Listen here. Go and ask for Tim. Point blank period. This guy saved me thousands and put in a sunroof on a dually that didnt have one. I doubted the process at first but he was so good, we are now friends and Ill be getting my wife a car from him in the spring. Ms Cutter in finance was great also. Shes funny and easy to work with. I by new cars ever other year and I have a new spot that I trust. That feels good!

It was one of those days., we needed a newer car..As soon as we pulled into The Joe Cooper Lot, we were met by Victor. Who gave us a kind warm gentle smile as well as very professional. .We told him the car we were looking for...Not too high for payments. Victor showed us a 2018 Ford Edge..He was honest. He didnt play us. As soon as we got back and after credit check, We not only got approved for the car, but we got a lower payment than expected. Kirsten took care of us. Kind smile and too very sweet and professional. In my 40 years of buying cars. We were in and out within 2 hours..Victor was The best Car Salesman I ever had selling me a car. No gimmicks,, was professional and not one bad attitude..We will definitely do business with Joe Cooper Ford in the near future. Kudos to both Victor and Kirsten.

Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon had my car for 11 days. They never ended up giving me a diagnostic on the issue. I had to text them to check in on the status of my car. They reached out to me once in the 11 days, every other time, I had to message them. I took my car back on day 11 because I was tired of waiting on them to get around to finding the issue. How a ford dealership can’t figure out an issue with a FORD vehicle is beyond me. 0/10 would recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and go to a different dealership. Who is to say if they have even looked at my car and it hasn’t just been sitting there while they charge me money…

The folks at Joe Cooper Yukon were very friendly, but some of the business transaction did not go as discussed. During negotiation, I was told there would be a 90 day guarantee on the vehicle, meaning that for the first 90 days if I found anything wrong with the vehicle it would be covered and repaired given that it was a lower mileage vehicle. Shortly after signing it dawned on me that it was not included in any of the paperwork. I brought it up with management, and they said that it would not have that guarantee. I told them I was told it would have that guarantee, and asked if we could include it. They said it couldnt because of a few reasons. After further thought I went forward with the purchase because I needed to get into an SUV for the family. I only asked that they detail it more thoroughly because there was dirt/slight mud all throughout the cabin, and leaves in the rear of the cabin. They obliged and delivered the vehicle to my home. I took a look at it right when it got to my home, and it wasnt detailed. It wasnt vacuumed, there was still dirt/mud on panels, the dash, nearly everywhere. Not a great experience by any means, but I needed the vehicle.

I bought a Ford Edge from them in Sept. 2020. Everything went great up until this week. My front drivers side wheel area started making a funky noise so I called my local Ford dealership to get it in for repairs. I even bought the extended after market warranty through Joe Cooper Ford, so what could go wrong? Well, my local dealership looked at everything in that wheel area, ran diagnostics and drove it. They could hear the noise but everything looked fine. They put it on the ramps again and happened to notice that there was something not typically found on my car. It was a GPS tracking device. I called Joe Cooper Ford and they said that they dont install those devices. It bothered me so much that I reached out to my local PD. They were able to track it back to Joe Cooper Ford. I called them again today after speaking with the police officer. I was transferred to numerous people before they finally took a message for the manager. Im not 100% of the name of the manager that I spoke with but he is one of the most unprofessional people that I have ever spoken with. I was told that no one at Joe Cooper Ford knows how to buy or even install a GPS tracking device. I mentioned that the PD tracked it back to them and suddenly only the buy here, pay here side utilizes the tracking devices. That warranty that I mentioned earlier, it is a complete joke. It wouldnt cover anything that they said it would - none of the diagnostics, none of the labor, nothing. This has definitely been a learning experience. Im officially out $350, have a deactivated GPS tracker that Joe Cooper Ford doesnt own, and the time that it took for the Manager to talk to me like a child. He even used the phrase well Amanda, you seem like a smart person... Ill just take my educated self to the next dealership next time and bypass all the drama. Make sure to double check the vehicle and warranty if you choose to purchase from them. The BBB website is awesome at finding out how worthwhile the warranty really is.

Beware!!! The cars they say are “Cooper certified” is not true. I question the qualifications the people have that “certify” those cars. I purchased a car back in January 2021 and 7 days later the motor locked up and needed to be replaced. It was supposed to be a certified used car. Long story short the car also was NOT under the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty that they said came with the car. This was by far the worst experience I ever had. Be careful and have your mechanic thoroughly inspect any used cars you purchase from this dealership!! Luckily the entire purchase was cancelled 2 weeks after the car broke down. I am so thankful I hadn’t traded my original car in or that would have been another nightmare. I don’t like to post negative reviews, but this is not an experience that should be hidden.

I have hardly ever owned anything but a ford and have always loved them but now I will never own another ford. My brand new escape makes noises like a thrashing machine that ever even close to it can hear. They can’t figure this noise out. It is embarrassing to drive this brand new car. It does not shift well and hesitates. Ford technician can not figure it out. It is not there their car so who cares if makes noise and runs like that. Joe Cooper will not stand behind their vehicles and basically block the door so you can’t leave until you buy one.

I found a vehicle for sale here at Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon on KBB while looking at a different vehicle.I left that dealership and went to Yukon to look at this vehicle. The online price was below KBB value and better than similar vehicles in the area.I drove to the vehicle on the lot and checked it out first by myself. There was no rush of salesmen which I greatly appreciate and might of left had there been. I went inside and asked to test drive the vehicle and the front associate said she would get me a salesman. Andrew walked up, shook my hand, introduced himself and asked what he could do for me. 3 hours later with a 20 minute test drive I walked out keys in hand and drove away in the freshly washed vehicle!I tried haggling an already good price for some new tires, but knew it would be a long shot. At the end of the day I was still satisfied. After further inspection of the vehicle I discovered a crack in the windshield. Contacted Andrew who set me up 2days later with Penn Auto Glass who did a remarkable job rock chip repairing the windshield on the dealership.Excellent experience from start to finish, no over pricing and hard negotiations. The financing department wasnt pushy and easy to work with. Will definitely use again if they have a vehicle Im interested in or if they could request one for me!Great choice!

We will never buy another vehicle from this dealership!! We bought a brand new Expedition Max, there has been problems after problems (I could list them all but that would take too long and I don’t think anyone wants to read it all). This dealership does not take pride in fixing it the correct way even when they say they will. They completely give you the run around and try and walk all over you. Getting a good deal on a trade and for a new vehicle is not worth it the way we have been treated! Never again!!! I will make sure and tell everyone I know to do their business elsewhere!!

Fortunately, Don in the service department came along and knows how to properly treat a customer. Took my daughters vehicle in for service! Had purchased Cooper care oil changes which included oil change, rotating tires and topping off fluids. When I got home I had a light on the vehicle that said windshield wiper fluid is low. Looked into the reservoir and there was no fluid inside the reservoir. Call Joe Cooper they told me I can bring it back in and this doesn’t happen very often. Two days later my son takes his truck in to have the exact same work done. Two days after that his antifreeze coolant is low they didn’t top it off either.

I took my Transit van in to see why it was overheating, also had them ck the transmission. They called me back and said that it needs a new transmission and motor for $13,000. I took it to Christian Brothers they changed the thermostat and transmission filter and fluid. Runs good. I just got back from Dallas. So... I dont recommend JOE COOPER in YUKON. Not impressed at all! Plus they were rude, and treated me like I wasnt important.

I went with no expectations and honestly thought I would just be browsing and drive a few but when we arrived we were greeted by Johnny who was friendly and patient and did not make it a high pressure feeling at all. He took me straight to what I wanted and I did not need to drive anything else. I was worried about our credit situation but that ended up being easy too and going through the financing and warranty selection was simple and didn’t take hours. They made it easy to do business and I’m thankful for that!

We had a wonderful experience. We are retired and thinking about about a full electric vehicle. Although there were no electrics in stock, we test drove a car and found the experience enticing. 5 stars is not a reflection on Joe Cooper, quite honestly it’s rating would be considerably lower. The 5 stars is a reflection of how fantastic Lauren was.Lauren is the only reason I will be returning to Joe Cooper. Her customer service, willingness to help, and drive to make things right will keep me coming back. I was beyond frustrated with a recent service that I received on my truck. I called the service department and thankfully received Lauren as my point of contact. Some employees (even a manager) said they would call me back and never did. Just adding to the frustration. Again, if it wasn’t for Lauren I would be taking my business elsewhere. Joe Cooper should be proud to have an employee like her.

I would not recommend this dealership. I found them to be incompetent. I traded my vehicle with them 06/09. As of today (06/25) it has still not been paid off. I felt they made too many errors that required me to return to the dealership (45 min away) to re-sign the contract. They did not do their due diligence. I took my new to me van in for alignment issues twice! The last time, the service person told me that my van was designed to pull to the right. This is my 3rd van. Neither of my previous vans didThe one positive thing was my salesman, Martìn. He was always very nice and polite.*** UPDATE 06/29/21 ***Don, the service director was instrumental in getting the alignment concern corrected. I continue to have concerns and regrets about the dealership competency.

Cody Brewster made my car shopping a very desirable experience at Joe Cooper in Yukon! I had been looking on line and contacted Joe Cooper’s and Cody was the used car salesman that contacted me! Being recently divorced at age 67 and disabled, Cody listened to what I was needing for a newer car! He took into consideration, that my knees don’t bend as well and I have neuropathy in my hands, and disabled in my back! I told him I could not walk the lot due to my disability, and who would have wanted to, in the month of Aug! He even offered to bring cars of my liking, to my home for viewing! I told him I wanted low mileage and at my age of 67, I would prefer a luxury car for comfort and traveling! I needed a car with lots of leg room in the front and back seat for stiff arthritic legs! Many other salesmen may have viewed me as a older lady that was not going to purchase a newer car or the most expensive! Yes, being retired, I have to watch my budget! Cody Brewster offered to get any cars that he could, to the dealership from other Joe Cooper lots! Cody contacted me to come and see a couple of cars that Joe Cooper had and one that I was interested in viewing at their Edmond location! In the end, Cody Brewster had one waiting at the front door with cold air blasting, for me to take home and view! Such an easy process, and none of those car rides with car salesman, blabbering in my ear, while I was test driving the car! I just drove the car home and looked at it, and drove it at my pace, after having my siblings view it, whom I live with! I drove it back to the dealership, and got my price for my trade in, and papers were drawn up, and even had a fun time with Kirstin Cutter, whom is their cashier/ financial person, at this Joe Cooper’s! Kirstin made it very fun! I left with a low mileage Buick LaCrosse after trading in a Lexus! Hands down, this Lacrosse is a luxury car compared to the Lexus I was driving. More bells and whistles than I have ever seen and very comfortable! The Lacrosse drivers seat automatically rolls back, when I turn off the engine, as if it knows I can’t bend my right knee more than a certain angle! Driving is a pleasure again, in a real luxury car, and I got it at a great price! Thanks Joe Cooper, Yukon! And thanks Cody Brewster for REALLY listening, to what I needed! The salesman was great. Although he didn’t seem to know to much about the vehicle. Like if it had a back up camera or electronic side mirrors which it did. Or if their were floor mats which there was not. Also the add said there was a back up camera there is not. One other thing the back had sand all over it which I guess they didn’t care to clean up. The process of buying the vehicle was fast and easy.

I dont recommend doing business with them, but if you do, make sure your salesman is not Johnny Rucci and your financing officer is not Kirsten. The dealership didnt disclose windshield damage during sale and concealed it behind window sticker. The financing officer didnt bother to tell me how many months and Interest rate I want and just chose it for me. And whoevers going to reply to this comment with that copy pasta you reply on every 1 star, dont bother, theres nothing you can do for me, as Johnny told me already.

I’ll start by saying that I have tried to fight the stigma that dealerships usually have regarding honest service visits (we’ve all heard the term “stealership” before) and I was glad to have Joe Cooper in Yukon to service my car, having no problems the prior 3 visits I had made. This last visit was different and I must say the trust has kind of been broken. I notified the Advisor that I had changed both cabin and main air filters before they started my oil change that day and the Advisor acknowledged this. Oil change was performed and I got the call from the waiting room that my car was done but that the techs recommended that I have the cabin filter changed.... odd. I told the advisor “the same one that I changed 4 days ago?” And the response was as if I was confused about what filters are in the car. I was rather rushed out the door after the Advisor then started my car with remote start and opened the office exit door for me. I feel like I’m having a hard time wanting to come back after this and I honestly waited a few months before posting this review but it has still really bothered me. The cabin filter must not have even been glanced at (brand new filter) before recommending that I spend more money. Not OK.

I had walked the car lot on a Sunday and by Monday evening he had washed the vehicle I wanted to come see on Tuesday and sent me a personalized video of it, explaining all the ins and outs of my car. From the moment I walked up to the building, Salesman Isaac Aidoo was very helpful, professional, and made this nerve-wracking experience of making my first big car purchase much easier! We had been looking for a car for awhile. Something that will last with our 2 children and at times more with nieces, nephews, and cousins. So we were looking at 3rd row seating and they got us in a dodge grand caravan low miles very clean and drives like a dream! Great price! Awesome people. We didnt see what we needed at the first lot so the manager had our sales rep drive us over to another one of theirs and we finished the process there. I would recommend checking them out! Half way through our road trip getting our new to us Super Duty from Tennessee to Arizona, my wife and I found ourselves semi-stranded in the OKC area. Our front axle shaft was seized into the left front wheel hub. Ultimately it was a failed and seized hub pilot bearing. The front wheels are supposed to rotate freely from the axles in unlocked 2wd mode.It had caused the other side axle to rotate the opposite way at extreme RPM, severely overworking the front differential internals in a way not at all designed or intended! Not only that, but the drivers side front differential oil seal failed from the heat and leaked a significant amount of differential oil out. Going any further like this could have caused the front differential to seize or explode and leave us possibly stranded literally in the middle of nowhere. Still 1000 miles from home at this point! Unfortunately for us, our truck failed on a Saturday evening and no one was open on Sunday.Now Monday, Day 2 of being stranded in OKC: I was told by 2 Ford dealers near beautiful Weatherford, OK that they had no ability to get us in to the shop, even as an emergency. 1 dealer was kind enough to recommend Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon. I gave them a call and spoke to Jason. After explaining the situation, Jason told me to head his way as soon as I could and hed try to get me into the shop.We nursed our wounded truck the 50 miles back to Yukon, OK and to Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon. We had stepped out of our truck and were promptly greeted by a very understanding Jason of the Service Department. He took some information down, showed us to the waiting area and said hed let us know when he had more info.What blew me away is that he didnt just put us in the work que, he didnt mark us as a waiter in the que, he got our truck IN THE SHOP. It was looked over by a wonderful young technician named Evan and they brought me out to see the damage done by this destroyed pilot bearing.Folks, they were BUSY. Jason performed a miracle to get our truck in the shop when we got there. For someone who had only called and showed up out of the blue, his dedication to help us weary, stranded travelers get home has not and will not be forgotten.Only wanting to be able to get back on the road home, I asked them to pull left front axle, thus bypassing the failed bearing and front differential. They did so promptly, leaving the removed parts in the bed. While no work in a professional setting is free, I was charged an extremely fair rate for services rendered on very short notice.My wife and I were able to get home safe and sound to our daughter a day and a half later thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Jason and Evan of Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon.I am a former Lexus Master Technician of nearly 15 years. The professionalism and humility shown to us by Jason and Evan are beyond what I could have asked for in a situation that could have been considered nearly worse case for a road trip. As a former professional technician, I will vouch for Jason and Evan. They are the real deal in the professional repair setting and I recommend their service without reservation.Its my hope that this review will help shine an exceptionally well deserved positive spotlight on them. Went in to have a key made, I called ahead to ensure I knew the process and time frame. Person on the phone described a reprogramming and key would take around 3 hrs total.I show up having a ride with me, I see the service counter and from there I’m sent to 3 different people back and forth between them trying to figure out the key needed then relaying the type of programming needed between them. Took 1 hrThen the original service person goes to my truck opens the users manual and explains I won’t need the key programmed via computer which I reply with that’s not what I was told by the parts center. She reaffirms and gives me instructions on how to program it myself. 10 minI go back to the parts counter and they cut my key after the service person went and told them what she thought was correct. Send my ride home at this point 30 minI get my key go and do as she told me, doesn’t work. I read the owners manual and her statements were incorrect I in fact did need it programmed via computer. 10 minI go in and talk to the service person again, she goes and talks to someone else who reaffirms what the parts employee and I attempted to tell her originally.I explain my ride has left now because of this mistake and this is kind of ridiculous, now I have to wait here instead of taking care of my own responsibilities as I planned for originally. 1.5hrs waitThey took $13 off the price, I asked for (1/2 off $30) given the unique circumstances and how I did everything in my power to ensure this went smoothly. I was inconvenienced as a direct result of poor communication between departments and lack of attention to detail from an supposed expert.The funny thing that never occurred to them is I’m also looking at buying a new truck but as a direct result of their incompetence and refusal to adequately discount me $17 more they lost on much more in profit on a truck sale.

I feel like my recent visit didnt go as smooth as expected. I asked for details on a vehicles condition and was told it had no dings.... I show up out of town to a large dent and cracked paint on the bumper (the picture on the website didnt show this as it looks like it had been covered up by photo shop) the truck was what I was looking for but was told I wasnt going to get financed unless I let them take my trade due to the way it would look to the finance companies having two loans (I had a paper check from the private buyer) I was told that was not proof enough to be qualified. After waiting around for two hours we were rushed out of the door with no options available and would try again the next day WHAT A WASTE OF OUR TIME! the next day I message the sales rep around 1030 and dont get a reply till almost three in the afternoon saying sorry I just got to work, we have not found any finance options for you. I am happy to say I went 2 hours out of state the next day and drove home with the same model truck with 1/2 the miles on it 4000$ cheaper. Note to sales dont give up on ur clients so easily and you to could of had the same business I offered the other dealer.........

Im writing this review in the parking lot of the dealer because the truck they sold me a month ago is already in the shop and will not give me a loner vehicle to and from work. On top of that they lied about the interest rate that I was getting. So I have to pay the warranty deductible, find a vehicle for work so I can actually afford stuff. But why would they care they got their money. Never again will I come here. Poor customer service!!

Biggest joke of a dealership we have ever dealt with!! We just bought our 12th vehicle and have never had an experience filled with so much incompetence or somewhere so unorganized! Firstly we drove two hours to get here and one of the vehicles we were interested in (the one we ended up getting) was not on the lot it was in their “reconditioning center” for oil change, inspection, etc... because it was a fresh trade. No big deal there, we drive one just like it and look at the trucks for my husband and will continue with the transaction once the vehicle we wanted comes out of center and we get to look that specific one over. We explain THREE TIMES we have our own financing and an application already started through our bank we only need a purchase agreement once we look over the vehicle for our banker to complete the transaction. We came in on Memorial Day Monday so bank was closed anyway we didn’t have an issue waiting for the car. They tell us our bank is also one of their lenders and we just needed to fill out this form that would give them access to the application our bank had already started. Again we inform them not to apply us to anything and they assure us they’re not it’s just giving them access to the existing application. After spending 6hrs at the dealership we finally get to head home and get an alert from our credit karma.. they put in their own NEW application to our bank AND applied us to another one of their lenders giving us two unnecessary and unauthorized hard inquiries to our credit and we lose points. Our banker is able to shut down application and proceed with existing one we already had and dealership denies applying to any when confronted about it directly. Moving on Wednesday rolls around we’re finally informed around 2:30 that the vehicle has come out of the reconditioning center and had been there all day since they opened that morning. We rush to make the 2hr drive because we both have full work schedules the rest of the week and need to get this done before bank closes. Had this vehicle not fit the transaction and include everything I wanted/needed we would have shut this whole deal down numerous times. However, our preapproval time frame was running out and we were tired of shopping.We get there test drive the vehicle, which it’s important to note they had their stickers all over the windshield. We like it and proceed with purchase. Because when we started this, the vehicle wasn’t there we could stop the transaction when we got to see the vehicle if anything was out of place. Again we’re arriving around 4:30 and have 30min til our bank closes to do our own “inspection”, test drive, etc..We finish paperwork get purchase order sent to our banker (local to us) and he will send $ the following afternoon. On our drive home stickers were removed and we get a few miles down the road and I notice a a small crack in the windshield. Top passenger corner where stickers covered it exterior and interior for test drive. We decided we would be in contact with them the next day and they were closing so we’d discuss it then. When we mentioned the crack and the fact it was covered exterior and interior with their stickers for our test drive they said “well we sell those used vehicles as is and we give the opportunity to look them over on the test drive.” We took it to a window repair shop, they informed us someone had previously tried to patch it once and made it worse so tried again and it now needs a whole new windshield. We were also informed that would only cost the dealership around $175.. we paid over 40k for the car! It’s not the expense of it but the point behind it that it was covered up likely intentionally. Our banker was given incorrect contact to send $ and they call us trying to find their money because they aren’t sure how he got got the contact info he did even though he spoke to someone in that dealership directly to get that info. We also have to drive the 2hrs to sign a new paper for our title since it was done through our bank as explained it would be from the start. Absolute chaos!!

Bought a brand new truck from Joe Cooper Ford. Appreciated the assistance of Don as my salesman. He went above and beyond to help me know the in’s and out’s of the vehicle options. I loved his forthright and down to earth demeanor.Beyond him, it was the typical dealership games of hurry up and wait, putting numbers on paper and having you initial…I hate this and most of us do too! Almost killed the deal over last minute safety recall, tire swap and bedliner that had to be done on a timeline as I moved out of state that week. Allegedly, we split the difference on the add-in’s but I question that. Felt like the only incentive to things done was because I threatened to kill the deal.All in all, you make a blanket review with most dealerships on the way they do business. Kudos to Don for making them stand out beyond the typical average car buying experience.

Was willing to drive 3 and a half hours to buy a vehicle with cash and asked the salesman to hold the vehicle for me for 2 days in which he accepted. No where in our communication did he mention a $1,000 non- refundable down payment was required to hold a vehicle, when I contacted the salesman the day I was supposed to go buy it I was told “it sold yesterday” and that he “would not ask me to put a down payment because the vehicle needed work” which I knew prior to asking him to hold the vehicle for me. Would not recommend putting money towards this non-communicative excuse for a dealership.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible.We bought a truck and paid cash on December 15, 2020. The paperwork was to be sent in the business name and to the office before the employee picked the truck up. However, that is not what happened. I had to call Cutter (in the financing office) multiple times to correct the paperwork and have it sent to the office not the employees residence.The employee goes to Oklahoma to pickup the truck. None of the signed paperwork was sent back with said employee or the refund they owe us for not taking the warranty plan. I call Cutter multiple times and leave messages with no return calls. I finally decide to get Clay our salesperson involved and he states this is their busiest time of the year and maybe they could send the paperwork to the office again. First of all, they didn’t have a problem taking the cash payment for the truck. Now all of the sudden they are too busy. Any how the paperwork gets sent to the employees’ residence again where he doesn’t receive mail. So, the USPS envelope gets sent back to the dealer and someone declines it. Instead of just accepting it and figuring out why it was returned to the sender they decline the package. Now said package sits in the OKC post office and will not / cannot be sent again. I call and try to speak to a manager; the young lady sends me to an office where the phone seriously rang for 5 minutes then hangs up. I call again and get transferred to Luis the sales manager; I explain the problems I am having. He said he will call me back in 20 minutes with answers. That was over a week ago. So here we sit in Texas with a truck I can’t get titled and dealers’ plates that expire in a few days.Needless to say, we will not be buying any vehicles from here.

Just picked up my truck from Billy in the service department. I absolutely dread going to a dealer for repair, but after exhausting my personal attempts for repair I knew it was electrical in nature so I my truck towed to Joe Coopers. The technicians were quick to diagnose and communicate with me on what needed done and the next day the BCM was replaced and truck was ready. The pricing was reasonable and Billy was wonderful to work with.
