Bought a used washer and dryer set. No pressure in buying. Got a good deal. Has 90 day warranty. Delivery and setup was $50 which is great for me since I am disabled.

They offer a 90 day guarantee. I had a dryer that stopped working well after the 90 day guarantee and they gave me a fuse at no cost and the dryer started working again without any problems. My mother in law was suppose to get a washer and dryer delivered. She had worked with Tim and he seemed like a nice enough man willing to help get them delivered and hooked up. The day of delivery came and he was a complete no show! She called him 4 times and he never called back or rescheduled. Beware of this place!

My vacation started today, but I cant leave until my dryer repair is done. I told them this when I scheduled my appointment for 8:00 on Monday (today). It is currently 11:29. Nobody has shown up, nobody has called, nobody has answered the phone, nobody has returned my voicemails.

I bought a red front load GE washer and dryer set from these guys. They were very respectful. Glad I came here. Washer and dryer works great so far.

Tim provides excellent customer service. I bought a dryer from him earlier in the year and it started making a noise. He came out and fixed it right up and didnt charge me a thing. He was great the first time and he was great again. Love supporting local businesses. Tim is someone you can trust!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! Bought a refrigerator from here and it quit cooling after a few weeks. Couldnt get them to come out to fix it. Had to trash a $600 Refrigerator and buy a new one. Also at the same time I bought a drop in stove top, 2 burners stopped working after a month also. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Great same-day service. Tim and Jason came to my house and fixed my clothes dryer for a very reasonable price. He also noticed a broken part on my washer and replaced that part too. Great experience!

Sale product that quit working and when you call they come and check and say its works fine then why does it take 4 times you have to dry clothes dont waste your money folks

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I called and instead of just trying to sell me a dryer, I was helped in troubleshooting it. They had the part I needed on hand and instead of waiting on an Amazon delivery I had the dryer fixed on the same day I made the phone call! In the end, I felt good getting my laundry done and spending my money locally in an honest business.

Great service!! I have bought my last two washers from here and my dryer. Tim is reasonable and fair in pricing! I got same day delivery and they replaced my old washer with basically what I had before! I will never use another appliance place!

Wow. Never have I been treated so poorly trying to spend money.

I thought I got a great deal. Paid $550. for a used stackable washer and dryer. I was told that the dryer has a brand new heating element. Eight months later, the heating element went out. I spoke with the owner Tim, he said that they don’t make the 35 minute drive where I live for a $65. service call. WOW! He wasn’t friendly about it.

This guy is awesome. He is very honest and and even has walked us through some repairs over the phone. I will not buy anywhere else and he stands by his warranties. THIS IS REALLY A GOOD USED APPLIANCE PLACE which is rare these days.

I bought a used washing machine for a very reasonable price from him 2 years ago. In the middle of a very busy laundry Sunday, it stopped working. We called him, and within an hour, he was over here (on a Sunday!) and fixed it for way cheaper than I wouldve had to put out for a new one! Hes my hero! Highly recommend

Do not shop here!! Not worth trying to save money and buying from this place!! These guys put us in a complete bind. We scheduled to have our refrigerator delivered on the day we were moving. I spoke with a female when I set it up. When I called the day it was supposed to be delivered to ask what time they would be here, she acted like it was never on the schedule and I spoke with her when I scheduled it in the first place. Then they said they couldn’t deliver it that day but could the next. Well, the next day comes around and it’s raining and the truck with the cover is in the shop. This is one thing we wanted help with moving. We already paid for delivery. Thankfully my husband and brother are getting it but moving these things are insane to move. What they should have done is rented a truck since there’s is in the shop!! I will NEVER recommend these guys.

Booked a service call through their website and received confirmation via email. Day of the appointment...a no show. We called the store and was told they had no record of our service request. Told that a text would be sent to Tim and he would make it right.Late afternoon of scheduled appointment, Tim called and we told him the nature of the service call and the set time (1000 hrs). He said he was travelling back from the El Reno area and to stop at his shop to get a part for us. After that...nothing! He was a total no show, and did not call us back.A day later, spoke with shop again (Candace) who said she was surprised he never followed up. She offered to text him again, asking him to provide details of when he would be by. End of 2nd day...nothing.Apparently, this shop is very busy and their system for booking appointments on-line has a bug. It is now the 3rd day after our appointment was scheduled (and receiving written email confirmation)...no phone call, has not attempted to contact us.I am happy to see a local Yukon business be successful and to receive many positive reviews. However, this is not one of them. We will not call or refer anyone to this business. Total owner and customer service failure. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would.

Yukon appliance has always done outstanding service on my appliances. He has always been courteous, clear and concise about what was needing to be done. I would highly recommend them for repair and for good used appliance purchases.
