever be a problem..Angie is also very nice and courteous.....

So helpful, even gave me a ride home!

Nice people and doing a find job

Worst company in Yukon. We literally made them come get there washer and drier we had over a year they send two guys over who knocked my moms China cabinet over and shattered two glass pictures in the process of picking the washer and drier up and I was the one here to meet the movers for rent a center in the middle of all this my mom showed up and I explained how they knocked her China cabinet over and shattered her picture frames they then proceeded to cuss my mom out and at that point I stepped in and called both of there managers. I would never refer this company to anyone for anything and I dont care what business your in customers come first they damaged my moms property and also cussed her out when she did nothing but what they asked and they also didnt even pick the broken pictures up they walked over glass and the frames and continued to move the washer and drier as if they didnt knock her China cabinet over and shattered two of her pictures. Stay far away from this disrespectful company very disappointed.

Terrible customer service and they really have no respect for customers. Manager tried to say I stole a charger dock for the switch and I don’t even have one ? What’s the need for a charger if I don’t have one ? And she also accused me of stealing the game that “comes with it” it literally says on the box of the switch no games come with the console. BS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Love paying for something that I could load in my suv and that home but they wont let it out to door they have to deliver 0.2 of a mile and it take three days to do it
