Corporate people on the customer service number are very rude and no help. Avoid this over priced junk they sell.
I havent had no problems with schwans.You know why? Its because my order didnt come with something and Im very patient and schwans credited my account. Its good to have money in your account like I did cause just bills aint no joke. Walmart doesnt do what schwans does and its not a delivery charge if but only if you order under $50 dollars. Remind since this pandemic and I only recieve a certain amount each month so Ill make my order before that date. I was worried one time something happened to my driver but it was fine cause schwans assured me they would be here before the time. They did that. He came rite after I called :)
I have loved Schwans for since I was a kid. I love the food and the quality of their food. The service is wonderful. Still great quality and great food
I have received EXCELLENT service for years with this company! 15 yrs in Yukon and 10-20 yrs when we lived in Texas! Have always had an excellent rapour with the salesmen, even when I have had to call them between visits. I always get a printed receipt from them, if I want it. I highly recommend them for their service and their food! No, I don’t always care for everything, but you don’t in a grocery store either! I always keep their mashed potatoes, corn, and especially their biscuits on hand, among other things! The biscuits are like homemade! And you can cook one or a whole bag! Their ice cream is wonderful too! It’s very convenient! I highly recommend them!
They’ve only had one good salesman in Norman ever—the good-looking redheaded guy about 4 years ago. The next guy they brought in didn’t come by for nearly 3 months and then suddenly showed up unannounced, thinking I’d still want the order I’d placed 11 weeks before. When I declined it, he took out a catalog and threw it at my head. I’ve refused to order from them since—they lost a longterm customer.
Placed an order on 4/1 for delivery on 4/9. Delivery date comes and no driver shows during the delivery time. Late that night I get an email saying “Sorry we missed you!” and am informed that it will be 4/23 before they will attempt delivery again. Called and talked to customer service and the floor supervisor & they state that 4/20 is the absolute earliest my order could be delivered. They said that they had reached out to reschedule but I received no communication like that at all. No apology from the supervisor for the missed turn around.I struggle to understand how they think it’s okay to miss your scheduled delivery and push it so far in the future.I was hoping to become a regular customer but I had them cancel my order, as the service is not dependable.
Great place to work! I wish they had a full time position available. but other than that if anyone is looking for a part time try it!!!
Nice delivery driver
I have been a Schwans customer for years. The food has always been good but the service has become terrible. The sales people dont show up on scheduled dates but report that have. Its not like I dont buy every 2 weeks so I dont understand it. They have lost a customer.
In the past I’ve always liked their products, how safe is it now
I have enjoyed Schwans for many years. I love the vanilla ice cream and the pepporini individual pizzas. Hamburger patties, green beans, peas...you name it we have tried it. The service is dependable and kind.
They dont stand behind their products, thats why they lost me as a customer. They say 1 thing and do another, to not stand behind their products.
Ice cream is wonderful. Customer service is awful! I have never had such a hard time getting credit card receipts. People are rude and not understanding.
