Its been years since Ive been into a big lots. Looks like they have changed quite a bit. Gives the vibe of a fancy dollar store with less.

Talked to your employee Kaden, asked if a couch was available waited 30 minutes on hold twice, and got hung up on had to call back employee said the couch was available and I could come get it now. Mind you I asked 3 times if he was sure because it’s a 45 minute drive I got to the store waited another 20 minutes in the lobby as he was helping someone else that’s fine, he went to the back couch wasn’t available, and I have to wait 3 - 5 days for my money to be available again from trying to do same day delivery with the Edmond store. Big Lots is becoming extremely disappointing.

Big Lots is a great place to get the average items at a good price. They also seem to have a wonderful variety of the not so average items!

Well organized store, clean and orderly.

Not very handicap friendly...they have manually operated wheel chairs which is fine if you have someone with you and the basket is awkward...if you have to get something from a higher shelf you have to empty the cart somehow lift the basket get what you needed sit back down close the basket and put your stuff back in it.... sometimes but not very often you can find an employee to help but not very often

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to maybe a lack of staff. I had to search for someone to help me with some furniture. They were courteous and made sure I was taken care of. The store was in nice condition. Id probably go back again.

AWESOME CASHIER WAS NICE AND HELPFUL

Nice place to go have a bit of everything. Some deals are pretty good other times about adverage. Sometimes the sales people are to attentive, kind of like you cant walk around without someone right with you. Not like they think your stealing more like guiding you to a choice but not giving much time to just look.

Dont buy any food products from this store. Summer sausage was between turning bad & stunk. Trashed it. The strawberry shortcakes i bought 4 boxes thats going to expire may 8th. So the other 3 boxes go in the trash to along with the moldy 2 loafs of bread we just bought. $30 $35 went in the trash. They need to pull this stuff off the shelf .

Found most of what I needed & then some. I forget how much they actually have in there. I like their international foods isle.

Surprisingly, I found an item at the Big Lots store that I was unable to find in the major furniture stores. I had searched, online, locally (OKC) and out of state (Dallas). Only Big Lots had the sturdy type of bar stools I needed.Shopping at Big Lots for selected items will save you time and money. I like saving money and I do not have any time to waste.Oh yes, the staff was both friendly and helpful...Go Big Lots!

Went in looking for a recliner and was pleased to find several that I liked.

Big lots has plenty of electronic supplies. I always find what I need here and always a selection of devices. Great quality items at low price and great value. Love this place.

Gotta say, they have changed there customer service for the better. I have never been to this store before but have frequently used others in the past. Sarah was fantastic, she took care of our every need.

This is a good Big Lots store. Friendly service and decent selection. We didnt find the item we came for on this trip, but it was still a good experience. No complaints here.

One of the best big lots Ive ever visited in my life. One of the employees, while my wife and I were looking around stopped stocking and said is there anything I can help you find, or any questions I can answer ?. Thats what customer service is all about. This location is 20 minutes from out house. We pass about 2 others going there. And we will pass them again for one with such courteous employees.

This is probably the best Big Lots that I have ever been to. Isles were clear and clean. I would absolutely recommend this location.

This Big Lots was a lot more spacious than others I have been to. Everyone was nice and helpful. Big Lots has really upped their home decor products.

Pros: Friendly employees who are always willing to help if you ask. Almost always they will stop what they are doing to help you. The only time they havent is if they are currently helping a customer. Cashiers, stocking team, and furniture team all seem very friendly.Cons: Doesnt seem to have enough people working there though. Wait times in cashier lines can be long because of short staff issue.

Dont ever know what they will have. But its pretty cool place.

Cheap prices. Got a memory foam twin mattress for 250. Half what competitors offer. They also loaded it up for me. Very nice.

You need to know your prices as some items are more expensive

Very clean and organized. Its a brand new store. Could use more employees or maybe just nicer, more helpful ones. Great place to stop and pick up a few things if you want to avoid Walmart or Target.

I was not impressed with my visit here. I went there looking for sheets for my new bed. The selection was weak. And the largest size sheet set they had available was Queen. Well I have a king. While I was there I bought a set of thermals and a pair of house slippers. Had to return both because neither fit even though both were marked as my size.

Needs better A/C. Good selection of items but the toy section is a joke. The toys are overpriced especially because theyre older toys from a few seasons back.

This was probably the cleanest and well organized Big Lots I have ever been in. The cashier was really slow but overall I had a good experience.

I always enjoy going to Big Lots. They have random good shopping for a pretty low price. Kinda like Wal-Mart and the dollar store had a baby. 😁

Nicely laid out store, not too cluttered, nice cashiers but they have to hussel you to sign up for their rewards card (free) and their credit card.

You can get some good deals on groceries. I go their to buy my corn chips.
