If you want to buy a car go there and speak to Armando. He is the coolest! Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he made it fun, and easy.

Somewhat furious I dropped my vehicle off today at 10:30am to get the radio looked at. Its now 7:20pm so I call up there to see how my car is doing and your closed. If you look at your Google business page youre open till 8:30pm (someone should fix that). What Im upset about is nobody took the time to call me and tell me your keeping my car for a day? Nobody told me on the phone nor drop off. You kept my transportation to and from work without consideration.Update on review.Called up following Friday at 9am, they had no idea which vehicle was mine and said they would call me back. They returned my call at 1pm to inform me that they would need to keep my car for 5 days due to needing a technician to look at or I could bring it back next Wednesday and we could see where I fall in the available line up that day. What kind of options are those.. needless to say I went and got my car and will be finding another dealership to do my repairs.

Handicapped and needed car with wheelchair lift fixed and had a appointment the car would not start the day before appointment at joe Cooper so had it towed in,,9 days later after many excuses they gave back my car without replacing battery cable,, they taped it! And I got it home 9 DAYS!!! Though we had a wonderful experience BUYING our car, just had a TERRIBLE experience trying to get it serviced (first oil change). My wife set up an appointment and was told oil change is $80, but if she bought their 3 oil change with tire rotation package it was 149.99. Thats a heck of a deal so she jumped on it. Only to find out when she got there that the package was in fact 179.99. The service department was a selling feature for us being told if you have your car serviced here with us we keep track of all your records and make trade in or resell easier with dealership records. So my wife attempts to explain that wasnt the price she was told, the gentleman even acknowledged they have been telling people the wrong price. However, even when i log on to the online scheduling system it says 149.99 even after bringing up my specific vehicle with Vin attached. My wife explained that wasnt what she was told the cost was and didnt feel it fair she was told 1 price to get down there, then they up the price by $30. Good deal or not, that is bait and switch. She told them she would not be paying the additional amount and the gentleman (Jon) took his redeem out of the car and said ok have a nice day and walked off. So not only did they lose a repeat customer on the service side, this reflects poorly enough on the dealership we will take our next car purchase else where as well. Which is a shame as we had planned a trip this Saturday to look at a new Jeep. Losing 50-70k sales over $30 dollars isnt a good business tactic if you ask me. Nor is lying to your customers and not even attempting to remedy the situation. Be leery of the service side and make sure you double check the prices you are quoted !

The only reason this review isn’t 5 stars is because Darrel White. If he comes up to you to sell you a car, just tell him that you’re looking for someone that is willing to actually sell you a car.

Darrel White is literally the best salesman I have ever dealt with. We purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram in Oct, 2020, which was our first experience with Darrel. He is a no pressure, no drama, no BS kind of guy. He gave us options to get what we wanted within our budget.In May, 2021, we met with Darell to be on the lookout for a Dodge Challenge. He suggested building our own Challenger and we could customize with all the things we wanted. On July 3, 2021 our car arrived for pick-up. Darrel made sure we were taken care of through the pick-up, financing and extras were scheduled promptly.I will return to Darell for all my car needs as he is a top-notch salesman and now friend!

We had an appointment to check recalled breaks and other maintenance at 9:30 a.m. We dropped off the vehicle the night before. My wife called at 9 a.m. to let them know we dropped it off. The man she talked to said he would leave a note for the service center. We called back at 2:30 p.m. to see what the status was and we were on hold for 15 minutes. Finally found the car and information. They had not looked at the vehicle 5 hours after our appointment. When asked when it would be looked at, I was told it wouldnt be looked at until Monday. I at least appreciate the honesty.So much for having an appointment and calling. Talk about incompetent.

Wasn’t aware Joe Cooper bought westpoint dodge. Negotiated oil changes into the price of my new vehicle and came to the dealer for service, they informed me that they would not honor the negotiated oil changes due to West Point no longer owning the dealership. Next trip, I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation online for 2pm, showed up at 2pm to be informed that they would not be able to get me in and out until after 4. I asked why the consumer would be able to schedule online if the service department won’t prioritize consumers with appointments. The service agent informed me that their 3rd party operators that manage the appointment page are to blame and that Joe Cooper has nothing to do with that site. Sounds to me as if management doesn’t know how to prioritize customers and is more concerned with money than customer service. Won’t be returning to this dealer due to problems each time I arrive. West Point cared for customers not dollar signs. Joe Cooper hails to all mighty dollar.

The service at this location has been very disappointing,. I had a rear axle seal replace ed and it started leaking. They did repair it at no charge. Now it is leaking AGAIN. Also, had oil pressure switch replaced and that failed right away.I had to take my car back again. I have to drive 20 miles every time. Now in order to just have them look at the seal, I have to leave my car 24 hours and MAYBE they can look at it. Per John, in service. I took it to AAA and waited one hour, they inspected it and saw the leak. Hmmm makes me wonder why Joe Cooper cant do that???

My husband and I went to this dealership 6/26. We pulled in at 7:04 pm just to browse (online said they closed at 8:30 pm) but they indeed closed at 7 pm but we didn’t know. So Ben came to help us and we just told him we could come back and were just browsing. Long story short, Ben went above and beyond and stayed him his manager and the finance guy past 10 pm! They were so welcoming and nice and matched our numbers to exactly what we wanted! If you decide to go here make sure to ask for Ben! He’s a rockstar! Just bought a new car from Westpointe. Could not be happier. Armando was very helpful, very polite, and not a bit pushy. Ian in finance worked hard to get us the best rates and best price for an extended warranty. The test drive and purchase took place on a rainy day and some cosmetic issues were noticed after the fact. The sales manager got it resolved promptly with no questions asked.10/10 would definitely recommend.

Since the first major shift in management at westpoint now Joe Cooper dodge has become a different dealership not for the good. Know new ownership to a dealer that is more about their corporation than customer they serve. The service department used to be the strongest part of the dealership and all you see is completely stressed out staff trying to help customers and weed through the corporate BS that is Joe Cooper.

It took over two hours to get my tires rotated and oil changed. They didn’t have any loaners available either. I was told that since it went from Westpointe to Joe Cooper none of the loaners had valid tags or insurance. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t get a ride from someone either. So I sat there in regret as I counted ceiling tiles. If you do come here for service just plan on being there a while. After I got my jeep back I went down the block and had to pull over right away. Whoever changed the oil didn’t secure my hood and thankfully I noticed the hood coming up before it damaged my jeep. I bought 3 synthetic oil changes and tire rotations for $169. After those services are done. I don’t plan on coming back. Which is disappointing because initially I liked westpointe. The salesman who sold me the jeep was very professional and friendly. The buying experience was great. So that’s why I gave it two stars.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The service department just lies to tell you what you want to hear. If you have an option to go somewhere else, avoid this place at all costs. The service manager David will lie straight to your face and act like you are in the wrong. Promised something that they can’t even accommodate. He stated “we thought we could just skate past that, but we can’t” and only informed me this cannot be done once I got here. Couldn’t even have the decency to call and inform me. This isn’t even half of my experience, overall complete trash.

Bought a car from Armando Vera yesterday, initially went to look at one that was actually priced wrong on the website, it was listed for around 10 grand less than they were actually selling it for but despite that he got me into a similar one that I liked that was at the price I was aiming for. Armando and Ian were amazing to work with! Armando is what ever salesmen should be ! Calm, polite, respectful and not pushy or aggressive ! Made a world of difference . We couldnt quite come to an agreement the 1st night there and I needed time to think on it and do some research / shop around . Got a call from the sales manager a day or so later asking some questions about what we needed to do to seal the deal. I laid out my terms on the table after I had other offers and some research . They gave me what I asked for on my trade, met the price point I wanted and got my payemnts exactly where I asked even after adding on GAP and extended warranty (I asked for both). This was honestly the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had and Ive bought a lot of cars ! Go see Armando for sure, the sale happened because of his laid back attidue !! I had a recall on my jeep. They found the parts, called me back and we set an appointment for the first available at 8 AM. They advised me it would take 1 hr. When I showed up this morning at 7.50AM they verified it would take an hour so I waited. 2 hours later they told me it had taken double the time because they had temporarily ran out of butane for heat shrink, and they had mistakenly put 3 vehicles with people waiting on the same tech. Not once did they approach me during those 2 hours and tell me why it was taking so long, and what had happened or offer me a ride to my home or any other options. Their apologies at the end fell on deaf ears. I will never go here again.

Jon and Noe were great to work with and never put us in a high pressure sales situation. I had a bad experience at one of the other Jeep dealerships in town but these guys were very pleasant and understanding. Even though they didnt have what we needed on their lot they quickly found the perfect vehicle and had it delivered within a day. Most car buying experiences are painful but these guys have a way of simplifying the process to make it a pleasant experience. Ask for Jon and/or Noe and you wont be disappointed.

Horrible experience!!!! They acted like we were keeping late because they close at 8pm. Website says 9 but we were there by 730pm. Tried to tell what my payments were without any info from me. (Which were over 200 a month more than my bank quoted me for the same loan.) Tried to lowball me on my trade. I get that its a car salesman job to make as much off the sale as possible, but these guys definitely did not even try to sell me the vehicle. This dealership is a joke! Taking my money elsewhere.

Went in ONLY because I had a recall on my 2013 Dodge Charger RT. My power steering went out the day prior and I just simply asked them to just take a look and not to do any repairs and to just call me when the recall part of the car was done. I get a call the next day stating that my vehicle was ready and that they fixed the recall, but they estimated my power steering to be around $2200-$2400. I said no thanks and I took it to my brother mechanic and he fixed it for whopping $45. Turns out all it was was a fuse that went out. Bunch of crooked crocks!!! So frustrating. Cant find any more honest car salesmen these days. You almost got to know someone in the business otherwise youre going to get cheated out of some money if you dont know any better.

Had a fantastic experience with the service department today best ever afterLeaving Landers dodge norman 👎there horrible I do not recommend them to anyone poor service.2 1/2 hrs waiting there for them to tell me what I told them when I walked in.I gave them the fault codes how much simpler could I have made the jobs.My crankshaft position sensor is bad. I used my scanner before going in and told them.Even showed the stored codes on phone scanner.Well when I get to westppointe . The service writer plugged odb scanner in and in less than 5 minutes confirming what I said.There the best service department that I have experienced period from a dealership in 40 years.👍👍Honest and straightforward.

9-16-17 I purchased my 4th vehicle from this dealership. I live about 2 1/2 hours south of this dealership. Their customer service out shines any other dealership within 100 miles of where I live. Jimmy the salesman worked everything over the phone for me on a Friday including keeping the tires off of my Jeep I was trading in. I drove up Saturday morning and all I had to do was pick out my favorite color of Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. I will keep purchasing from them the customer service is worth the drive.

A few weeks ago, my wife and I were wanting to check out a new RAM 1500 (look, check things out, test drive, etc). We have recently been on the fence with a new truck (Ford, GM, Ram). We had very unpleasant experiences at two other dealers prior to going to Westpoint. At one of the first dealers, they wouldnt even allow us to test drive anything until we were ready to buy... I dont even buy shoes without trying them out.. Once we arrived at Westpoint we were politely greeted by Darrel. He brought us in, figured out what we were wanting, and set up a test drive within minutes. During our test drive we were accompanied by Ledgend. He was very respectful and helpful with all of our questions! When we returned we sat down and talked with Noe, one of the finance managers. He was very helpful with going over what WE wanted, instead of just trying to sell us unnecessary trim levels and options. I pretty sure we made up our minds, and will definitely be returning to Westpoint for our truck!

On Friday night 31st of January my husband and I stopped by and saw a car we were interested in. It was kinda chilly and late the salesperson was finishing his day so we said we would be back in the morning. Next day Saturday 10 am, my husband and I arrived back at dealership and test drove said vehicle, sales person proceeded to do his job we wrote down what we wanted to pay on a piece of paper and signed it with date. He proceeded to take that offer to his sales manager and he rejected the offer. The sales manager started to tell us what he had in it financially and if we could come up 1500.00 more ... I wrote my number on that same piece of paper that had our offer and shook his hand and said if he changed his mind.We left, did some errands went home and they called us back. We agreed 500.00 more and to come on Monday at 430 after work and with a bank check, cash deal. Seeing that Saturday it was around 4 pm and I was making supper and we were calling it a night. He agreed sent me a text with those terms. On Sunday 6pm Salesperson sends me a text telling me the car sold... sorry? What professionalism, a dealer with integrity, lacks people who keep their word.Not good for doing business in Yukon. People that I know do business with a hand shake and their word. If you wanted monies to hold vehicle because most people I know (unless your a drug dealer) carry 15k plus with them.

Was going to buy a truck there. Was patient with them and everything. They even asked of they could locate me a vehicle. And to come back the next day. I did so. Amd thats when the run around started. They found a truck in my price range. But swore up and down that they couldnt get it. Because it was still in transit. Told me they searched 150 mile radius and there was none out there. I left drove to another dealership. Found several of them and bought one. Not sure what their deal is. But the definitely wasted my time and gave me the run around. When they had a actual buyer.

If I could give negative stars Id give them -10. This place is crooked. I would never suggest buying a vehicle from these scam artists. Worst experience Ive ever had. And have had nothing but issues with the vehicle that I purchased since the day I bought it. They have been of no help to me. & They have been extremely unprofessional and rude to me. They also didnt even put a jack or tools to change my tire in case of an emergency in my vehicle!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! DO NOT BUY YOUR FIRST OR YOUR NEXT VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!

Im two hours away from this dealership - had never heard of them and didnt know anyone there, but I saw on their web site they had the exact car I wanted and had been looking for. Cold called them one morning and asked to speak to a new car salesman and was connected to Blake. He went out of his way to make a deal with me, including arranging a fair price on my trade in. Drove the trade in to the dealership a couple of days later; test drove my new car, signed the paper work with Dustin in Finance (who was the best finance person Ive ever dealt with at a dealership), and drove home with it! When I landed at OKC, Jerry Byrd the salesmen was at the airport to pick me up in the truck I was there to see. By the time we got back to the dealership it felt like I was riding with a friend. Jerry, youre awesome and I really enjoyed hanging out with you! Once we arrived at the dealership, Sean Farnham the sales manager, came out to greet me and thank me for making the journey to their dealership. Sean knew a lot about the vehicle I was buying and spent 30 minutes walking me through all the features and nuances of the vehicle. Billy D. Was the best salesman we have ever had before. He was able to get us financed within 30 minutes and made sure our payment was where we needed it before we drove 4 hrs to their location. There was no haggle, no hard time, made sure everything worked before we left. Best car buying experience i have ever encountered.
